This is a pretty standard Wendy's with the regular dining room area that's a throwback to 20 years ago. The staff seemed friendly and the food came quickly. It was reasonably good, about what I'd expect from a Wendy's.
I was extremely disappointed in this location. The night I tried to go. I placed an online order and went in to pick up, only to be informed that the grills were down and they were only offering chicken. When I declined, the employee said he would have to get the manager for a refund. He came to the front counter and said he could not refund me that I would have to call customer service. I called and sat on hold for 20 minutes. Not a big deal, then the customer service representative said it would take a bit of time to give me the refund but offered a $10.00 credit. The next day I get an email from Wendy's stating they cannot refund my online order at this time but will look into this. So at this point I am out almost $36.00. Not happy about this.
Horrible customer service, poorly run and not worth the money. While waiting for my order i observed the staff talking and making fun of someone going through the drive threw. Then i get my order and the fries are half full. Um everyone hates the half a fry trick. While bringing it to their attention to hopefully get my order right, my food was getting cold and my frosty was melting. All while the workers stood around chuckling and whispering amongst theirselves about the customers. They have many great run fast food places here but this is not one of them.
Love Wendy's food. My only issue is the same with all fast food restaurants. They cater to the drive through and leave the customers that get off their arse and order from the counter waiting.
