You ne person working the counter at dinner time (5: 30pm) and ten people in line. Drive thru has a massive line too. Won’t waste my time again.

It was very apparent that the cashier wasn't having a good day. The service was slow. I waited 15 minutes before I was able to place my order. It took 20 minutes to get my order. Not too impressed.

Might help of realize beef is not chicken. Im at home fml why is it i always have to double check. I work in construction. If i did these screw up, the house would fall on you. Were all adults how can't people figure simple things out. Its not rocket science here.

Not driving back and waste my time amd money for gas etc.fk how idiotic to mess that up

Went to get food through driveway. Indians working there have no manners how to talk to customers.
Please teach new staff etiquette of Canadian society as they are in Canada now not in india

Just dropped by for an early morning breakfast before work. Workers were courteous, and the service was excellent. Thanks for breakfast guys.

This place is the best. The staff is very hardworking and very courteous as well. They manage to make orders right even if there is line of different customisations for the same sandwich at the same time. Completely satisfied.

I ordered an iced coffee, the staff forgot to add vanilla and before I could even say anything Tracy took it back and fixed it. She was very polite and friendly. Great service and food.

Took over an hour for salad to be made wrong.
Asked for no bacon, got nothing but lettuce and dressing.

At any given time of day you can find people shooting up and smoking fentanyl in the parking lot.

When to get food after work I asked for 2 JBC, 5 nuggets and a cheese potato. After driving all the way home I noticed that I got a bacon cheese potato instead of a cheese potato and i also asked for no tomatoes on the JBC but both had tomatoes. I personally don't eat bacon due Religious reasons and my husband is Allergic to tomatoes. Then, having to come home from work and having just nuggets to eat for dinner was really Frustrating. I tried to call the store the minute I realized the mistake after calling 5 time and no answer I decided to leave a voice mail and haven't heard back from anyone.

The chicken that they put on their salads is not a fresh cut chicken breast that's supposed to be served with the salad instead they are serving precut bag chicken you buy at the store.

Keep cutting corners you will lose business from doing so.

Not sure who the Ashwani guy is in the red shirt who's a "quick server" went to take my order then walked away, came back and actually took my order or attempted to and said hold on and walked away again and he just goes and leans against the counter and talks to one of the girls, no rush at all, just chatting. Great customer service, so I just walked out

It had been a while since we had had Wendy's, but we have always liked them compared to other 'fast food's options. A few weeks back we stopped into this location and ordered some burgers and snack wraps as we were running around dealing with some funeral arrangements.

All I can say, is that they have really gone down hill. Not sure if it was just a bad night or what, but it was enough to make us not want to return to Wendy's. The wraps were flimsier than normal. The chicken shrunken. Very little sauce and just not appetizing. We ate out food because we were hungry but it was a turn off.

Ordered a bit of food off uber eats I forgot to add in remove the sauce on the burger because my son doesn't like it I attempted to call them because that is what the app said to do they said they don't deal with uber eats and to just cancel the order and make a new one so i did however I got charged for that full order so 50$ down the drain and not a care in sight by them

Love this Wendy's for eating in but dont order through the delivery apps because you will be missing most of your order! The salads prices are higher but the salad got smaller. The food and service was always great but the pass 5 years it sucks! I use to love there chilli but now it's hit and miss on how greasy is going to be.

Unfortunately I'm comparing it with the food quality in Europe which is much better and cheaper

My husband ordered me a burger and onion rings. The burger had about enough toppings to cover a looney. The onion rings? Literally 4 raw rings from an onion (I think but rather od shaped) in a bowl with a lid on it. Unfortunately, my husband didn't look in the bag until he got home. It's disappointing because I usually like food from Wendy's, but we won't be going to this location again.
