Wouldn't normally write a review but they requested it at the drive through, so here it is.

Asiago chicken sandwich missing asiago, already too far to go back. Wait time was wild. Mediocre experience.

Meh, tables were dirty, bathroom was so so. Portobello bacon melt was a weak $8 burger, sheeted like a kids size and certainly didn’t have the appeal of the picture.

Worst service and they fill your coffee So damn full that you can't hit a tiny bump
on the road without it spilling all over the place. Plus they put no napkins in the bag. So now I can't clean up All this coffee all over my car.

I was over charged for my order and had a lengthy discussion with the manager. The server at the window was also trying to explain to her that they over charged but she didn't understand it. I complained on the Wendy's website but didn't get a response back. Guess they don't care how they do business and I guess at Wendy's anyone can become a manager. No people skills needed.

Always stop by this place right when they open and I'm in the area and even tho it's early they are friendly and fast.

First of all your chicken quality on the spicy chickens has gone way down hill. Absolutely disgusting the stuff you guys are calling chicken now a days.then there's the fact that on my uber eats notes you guys never follow them. Super dissapointing

I’ve actually been here a few times. I just recently found out that Wendys now offers breakfast so I had to try it.
I got the breakfast baconator, sausage croissant, wedges, and coffee.
Let me start by saying that the coffee was surprisingly good. I really like that they use styrofoam cups so that the coffee cups are nice to hold and stay warm.
Breakfast baconator was super filling for me. A couple bites of it and I was feeling stuffed. It was pretty good. I think I put some wedges in it also. One thing I think it need is more sauce or ketchup.
The wedges are pretty good, nicely seasoned. Was not expecting them to be as good as they were.
I think the worst thing I got was the sausage croissant and even that wasn’t that bad.
The prices are super reasonable. I think I paid $16 for all this and I also got a frosticcino and extra wedges for my sister.
I usually go to Wendy’s for nuggets, southwest salad, and spicy chicken sandwiches. But the breakfast is a great choice too and for the price, it’s a better deal than the clown.

How can you constantly get orders wrong? This is 3 times in a row, and then when calling the store, you are told ‘next time…’. Well, what am I supposed to do now. Guess it is foe the birds, as is Wendy’s!

Friendly and very fast service at the Milton location… a shout out to Natasha super nice person to deal with.was trying out the Breakfast Baconator for the first time… I’m in love!

Bright and clean. Fast and friendly service. Well made food. There's a pop dispenser allowing many coke products. First I've seen with Mr. Pibb / Pibb Extra (poor man's Dr. Pepper).

Tried their new biscuit breakfast sandwich. I had the sausage and egg and it was absolutely delicious! I was completely surprised as I'm very particular about my biscuits.

This location is in a wildly busy location but always provides quick and friendly service. Food always tastes great. Much better and less busy than the McDonald's down the street.

Highly reccommended place to be. Store is a must visit, friendly staff and accommodating although very busy, so please carry your patience with you. Also, you won't regret comparing the quality of of service, it's awesome. Must visit 5*

Food is always delicious, but they really need to extend drive-thru hours. McDonald's fifty meters away is 24 hours. Harvey's next door is 3am. This Wendy's is 11pm. Sometimes we workers have to eat late.

Easily the best Wendy's I have been to. Service is fairly standard across the board but the food seemed to be just perfectly cooked and proportionate for what you'd want.

I like Wendy's food. It's more personal than any other chain. Something different about them. Must try.

Ordered 4 salads, and they forgot to put the dressings. The Wendy’s staff who took the call was talking over me and insinuated that i was lying and the dressings were included. This is the 2nd time this is happening to my order from Wendy’s very unprofessional staff.

Had a weirdly good experience at this location - all the food was piping hot, seemed like it was just made fresh.

I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and it was soo good! Had some kind of sauce smothering the whole chicken patty and it was hot and fresh. Also had an apple pecan chicken salad which was great all around. Thanks for the good service!

This Wendy’s might be the greatest location I’ve ever gone to. They always nail my order, super fast and friendly. I’ll keep coming back.

One of my favorite places to eat. Good costumer service and good food. Definitely I would recommend this place to visit.

