Wendy's

Bought chicken strips and fries and politely ask for fresh strips because the last time I ordered from them the strips seemed like they were cooked at least an hour ago. They got mad and were staring at me and put extra salt of my food. Very rude and sneaky people here. Be careful.

Great variety of fast but healthy food on their menu. The baked potato and chilli are excellent as are their salads. The poutine and fries are great also. The frosty is great also as long as you have it quickly before it starts to melt.
Update: hamburgers are great, fries are still the best, and the frosty is great.

Excellent burgers (AKA the Dave's Triple.) Juicy, well seasoned, and nice. Just needed some more condiments.

The location on Kennedy south of Ellesmere always seems to be upbeat and rather pleasant when taking your orders. Beyond polite they seem to be excited to have you there. I know it sounds strange, but it's like nothing I've experienced from any chain type restaurant.

The meal was excellent you always get quality at Wendy's the store is clean efficient and well managed first time at this location won't be the last

Typical franchise store that does an above average job most of the time. Has a drive through and the food is usually pretty fresh.

Online it said the place opens at 10: 30, I pulled up to the drive-through window at 10: 31 and hugged and they totally ignored me so I Left.

I usually don't have any issues at this location yet for some reason tonight Oct 13th they got my order wrong twice I guess this is what happens when the staff r rushing or the person who was told about the orders didn't care to pay attention to the detail of the order.very disappointed

They renovated the whole restaurant and it's definitely cleaner than before. Might take awhile to be served in-store though as they seem to prioritize drive-thru much more than the people in line at the front.

I was just there. Ordered a baconator combo plus a couple other sides. Got home and realized there was no baconator in the bag. Went back and they gave me a "baconator" got back home and got a bacon deluxe -_- tried calling twice but didn't get through to anyone.

Every time i go to this wendys the burgers are dry lettice is mushy fries are under cooked the bun is soggy every item seems to be from yesterday would not advise going to this wendys.for comparaison the wendys in peterborough is spot on everything is made fresh

I have placed many online orders at this specific location and not once have I been disappointed.
The team does a great job with accuracy and presentation. The food is made with care and it shows!
You have set the standards for quality and presentation for Wendy's, best location in ontario.

2021 review: Slow and overcooked the fries and the chicken strips. How do the staff here mange to screw that up?

Great food quality! But disappointing customer service at the drive thru… please consider changing your rude staff.

Good service but they have their patio taped off so there is nowhere to sit because inside dining is still on lockdown from COVID-19

I havnt been in here since before covid and renovations, and wow great remodel and better service.

Wendy has the mobile app and the app was not working when I tried to redeem for its offer. Went to the counter and explained the situation was not greeted with the most helpful person but they were able to do something. Wendy mgmt should really check the apps to make sure it's working.

It used to be 5 stars b4 the reno.now its meh the service is ok they forget what I order a lot of times and then forgot to put it in the bag a couple more times and the driveway needs hella work those pot holes be ruining my beamer tires maan

Quick fresh and hot. Can't say much for other locations but because this place often gets a lot of traffic, the spicy chicken sandwich and fries are always hot! Bless.

Good service but when I ordered in person, they forgot one of the items in the order, but I didn't realize until I got home that one of the items were missing

This location has been renovated but it's sad that we can't sit in and dine because of the pandemic. I like their food and the staff was okay.

Baconator was hot and tasted great. Way to many people allowed inside this location at one time. Need more social distancing

Very clean restaurant. Unfortunately, they had no control over the Uber and door dash drivers. They were invading our personal space and we had a baby with us. They pushed their way to the front of the line. The staff did not say anything to them. We had to tell them more than once to stand back. This is one of the reasons why covid cases are high. Restaurants are afraid of enforcing restrictions. People refuse to follow protocols and restrictions. This is Sad and a baby was involved.

They recently renovated though this store remained closed almost entire year - i guess thanks to covid! But the service has been great ever since it has opened up. I am a regular and i order over skipthe dished mostly! They follow instructions and food is always fresh.

We had to repeat ourselves multiple times in drive though, and our order ended up being slightly different. Coming in a little later than dinner time though, the food was hot and delicious still!

The staff is not cooperating and their attitude like on cloud nine, it seems like they don't want business I lived just 1min away and I ask her that I will order online as Drive thru and I will collect my food from the window. She say no I can't because of safety. I think she doesn't want to make any food or she must be tired. She is acting such rude. I will suggest everyone to not to go here disgusting staff.

The food is always well prepared and delicious, workers provides awesome service. I liked how neat it is and vibes. Will come visit again.

It would be nice if they updated their hours to reflect the fact that they are closed for renovations. Very disappointed.

I got a Chicken sandwich here via drive thru and was so sick the rest of the night/morning. Literally sick.food poisoning. The whole thing was sopping in mayo. Ugh. No thanks Wendy's.

Great fast food place! The food comes very quick without having to wait and their spicy crispy chicken sandwich has always been fresh and crispy so far!

The service was bad, it was leaking right at the cash register where I had to give my order, so I got wet.

I got my favorite, the spicy chicken sandwich. Wendy's has the best of regular fast food chains.

Food was good, my only complaint is that they needed more staff, waited awhile to order and get my food.

Had chewing gum in my fries don't eat here at they are not nice at all again I had chewing in my child fries and nothing is been done no apology and chewing gum in my child fries.

Clean your washroom discussing how do you expect guests to enjoy there intake your home is like this these rat managers and employees don’t care they don’t own the franchise

Definitely think this place needs a mini renovation to revamp it as it's a little outdated but this Wendy's is great for service and food usually is served hot and fresh.

Clean, spacious, good service, good value, lots of parking. Way cheaper and better taste than MacDonald's. What's not to like.

Busy drive through, they don't take care of the lineup for customers inside, might update if I go back and experience different

I tried this spot already with my friend and I am obsessed ever since. I enjoy the excellent atmosphere and delightful food and beverages. Fantastic work.

We went around 830pm and I ordered a bunch of items and combos. Their pop machine wasnt working properly as their root beer tasted disgusting (as I saw one worker do a quick taste test and he spat out right away). They told me the diet Pepsi was fine however when we got home and I took a sip it was so flat and just didnt taste right. I also ordered a salad and only found out at the end (when everything was pretty much done and I already paid for everything that they ran out of salad. So I had no choice but to get fries or onion rings. Food overall was fine but hopefully next time the staff are more diligent in checking things beforehand instead of having a customer make a decision after he/she has already paid and left with not much choices
