Wendy's

I went on at a not so busy time, so everything was good in the service part of things. My food tasted great, and it was fresh too. The only complaint (and its not really mine, just something I noticed) is that they had a MASSIVE sign outside stating "$1 hot coffee", and a lady trying to order it, had a hassle getting the deal as they were saying it wasn't a $1 (In the end they realized it was and gave it to her), which if they have a massive sign like that (u could see it frim inside too) they need to honor it regardless if that's the case or not. It's a common mess up, though, probably a new deal, and it was solved, so all in all, still good service. The renovations are quite nice too. Good fix up. I used to not like Wendy's food, but I'm currently obsessed with the Asiago Ranch Chicken Burger.

Always good food.just wondering.so now a paper straw and a plastic cup.before.paper cup plastic straw.liked it before.straws are no good when paper.

The only fast food restaurant where you eat burgers like those at home, without exaggerations of sauces and various concoctions

Some days this place is fine some days it’s a disaster waited in the drive thru forever for a wrap and large fries they gave me the large fires and someone else’s order my fault for not checking I saw it coming a mile away but when I saw the large fries I was hoping they got it right and didn’t give me someone burger thanks Wendy’s for making my day

Attitude and slow service. I placed online ordee and found location is under rennovation and kitchen is closed eventhough order went thru wendys app paid already. They cant cancel the order. Waited 20 minutes and got food with bad attitude from old lady

I came in here last night with my daughters. The young woman and man that were working were so kind. Food was hot and fast. The service they gave us was definitely appreciated. They were both so friendly with us. Thank you to those two awesome employees.

I am very unhappy with my order tonight. Ordered thew Doordash and had to ask my delivery driver to ask the employees for extra pickles on the side for me for my burgers as there was no option on the app to pay for extra or even request extra as they decided to not allow requests on the Doordash app. My doordash driver asked and was told that there were extra pickles on the side in the bag, and he had asked for confirmation twice, and the employee said that there was. Once I received my order, there were none in the bag. Very disappointed, given I would have paid for them if it was an option on doordash. Yes the bag may have been sealed prior to the dasher arriving at the store but there is enough room on the sides where the sticker isn't to slip a few extra pickles in the bag.

Dining room is closed for renovations until Sunday, September 24th, 2023. Food was same as always at Wendy's. Drive-thru was a little slow. I had 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers.

The slowest ppl to ever exist.i waste so much gas just because they wanna take there good old time.they need better management or the place should just be shut down.

Whoever owns this franchise is a hustler and a shyster. Items are not made to corporate Wendy's standard and subpar items are interchanged to increase profits. How do you pack a burger with no patty? Poor comprehension of English language is also an issue resulting in wrong orders. I don't blame the staff. Management and ownership at this location need to be addressed by corporate.

This is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever seen. This Wendy’s has changed my perspective on Wendy’s everywhere. The cleanliness of this place is 0 out of 10, the washroom has pee covering the entire floor. Looks like the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a while, certainly no regular cleaning schedule. It looks like the employees use this bathroom and track the pee into the kitchen which is pretty gross. The tables were dirty, floor greasy with food on the ground. Baby chair had a earwig crawl out of it when my boy was in it. It was sticky and also not clean. I have always loved Wendy’s and it’s a real let down that this place sucks so bad. Mind you this visit was about a month ago but I doubt things have improved nor will I be returning to find out. I wish I knew sooner so we could have stopped coming here buying drive through.

Ended up at the restaurant trying to do the drive thru an 950pm. Their hours said they were open until 1am. They were locked up, lights off and it's not even 10pm. Not happy. This place continues to disappoint.
