Needs a good cleaning.
Carpets dirty, sticky tables and dirty windows.
Bathrooms are gross.

Very very slow service we went to pick the order wait for 15 to 20 min still the order was not prepared all the employees were just talking among themselves were not making the order. Will never come again

Went for breakfast, Wedges cold and Sandwiches are lukewarm not very appealing.

Also orange juice and apple juice have 34 and 36 Grams of sugar respectively not very good.

No problem with food.tasted just like Wendy's but please redo the interior it is outdated it feels like we steeped back to the 80's when you want to eat out you want the entire experience.

Went for dinner last Wednesday with my family and the lady wearing a manager shirt took my order. I think her name was Karendeep. She then proceeded to stand to the side of the drive thru window and use her phone while another employee served me. We were there for just over an hour and she continued to take orders then go right back to her phone without doing any other work, so I don't think she was on break. I find it unprofessional when the higher ups are prioritizing their personal life over their service. It sets a bad example for the other workers. The food was ok.

Ordered the sausage, egg and cheese combo. Had to wait about 5 minutes while they prepared it which is fine, tge fresher the better. Got home to discover that, after having to wait, they had neither eggs nor cheese.

Product good service bad not right stuff on burger.yes they corrcted it after I got out of my car and went in.drive though not good

This place is run down. The employees had a tough time with English. I was given a Grilled Chicken sandwich after ordering a Spicy Chicken. When I brought it back into the restaurant, the employee argued with me about for 3 minutes and said that I was WRONG. LOL

Gross! This place smells so bad on the inside. Like urine and vomit. They really need to clean or replace the carpets.

Every time I place a drive thru mobile order at this Wendy’s I’m asked to pull forward and park to wait for my food—usually in excess of 10 minutes—while customers who order in the drive thru leave with their food immediately. I’m assuming the management is cracking down on drive thru times but it’s ludicrous.

Honestly the worst Wendy’s in town. I don’t know if management changed or what happened because it used to be great. Burgers are always cold and have clearly been sitting for ages. The drive thru worker just shoved the machine in my face without saying a word. I said hello and received no response as he shoved my food at me through the barely cracked window. Not the first time this has happened either

More often than not this has been a good restaurant for drive-thru. Occasionally I get a cold burger and fries. This upsets me when I have to spend over $10 for a basic combo. Once again it seems like these are businesses simply there to make money with no real customer service. I don't care if the franchise says it's okay to leave fries there for 15 minutes. That's not what I'm paying for. I hope they continue to get better and not worse.

The worst customer service EVER. They argued with me over 30 cents at the window. They took my order wrong, forgot to charge me for what I asked for, then insisted I pay more for THEIR mistake at the window. Disgusting customer service, if you go here feel free to argue with the employees because they’re super bored and incompetent, they will entertain it.

The place always looks a bit dirty, staff carried my chili from the top without gloves nor putting the lid on first.

Always feels sadly empty. They don't refill napkin holders or ketchup dispenser. Saw spilled fries all over the dining area.

The bacinator is VERY good, I definitely recommend even if it's slightly more expensive. The staff is nice, and the atmosphere is generally very calm. Definitely would recommend for a calm fast-food dine in

Wendy's fresh food is one of the reasons we prefer Wendy's! Baked potato, chili and burgers are great. Nice variety of salads too. Seniors enjoy a free drink w their order. Has drive through.
