Currently only the drive thru is open. Service is very friendly and fast. The ladies at the window always greet me warmly.

Wrong sandwich the first time. Then the bacon was both black burnt and cold.

It is one of the few places that has been serving fast food to canadians for a long time. They have spme very good options for a quick bite. One must try at least once.

Such a bad place to work, they didn’t even give my pay of two weeks. Sent many texts to manager and sent emails but they don’t reply and I can’t visit the store because i have moved overseas.

I'm not impressed, more so with the actual Wendy's company then this location itself. Other than the fact that this location can't seem to provide accurate and hot food, the company has decided they are changing the size of the meal they offer with a coupon combo. If you notice right on the coupon it shows a medium size combo, ive always received a medium combo snd usua upsized my drink to a large, its been this way right up until my last order on November 27 2022. Today when I ordered I was presented with a small combo. When I questioned why she had chosen to give me a small instead of the medium, she tried to inform me its always been a small and there is a fee to upsize to the medium. I asked when did it change she stated its always been this way (no it hasn't!) Do better Wendy's some of us have been ordering from your company for years, for you to now place on your menu board that small is now a new option for customers to order and then proceeds to drop the combo size to that and expect the same price is rude, misleading and dishonest. You are now offering less food for a higher price and it's not even hot/fresh? !? Do better!

Been coming here for years now. I travel for work so I go to lots of fast food places. This is the only restaurant that always gets my order right. I don't have to repeat my order and they are quick. Thank you for great customer service.

I'm told I'm one of the most patient people that people know, however, leave it to a Brampton food place to push the limit to the limit. Let me explain. 3 cars in the drive through. 10 minutes. I heard the car ahead of me ordered 2 items. (i'll get to this.) Then. I order.
Me: a small frosty.
Wendys DT: Is that all?
Me: . No.loaded baked potato
Wendys DT: Baked potato?
Me: Yes please, LOADED baked potato
Wendys DT: Do you want anything on the baked potato
Me: (confused for 2.5 seconds). No. LOADED. LOOOADED Baked potato.
Wendys DT: Is that all?
Me: (Seal blows) Can I finish ordering?
Wendys DT: Go ahead (Gee thanks!)
Me: Small chili and Medium Strawberry lemonade no ice. NO Ice please. NO ice please (past ordering traumas asking for no ice)
Wendys DT: Strawberry Lemonade no ice, small frosty, loaded baked potato (Yes! Fist pump) and small chili

Car ahead that ordered 2 things, hands drink back, clearly also not wanting the ice in it.so I knew I was in trouble.

I pull up to the window.waited for DT cashier to punch at least 2 more orders in before opening the window.and shoves the debit machine at my window.and says "HERE" and closes the window to grab my drinks. (Second gasket blows, only steam coming out of my ears). Clumsily and distractedly hands me a tray, holding it from an empty cup place holder, NOT the middle and the drinks on either side tip, nearly spilling or falling out into my car to which I had to tell her to NOT spill my drinks, to then which I then noticed my lemonade had ICE IN IT. I handed it back now really steaming but collected.as I checked the bag noticing there is NO CHILI. I asked her where the chili was as I get my now ice free drink back to which she replies confusedly " what chili?

There is ALWAYS an issue with this particular Wendys. Poor customer service, poor attitudes and poor management.

I have finally had enough, that I am writing this. I plan to keep writing until I get an answer as to why. My patience for this location is ZERO, like the number of stars I would put if I could.

Fries always cold.they don't know what mayo in a cup is.extra pickles each time is 3 pickles.lettuce wilted I told hubby not going to this location anymore.more then once an item has been missing

The dirty shift manager made my burger with no gloves and has zero customer service. Don't bother here they wipe counter after doing dirty

This wendys has the best salads I absolutely love them when I am going to work I stop a few times a week just for a salad and I am never dissatisfied with them!

Always hot, great selection of burgers and drinks. Love the lemonade. Can't miss with their burgers.

It was okay, but too expensive unlike other places I have visited. They need to bring down their prices!

