Had to repeatedly ask for the order to be complete. Missing fries, missing drink. Misleading signage…. Ordered a large salad and get small. When I called they said they only have one size and the consumer is supposed to ask for the receipt. I know they won’t be getting my business anymore

Ordered food at drive thru at this location around 11pm. Nobody answered on the drive thru speaker.so i drove past to d cashier to order. D cashier was so rude and she wants me to go back again to line up n drive so i went back and try to order and my God nobody answered so i will never go back again to this location. Whoever manages this location needs to have a 1 on 1 talk to their staff as they are so unprofessional and rude towards customer.

Asked for single cheeseburger with ketchup only, and we get the works. Is it a hearing issue? Language issue? Or a listening issue? Third order in a row that was messed up. At THIS location. Zero stars and never again.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with the female manager at this Wendy's location, and I must say it was a truly terrible experience. Not only does she lack basic people skills, but her behavior was rude and downright pathetic.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, her negative attitude was palpable. She spoke to the customers in a condescending tone, as if she had no understanding of how to treat people with respect. Her dismissive and impatient demeanor was shocking and completely unprofessional for someone in a managerial role.
It was truly disappointing to witness such a lack of professionalism from a manager who is supposed to set an example for the rest of the staff.
I left Wendy's feeling deeply unsatisfied with the service I received, and it is entirely due to the incompetence of this female manager. It is clear that she has no idea how to behave with people and lacks even the most basic social skills. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I will be avoiding this location in the future until they can find a manager who knows how to properly treat customers and lead a team.

Went through the drive through. Was asked if I was paying cash or card, said card. They let me place the order and directed me to go to second window. After ten minutes of waiting through the line they tell me they're only taking cash? Truly disappointed as they wasted half my lunch break based on stupidity alone. Do better.

I usually order through the app here and i appreciate that the food is usually hot and fresh, however the last few times I've done my pick up i had to wait at least 10-15mins at the counter for my food to be prepared. If this method is not quicker then what's the use of the pick up option?

Pulled up at the drive thru speaker and ordered a Spicy chicken combo with a poutine and drink. When I went to pay I was greeted by a very nice worker by the name of Vaun. He asked how I was and was very kind during the interaction as I paid. Something as small as this matters!
It‘s hard to find good customer service individuals in the fast food industry because everyone is in such a rush, but it was nice to see Vaun took the time to say hello and be kind to the customers. For me it’s the positive experiences that will bring me back. I also love seeing the diversity at this location!

Ordered a JBC; recieved a cheeseburger no bacon.

Ordered a classic chicken combo; recieved a chicken sandwich with 10 pickles

Fries were completely unsalted

Coke was flatter than Saskatchewan
