Wendy's

Wendy remains the best burger that has the taste of beef. Though staff some times forget your order but what matters is that at the end you get the real burger. Also Wendy has the best strawberry/lemonade. If you haven't gone there please try it.

Prices have gone crazy now but that’s not the individual stores fault and not the reason for the review… I ordered a chicken sandwich. Got it home- it was complete mush. Like it was left out to dethaw, then microwaved. The amount of times I’ve used the washroom from 1: 33am til now at 1: 07pm is actually kind of crazy. I’m not usually super picky with fast food because let’s be real- it’s FAST for a reason but u have to make sure you’re making food that people can eat without getting sick. The only good thing is, it’s making me save my money by no longer coming

Wow store was very dirty, nothing was stocked and staff acted like they really didn't want to be there.
Worst experience going to Wendy's ever.

The worst Wendys in the Whole GTA due to its stupid manager. She is the worst lady i have ever encountered. We pay the full price for the food but she give’s everything half the quantity. Go to any other Wendys and then try this wendys u l know the difference. She does it like it comes out of her own pocket. She is killing this branch as many and many people drive farther just to avoid this wendys solely because of her bad management abd rudest behaviour.

Worst drive thru service I have ever seen, I order Grill chicken sandwich I asked to add onions on it, but they didn't add onions they don't even put tomato on it As I know that Grill chicken comes with honey mustard tomato lettuce, when I asked to add tomato, they just said WE DON'T HAVE TOMATO, she said we are close in 10 minutes but I know they close at 1am an we went there at 12: 15am, So that mean they just serve customers without tomato? For next half hour?
And I order nuggets mean as well they didn't put any dipping sauces not even ketchup,
And when the drive thru person hand out the oder he forgot drink as well.
He not even great us properly and when we went back he just show attitude to us.

I just ordered in the drive through today at 3: 40pm, and the employee who I very politely asked if I could please do my points seemed very annoyed because she had the debit machine ready and did not say a word to me throughout my entire transaction not a hello not a goodbye? If your going to be non verbal than kindly put a machine in place, they are programmed to have manners! Terrible customer service.

This Wendy’s Location is out to lunch! I went though a drive thru and placed my order. The person confirmed my order. When I got to the pick up window I only got half of my order.
I will never come here again!
