This one lady was so rude! She told me she's not going to package my orders again for Uber because I accepted two orders from their saying it's wrong. She was yelling and demeaning. She looked like the store manager. Horrible customer service!

Poor accessible - Door opener was "not on, " shall we call ahead ask for the door to be opened

Then when pointed out - no one offered to open the door to let me know or TURN on the Auto Door Opener

The woman who was taking my order didn't even greet me. Poor attitude and when I asked her for milk with my combo, she couldn't understand. Then she got frustrated and snapped at me. Manager came over to let her know, that people do get milk instead of pop. Seriously think outside of the box. Not every one drinks only pop with the combo. Poor attitude from the cashier who didn't say a word.

More than one time during a 20minute visit we observed leaders belittle their staff. So disappointing.

First time visiting this location while stopping off from the highway. I had the crispy chicken sand-which on my mind and something stood out to me. This was the super friendly and welcoming staff right off the bat. As I waited for my food I observed that the place was extremely clean (including the washrooms) and the service was super efficient. When we sat down, I felt comfortable and appreciated the classic sun room dining experience, while enjoying the fresh and delicious food. We took our time and dined in for about 30 mins. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s location in a long time. Super impressed and would love to return to this location. This is a place where you just know the staff take really good care of the restaurant, each other and the guests.

My only issue ever is the workers either don't understand what I'm saying, or they are very impatient. I paused for 2 seconds to decide on my drink and she asked me ny drink twice, so I had to say "please give me a second I'm deciding". I understand they're under a lot of pressure but I didn't take more than a few seconds to decide.

Twice in a row now my drive thru order has been fatally incorrect. Last time my order was short a JBC. Today I ordered a spicy chicken meal, and get home to find a Dave's single cheeseburger wrapped in the Chicken foil. And I don't have time to return it. So I have to eat something I neither ordered nor particularly want. Sort it out management, absolutely useless.

Food is always fresh there.never have a problem.an I so like the fact they are always polite going thru drive thru.
