I waited for 30 minutes for my order before asking for a refund. The turn system doesn't work, there is no visible leadership, and all of the employees just seemed to have given up and started serving to whoever asked them to without observing the turns. They couldn't issue the refund to my debit card and had to do it with cash. Absolutely sub-optimal.

I was in there today.waited 25 mins for my order.they lost my order plus other customers orders that had been waiting way longer then I was.new system is awful.they seem so unorganized.maybe stick to numbers instead of names.a gentleman had been waiting for 30 mins for he's food.he asked for a refund and got told no.how are you going to say no to a person when they've been waiting for 30 mins plus losing he's order?

Absolutely awesome service. I asked them to change gloves because of the bacon and they did it while they were busy and did a great job. Thank you so much.

I have been to this Wendy’s twice, once for pick-up and once at the drive thru. Both times all the staff were really keen and friendly. Only ordered a burger ahead of time and both times it was waiting for me and warm. Had no issues like some of the other reviews raised.
Also it’s a new building so the inside is really nice.

Nice place! Awful service though! The woman who served me took 10 mins to get me a bowl of chili and jbc! They served the guy after me before me, gave me a mostly watery chili, took 10 mins to get it, and she cleaned the tables and didn't wash her hands, left all the tables wet. Oh, and I didn't get a spoon.again. This was at 6: 15pm Friday July 28th.

Randomly this location doesn’t serve breakfast, so that’s a bummer deserving of no stars because your gonna end up at the Tim’s across the parking lot and you know it’s not what you wanted.

Seems like they don’t care about the delivery driver’s time. I’ve waited 10 minutes for the order to be handed in. Two people in the drive thru was just standing and waiting instead of handling the order.

Been finding lately that the quality of the burgers and fries have dropped. The fries and usually warm not hot and the burger, the buns is always seems moist to wet. The bottom bun seems to fall apart as you eat the burger. But the frosty’s are still good.

Restaurant is new and clean. Staff were very friendly and seemed coordinated well despite the rushes of customers. Everyone on cash was a delight even facing some rude customers I could overhear perfect professionalism.

All was good the staff where vary helpful and courteous fast service in and out, PLUS this is a new store and was very clean

Been here early twice now and told by staff that they weren't making breakfast. When I asked why, I was told they just don't do breakfast some times.

Like the other review said, no pylons when the drive thru isn’t open? The one at wellington and Exeter is closed for renos and the sign directed customers to this location, but they aren’t open for breakfast even though all the other ones are. Thanks for the wasted drive.

Edit: went at dinnertime and got no dressing with the salad and the croutons were basically crumbs. At least the guys at the drive thru were nice so no hate to them

The overly flamboyant guy on the drive through needs to seriously work on his attitude/Customer service skills. Very unprofessional

Multiple times on Skip the Dishes, I’ve had missing items. I’m not talking about straws or dipping sauce (although those were missing, too), I’m talking about burgers, chicken strips, and even entire kid’s meals. When I called, I was told they can’t do anything for me for a Skip the Dishes order. They didn’t even attempt to take accountability. I’ll never be ordering from here again. I will drive further or wait longer to order from genuinely reliable restaurants.

Great looking, brand new Wendy's. Drive thru right now is VERY SLOW when it's busy, but inside is clean and fresh and cool. I dig this place.

The worst place to get food went to drive thru ordered kids meal they didn’t put the cheeseburgers in the kids meal went home and came back and waited so unorganized people were getting mad don’t recommend

New location near me so whilst in the plaza I grabbed a quick bite. Full disclosure I’m a Wendy’s fan so generally am happy with my visit and today was no exception. Person taking orders was friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. Food came out quickly and order was spot on and tasted great. Clean and bright interior with limited seating.
Definitely would recommend and return.
