Wendy's

This is the worst Wendy's to ever go to. During the week it's over crowded with the high school kids from the nearby school. Forgot about getting any food. In the evenings they're always making excuses that out of something or the equipment is not working. $1 frosty's for the kids? NOT at this location! They do not participate, and why bother the equipment is never working anyways. In conclusion this is the most poorly run, managed fast food restaurant I have ever seen!

Just brutal. Fries rock hard and burnt tasting. Server at window said nothing to me at all. And worse.rubbed his eyes and blew his nose then didn't change his gloves. Disgusted

This must be the poorest operated restaurant in Aurora. I have been in Aurora for about ver 15 years. And noticed in last 2 years the employees are extremely rude. I was here this morning with zero customers in store or in drive thru and the lady working there made it a point to give me a hard time to pick up up a delivery order. Same happen many times at this particular restaurant.
Treat delivery driver with some respect and dignity please. Other customers can hear your rude and impolite words.

Worst service ever. Don’t go to this location. Rude people that work there. They were so slow and food was terrible.

I've been here 4 times via drive thru. 3 times the order was incorrect. Last night I ordered a spicy chicken combo with pickles. They didn't put any toppings on the sandwich at all.

This is the worst Wendy's location I've ever been to and this is coming from a former employee.

Food was, well.ok. Individule taking order for the drive thru. Rude smart a**

First time at this location. Tried the new Baconator combo. It tasted ok but was salty. The potatos were also very salty. The ketchup dispenser didn't work. But the biggest fail was the coffee. So weak! It would be more correctly described as "hot water with hints of coffee".

Went at about 2pm on a Friday and while the counter help was pleasant, the garbage was overflowing, ¾ of the pop flavors didn't work, and we didn't have a very clean table.

I really liked the burgers, better than in Tim Hortons. The order was taken quickly and they were prepared quickly.
