I would give it zero stars if I could. The food in this Wendy’s is horrendous. I ordered an Apple Pecan salad and the lettuce was old, and rotten, and that thing was not edible. The owner or Mgr did not offer an apology, nor did she offer any other form of compensation. Her stand was very rude. The food was utterly atrocious. The worst service I have ever experienced. Come here if you want attitude, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you like to be treated like dirt, then THIS is the right place to go. They are professionals treating customers like garbage. Go ANYWHERE else. Don’t spend your money there. Street vendors’ foods are much tastier. The place looks old and dirty. The seats had patches on them. It's a horrendous place!

Well, it's one of the smaller Wendy's. But other than that, the service is good, the staff is friendly. Seem to know what they're doing. And it's very reasonable praising I find. That it's a 2 minute walk from my house, LOL.

The lundys lane khalar Rd location in Nfalls ont.has the kindest professional staff a young man named Michael assisted us and we only go to that location when we want burgers or chicken because his service was friendly and he was so professional and prompt with quality service.we told all our friends to go to that location.

Slow, slow service. Cashier did not know what croutons were when asked for them to add to a salad. 3 people in front of us did not receive their drink cups.

We must recognize the good employees of this place, they have patience in treating the customer and the food is well prepared.

Waited over 25 min out in drive threw.line never moved.then we went indoors & waited another 15 min just to order.not enough staff.either open it or close it for the shift.way to long for little amount of staff inside.

They want you to drive drunk. We went there and walked though the drive though but the lady said you got to drive though even if you’ve been drinking. Open your dining area and this wouldn’t happen. What a joke and crazy what they said to me.

Ordered a Dave’s single no cheese and a double baconader, the Single came with bacon and the baconader came with Lettuce, tomatoes? Lol. Was good but not what we ordered. Oh the grilled chicken was correct.

We got our breakfast fast enough! Surprisingly so delicious and fresh! Clean, very well managed and maintained!

Horrible.i went on October 21st at 930am. First when My gf was ordering the male staff with long hair and hairnet refused to answer my gf. He only answered me when I spoke. Second I ordered a baconator and #3 combo. It wasn't accurate. Biggest turn off though was the guy who refused to acknowledge my gf. Don't care what your beliefs are she deserves respect. This was plain and simple disgusting.

Worst Wendys i’ve ever been to. Maybe their dumb staff could crack a smile for their minimum wage

They are offering free coffee till next week. I went by on Friday morning and they were out of coffee because not enough was ordered. I tried again on Saturday and it was good.very similar to Tim Hortons which I guess is the idea to break into the coffee market. I will go again soon.

Food was so cold even through uber driver delivered in 9 mints.looks like they are selling cold food.never buying from this location

Just had the best fastest service in my life thanks to MacKenzie- will only go to this one when I'm in town. Hopefully she gets a raise.

The night staff - to be specific the lady working was rude. I was giving my order in drive thru and she Treated me like a homeless person. Didn't even had courtesy to apologize even after realizing that she was misbehaved. Poor customer service

Still a Wendys, I would never give a chain fast food spot a 5/5 because they aren't serving anything special. But let me tell you, Wendys breakfast is up there. Frostycinos are better than any other iced coffee beverage you can get from a fast food place and the breakfast items themselves are great. Personally think a burger patty instead of a sausage patty on the breakfast baconator would be better, but thats besides the point. This is a top 2 fast food breakfast spot now.

The manager Sue has no patience with their employees. The cashier seemed anxious when Sue approached, and I would be too with Sue’s tone. I’m happy to wait for the cashier to get it right and ask me to clarify… being impatient and short with your employees only makes them more nervous and make more mistakes. Breakfast was really good but I’ll go to another location!

I order out once a week form here because it's around the corner. THEY NEVER get my order right! ALWAYS missing something! It's usually something of my kids so I end up having to go back. EVERY TIME! I will be going to a different establishment.

This Wendys is horrible I come later in the evening to pick up food for me and my hungry girls the lobby is closed and they won’t even take my order at the drive through unless I’m in a car but MCDONALDS WILL DO IT NO PROBLEM thank you so much for sending us home hungry this was the evening of April 9th 2022

It was raining and I had to wait 45 min I walked across the parking lot with my walker I got a coffee and they let me sit inside after scanning passport very polite helpful young ladies five stars

We stopped in for a small lunch and we were served by the most kind and wonderful lady named Keisha! If only all customer service staff were as kind and inviting as her! Great service, Thank you Keisha!

This is a brand new store so their food is hot and delicious! And who knew Frostys came in vanilla now too? !

Service took forever and I was on a lunch break with limited time, plus I was the only one ordering including drivethru, plus the food was horrible. Not going to wait 15 min for a horrible burger from this place again

Always excellent food, cooked right. My fam and I always come by here when we're in a hurry. I live in the area.

I went to this place i did not go inside but I Get my chicken tenders here The location was originally across the street from the mcdonald's on that road

I love eating at Wendy's for the great prices and tasty food! But I only gave it three stars due to the fact that the service wasn't great and it wasn't really fast food.more like line up for a long tine and wait for your food for a long time. Again I don't know if they were knew workers or not but we were not impressed with it. Plus it was a little dirty

Newer location. Lots of USB plugs. Terrific service and love the soft drink dispenser. All kinds of sugar-free options.

Love the food always. Staff are amazing, friendly, and helpful. What more can you ask for it’s fast food and at least their clean here.

Absolutely disgusting. I have NEVER eaten at a fast food place and felt this disgusting after wards.
The burger was obviously not cooked right or may have been contaminated. I had food poisoning for 3 days afterwards. Never going back.

It's a brand new restaurant. It's very bright and clean. There was plenty of staff to serve the large number of customers, but they only had one cashier open. The line up area is unmarked, and unclear as well as very crowded. Line up runs through the seating area, making it hard not to be on others way or bumping into people. This new store is only about 1/3rd of the size of the older store it replaced. It is very visually appealing though, with its contemporary design and large windows allowing a lot of natural light in. Two unisex bathrooms were also large and very clean.

The quality of food's gone better your customer service is better all around excellent five stars

Excellent baconator & I'm not really a burger person I would highly recommend trying one, I could barely finish half of it. Koodos

My original review is listed below however I wanted to update this. They've improved tremendously since opening. The prices still are what they are. I don't know what the future holds but their customer service has been top-notch the few times I have been in there within the past few months.

Super expensive if you're not walking in there with a coupon and although the customer service has always been great to me, I have heard horror stories from other people. Also, if you're going to get a pop from the machine, beware! We never know what we're going to get. Sometimes, there's almost no syrup that comes out. At other times, the drink we get doesn't even taste close to what we ordered. If you love Wendy's, the food is pretty consistent.however the pop machine needs to be fixed. It's a new location. The corporation can do better.

Nice place for your of food and snacks fast food is available I like that ice cream I can get some soft drinks so I can sit and eat or if you want to grab & Go you can do that they also have drive-thru you can order food online and grab it so good place to happen

Would of been helpful to get a spoon with my frosty. Completely defeated the purpose of having used the drivethru when I had to get out of the car and walk into the store just to ask for a spoon lol. Useless.

This is a new store. A big improvement from the old store. Much cleaner and up to date. Freindly service.

Wendy's food is good.but PLEASE teach the staff how to mix coffee or put the sugar and cream with the condiments.

Best fast food place. It has very natural tasting French fries, which are not too salty, and their hamburgers taste great, especially without the sauce which I am not a fan of.they are very fast with my orders, and serve good tasting food! Other than that not much else needs to be said!