Well, I’ve avoided this location for a few years because they kept getting my orders wrong, but today I was in a hurry, so I tried it again. I ordered 2 grilled chicken avocado salads to go. When I get home, one is nice and warm, the other is stone cold, with no grilled chicken on it at all. So I have to drive back to show them, and they replace the cold one with a new one. I tell them the other one is cold now, so they give me a small container of chicken pieces to put on it. When I get home, I find the new one doesn’t have half the grilled chicken on it as the first one does, so I give the new one to my wife, along with the extra container of chicken, and I eat the one that is now cold, instead of driving back a second time.
This location will NEVER get the order right, no matter how busy, or how slow they are. The owner must be hiring family members to keep delivering this bad of a service for so many years.
Avoid this location! They just can’t do it! Burger King or McDonald’s is near, go there instead! THEY JUST CAN’T GET IT RIGHT!

They have the best nuggets I have ever bought! Tastier and affordable compared to other restaurant chains.

Shop is a single building with both Tim and Wendy's available near Rogers office and tandoori flame

Very poor service. I patiently waited at the counter for service while being ignored for a few minutes. Eventually someone did me a‘favor’ by taking my order. Ordered breakfast sandwiches to go. At home, unwrapped sandwiches, sloppy wrapping, burnt sausages. The type of sandwich indicated on the outside of the wrapper did not match the contents. It was a very disappointing experience that I have no desire to repeat.

I enjoy going to this Wendy's especially the drive thru because the person taking your order gets it right the first time. No need to check your bag before you leave because you get what you ordered.

I will never go there again one staff member was so disrespectful and rude. I will tell all of my friends to stop going there

Food was very tasty. Remained hot from leaving drive through until I returned to work. Generously supplied the sides required for my order and didn't hold out. Burger was tasty and fresh. Great service.

Drive through staff is always in rush tp meet the window target. Asked for a medium bag in tea cup 3/4 full n asked for a bagel double toasted with butter and it was a express run on a toaster n loaded with 3 times the butter.
Toe customer service is important and if u or your staff can't deliver that they th expectations need to be laid out as it only need 1 customer to make a difference which could go either way.

Fast service, warm food and just delicious! I hadn't had Wendy's in a while and this really hit the spot.

Got home with our food burger looked like it was from yesterday had to microwave because it was so cold and fries also cold everyone else in family food was fine

The staff have a good behaviour, but the food they served isn't taste good I bought bagel but they didn't toast bread. The main place is clean but maybe they don't clean restroom.

The drive through has got to be the work customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to double check my order and was told to leave cause I was holding up the line. I know fast food service is bad but this is next level. No please, No thank you. Never again. Lots of work needed their in simple communication.

Food is pretty good. Originally had 3 stars but honestly this location has stepped up their game and improved this staff. They're always polite, listen properly, and the food is great here. Highly recommended this location now after years of improvement!

Very time I Oder food the fries is cold soggy, sitting under the heater, after a period of time I start to taste the old oil. I’ve ask for fresh fries and yet still get the same. Bad experience for me

The chilli cheese fries were great but I felt the chicken burger could've been a little bit bigger it would've hit the spot!

If you want an order, with good presentation, made to the specifics you ask for and complete.this is not the place to go.

Half the time of you order a couple of meals at this location they will forget to put one or more components of that meal in. So you do NOT get what you have paid for. 4 meals and only 3 drinks? I would love to know how this makes any sense. Order a sandwich without tomatoes, 80% of the time guess what, that tomato you specifically asked not to have on there, yup, there it is. Honestly this location feels like it needs a clean sweep. They would be better off replacing every single person there with new people, that have never worked in the industry beforehand. Its a shame, I like Wendy's, but this location.this location is a no go. Go anywhere else, save the stress of having to go back around over and over again to get what you spent hard earned money on.

Really disorganized, no request for contact tracing or vaccine status even though we ate inside. A staff member who was maybe on a break or waiting to start her shift kept interrupting our order to ask her colleagues to get stuff for her from behind the counter. Very poor service.

The drive thru was very quick and the staff was very prompt. I did mobile ordering so that made it even quicker!

Great place to visit! Always fresh and listen, why not slide by Tim's while you're at it? Heck, why not? They're connected.literally AND figuratively! Thanks guys and gals!

