I've been living down the street for a few years now, saw the decline of this Wendy's, service especially got worse after late 2023 renovations, new owner? Wrong orders, not polite, even the poutine curds aren't as squeaky anymore which was the main reason I'd go. For some reason their curds used to be the best among other Wendy's in the West end.
Oh well I'll probably still go due to the convenience factor. I can't believe I'm actually reviewing a Wendy's lol.
Horrible service she couldn't understand me at the drive thru, took megives me bacon instead of sausage gives me tea instead of coffee, She gives me a biscuit when I asked for a croissant when I get my drink I asked for milk I get cream. This isn't the first time this is absolutely ridiculous this always happens at this particular location, I guess I Shouldn't order here anymore but it's the only closest thing on my way to work, I paid money, I should get what I ordered. But unfortunately thats not what happend I thought I'd stop going to tim hortans next door because they always get my order wrong but I was wrong. It's this location and the workers dont care, because if they did they wouldn't get my order wrong every single time.
Delicious warm well cooked and delicately dressed sandwiches. Amazingly friendly staff, courteous and helpful in getting your order and always welcoming you with a smile. Cheers to the whole team.
The only wendys location that doesn’t sell cooked hamburger patties.i have wheat intolerance and normally order beef patties when i’m at wendys.this location refused me.every other fast chain including other wendys locations do this.
The team was nice, food is good but why i put three stars only, because something related to customer safety, if you see in the picture below you will see the entrance’s floor was damaged and need to fix, and this area very risk to every customers specially the disability ppl
I have been customer from Wendys for so long and every time I come there's this manager called jaspinder, she has no respect for her crew, she's always yelling at them in front of the customers, so disrespectful, I went to get food and I had a coupon for free fries and it wasn't working.when I asked her for help she refused to and sent another girl that wasn't even manager, she doesn't know what she's doing, you better train your managers better and make them respect the crew or you guys are gonna have no one to work.
The worst service ever, they don’t even know how a coupon works and they gave me beef burger instead of a chicken burger and when I go to change my order the lady just gave someone else’s order to me, worst Fkin experience, both tastes good, everything is cold
I can’t believe this! I got served raw bacon poutine. They made me a new one but completely messed up the toppings and didn’t add everything I ordered to the dish. They haven’t even apologized and they also misgendered me too! I am a very frequent customer here but looks like I won’t be coming back anytime soon after this treatment. It’s plain disrespect and I won’t tolerate it. I hope Wendy’s is happy they lost a consistent customer for good!
We ordered through Uber eats and they missed about half of our large order. We tried with no luck to fix this mistake through Uber eats but the drive would not respond and Uber eats just gave us a 5 dollar refunds which is no where near the price of the food. We went to Wendy’s to try and sort it out there and found that they were EXTREMELY helpful. Amazing service. They even gave us two free frostys. I wish I got the workers names because they were the best experience I’ve had with fast food restaurants.
