My previous review was deleted after I called the health department on them.

Dangerous, poorly cooked food and rude, terrible service.

The cokes never worked and the food is been messed up three times before was all good but never the Coke

This has to be the worst Wendy’s in Ottawa. I have been multiple times and it doesn’t matter if you are dinning in or going through the drive through it’s always 15minutes. It’s baffling. I have been in the drive through with 1 car ahead of me and it’s still 15 minutes. Do not go here.

Drive through took nearly 30 minutes with only 2 cars iahead of me. One of which was already at the window when I approached the speaker.

It’s terrible I came here to get a small chocolate frosty and I am the first person in line and it still takes 10 minutes for them to take my order. After I order I had to wait another 10 minutes to get my frosty and it’s only filled up half way.

Took 20 minutes in drive through to get our meal.and there were only 2 cars in front of us! When we got home there was NO salad dressing for either salad. ANY OTHER FAST FOOD INNTHE AREA IS BETTER!

This location is the absolute WORST. My husband and I have been multiple times through the drive through since moving to the area in January. Even when there is nobody else in the drive through, they take MINIMUM 15 minutes to give you food. They have messed up super simple orders multiple times for us. And LOL look at my “frostycino” in the pictures…. They can’t even be bothered to put it together for you. Wish I was joking.

Saying I got terrible service is to say they least.

Waited 35 minutes just to received cold food.

Was argued with about an order, told what I wanted didn't exist. Even I got to the window I pointed to a picture of exactly the sandwich I wanted yet the employee looked at me like a dear in the headlights. Manager then argues. What is freaking wrong with this location. If it's not terrible for, it's terrible service.

The food was OK, fries could have been hotter. It filled the hole, sometimes that's all I need.

I just called notifying them that they forgot to give me one of my sandwiches from drive-thru. The woman picked up and verified that happened. She asked if I'm coming back now and I said "no, we do not want to leave the house again, we'll come back another time". I gave her my cell and name and I asked for her name, she said "no" which I thought was weird. Then I asked for the manager's name and she refused to give it as well since she "doesn't know when" i'm coming back. I explained over and over again that I want the name to CONFIRM this transaction but her limited brain cells could not wrap her head around that.
Is this the kind of service Wendy's offer and the complete lack of basic business training?

The worst location they only have 1 worker who is very rude, so if you go there the doors are closed and you will wait 25+ mins in the drive thru

My friend and I were just there this evening, going through the drive through. My friend ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, took a few bites of it until he noticed something was off. The sandwich was absolutely RAW in the center. We were eating in a car so it was dark and didn’t notice until it was too late.

Also, I ordered a Caesar salad and received no cutlery and no dressing for it. Would avoid this Wendys location at all costs.

One of the nicer Wendy's around the city, probably worth going out of your way to here if it's not too inconvenient

That spicy chicken burger is my favourite and the fact there is cherry coke.it’s a fast food chain.so of course that’s where my expectations are. Paper straws and the fries are not my favourite. Speaker was broken so that made it hard to order.

Very very slow drive through. If you’re in a hurry don’t come here. McDonald’s is five times faster.

Just awful! We had coupons so we ordered (eat in) Dave’s singles combo plus a Chili. Brought the two burgers back because they were cold, they gave me new ones and still cold. Told the girl and her response was “but I just made them”. Maybe you should check your appliance to see if it works properly. Didn’t argue with her, we ate our hot chili and cold fries nuked our burgers when we got home and ate them but they were not worth the $. Just go across the street to A&W, way much better.