But good memories attached - my mom used to work beside tim hortons there and used to bring my brother and I home our favourite chicken nuggets for after school snack and if we were good and did all our homework

Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. At least once a month I have a screwed up order. Bad service and at times some bad quality food.
This time not only was my order wrong but they gave cups that were over filled with pop. Not to mention one of the cups was leaking. To top it all off they made me pay the difference for not giving me a large chili which is what ordered to begin with. Definitely not going back. Might help if they hired competent staff and double check the orders before handing them out.
Oh yeah, anyone giving this place 4 stars or above clearly is either friends family or sonething to that degree. Maybe even don't know any better and haven't had good fast food before.

Received cold food. One of my family member had violent diarrhea and

vomiting. Never again.

Very disappointed. The food was cold, my poutine lid wasn't on properly and spilled out when I took it out of the bag and the salad was so disgusting it went in the garbage. The lettuce was wilty and the apples were brown and slimy. I will never visit this location again

Because of their location, they are friendly, get your order placed and back to you as soon as possible. Cashier smiles too when getting and taking your order.

I love junk food but that is not the reason for me likimg Wendy's and I don't have Wendy's a lot but there are times I see a commercial of Wendy and I say to myself I should go get Wendy's

The 8169 dixie rd location has really gone downhill the past couple of years.too often they are out of product. Third last visit they were out of onions! 2nd last time they had no baked potatoes! Today they were out of chocolate frosty and was told by first window that there were no nuggets, but the 2nd window said they did! I go there because I live nearby, but the customer service and lack of product will definitely make me go elsewhere from this point forward. Shame on you for not servicing your community.

Currently dealing with food poisoning while my mother has the most severe food poisoning I've ever seen before from one of their cheeseburgers.

They don't give you what you order. Almost every time I go there they get it wrong. But I'm to lazy to drive all they way back to get it corrected.

The front staff here always focuses on drive-thru to the sometimes exclusion of the in-store customers. I will occasionally have to wait several minutes for staff to notice I am waiting to order.

I am on a keto diet, and they will prepare a baconator sandwich with lettuce as a bun, an option which is surprisingly rare at most burger joints these days! I still think Wendy's burgers are the best among fast food places.

I really wish Wendy's would put together some kind of recycling program in their restaurants. It's a shame that so much goes in the garbage.

As far as fast food burger joints come, this is one of the better ones. Although the price on their poutine upgrade is ridiculously High.

I usually just get the chili anyway, no fee to upgrade your fries to chili. I like that the burgers are always hot. It's a good go to for junk food

This location is not the best.but i still don' think the service is poor.standard wendys location if you ask me!

I only used the drive thru, but wonders of wonders my order was correct the first time. I tried one of their mushroom bacon cheese burgers and it was delicious

Finest food, friendly staff, consistently great mood. They charge fair pricing and the food quality is excellent. Kudos.

The place offers a large range of delicious food. I like dining here. Staff members are always very kind, rates are fair and the spot is always clean.

Not the greatest service… They are always out of baked potatoes or lettuce or something.and they don’t tell you until you get to the window to pay or AFTER you’ve already paid.

Decent food quality at this franchise location, however, service can sometimes be slow or confusing when ordering at the counter.

Too much waiting time, customers never get treated well. Especially attitude from the manager is the highlight at this place. Instead of going to this place you might rather be at hunger.

I am shocked by the lack of attentiveness by the staff working at this Wendy's. I ordered nuggets and was told that I have to wait for 5 minutes. I did not have a problem with waiting for the nuggets and pulled over to the area the staff indicated.

After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to go in to check on my order, the staff was not aware that I was waiting. They completely forgot about my order.

Normally this would not bother me but it was for my kids that were hungry and wanted to get the Wendy's nuggets. My kids were completely disappointed that they had to wait so long for their meal.

Food is well put together, but they have me a salad with bacon when I said at least 3 times that I needed it without bacon.

Had to wait too.long for my meal. No customers were waiting and there were about 6 workers who were joking around and not taking their job seriously

Service is slow and they almost always screw up the order. Doesn't matter if they are busy or not. They always tend to mess something up. They never seem to have baked potatoes when you order one.

The place is shared with Tim's and has a drive through. There is reasonable number of parking spots around through two entrances.

The staff have been responsive and helpful. The food took 10 mins to make the 2 sandwiches. The tables inside could be cleaner, though.

The two Baconators were acceptable and overall a pleasant experience.