This place opened up at 1030 am on September 10 2021, had great staff, (legends in my opinion) the food was made right and am happy to have experienced they're Love, great job lady's and Gents!

Biked here and got stuck cause it started raining outside. Spend a fair bit of time inside, eating a baconator and a poutine. The people there were nice, even had a interesting conversation about the fries. Overall got to stay out of the rain and have a hot meal

Fast friendly service. Food tastes amazing. Nothing more nothing less. Long time repeat customer.

Wendy's has improved a lot we stopped going there a few years back because it wasn't as good but now there back

Be sure to thoroughly check your order before leaving because they constantly make mistakes at this location.

Terre Bleu lavender farm was stunning I love every single but of it, if you love the outdoors you'll love this place. The only thing is be careful of the ice cream if you're lactose, it did me real bad

Overall nice but little confused staff needs training one said for phone directly come to window for pickup next sir u have to inform us at the order placing spot then come to window I don't know what I hav to Follow or what not

Absolutely wonderful staff! My blue cheese portion on my salad was just perfect, Great job kids! Great salad when it's made perfectly!

First time trying Wendy's on the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. The fries were a little lack luster but the sandwich was great and fresh. The lettuce was crisp. Overall a really good meal. The service was unbelievably fast. Great job, guys!

Just another fast food corporation we should avoid, however I just can't believe how much I love the BACONATOR.

I love Wendy's, and so does my wife. We swung by 15 minutes ago to pickup a Baconator combo and a 3pc chicken tenders. The service is very polite every time we go. Unfortunately this time we get home and discover the Baconator is actually a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, which she doesn't like, and it's too hot for her. Its not the end of the world, but we're not going to get back in our car to go back and fix it. Shes pretty upset about wasting the money, and the fact that she has to make something for dinner now. On top of that, it also means some other car out there probably got our order and is upset as well. Its even more upsetting that this Spicy Chicken is wrapped in packaging that says 'hamburger', so theres no way we'd have discovered this problem even checking the bag (like we always do) as we got it in the drive through. I know this might be a bit dramatic but its 7pm on a Tuesday night and it's not busy, you should not have errors in your orders.

The food was very hot and fresh. It's the best Wendy's I've had. My wife and kids agree. We had a discussion about it on our drive home. "Was it just me or was that Wendy's really good? Lol We would definitely eat there again.

Food was ok, but my online order was screwed up. You would think it would be harder to mess up an order with a "language barrier".

Wendy's always has decent fast food. The service is usually quick, but they often sacrifice politce service for expediency.

We came to this place for a meeting.we heard about this spot from quite a few people. Well, it was very nice. The staff were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we will visit this place again. Highly recommended.

This location seemingly makes up there own hours. As they closed over an hour b4 their posted hours. Employees inside but just decided to close it seems

Worest Wendys branch, Spicy chicken sandwich was cold, we informed them, they took it back, and gave us one which is obviuosly microwave heated, chicken was greasy, and soft

I really enjoy their food. I always get great customer service there. The place is neat and the cashiers are always super friendly. Will come visit again.

I usually go late in the afternoon and they are not busy at the drive thru. My order is always correct.

I used the drive-through and got exactly what I ordered. It was hot and fresh. They did however forget to put a serviette in the bag.)

When we went into this location the staff was very friendly, especially since they were so busy. It was a particularly busy night and we weren't treated as an inconvenience. We were very pleased with the service and overall experience!

Love Wendy's! On this occasion I was, simply, a passenger with a Manager doing a quick drop off of more food for the people! Wow! The world can't get enough of Wendy's!

Awesome service. I came inside yesterday around 3 and I ordered a meal for my family. The burgers tasted great and also the service was fast. Clean area too.

3rd time going in the last 2 weeks ordered cheeseburger combo with chili each time I asked for crackers and yet no crackers in the bag. The service has gone downhill since Feb and no one will bother to listen, rude employees.

Food is prepared nicely, I didnt have any lopsided sandwiches, which happens all the time at the Mcdonalds. The lunchtime staff is always pleasant and polite. I also really like the bacon strips they use. They dont taste like flimsy pieces of leather like Tim's and Mcdonalds use. I dont hate Mcdonalds either lol their consistency in Milton just sucks. I have had better experiences in other cities with them. Overall i enjoyed my meal from here and it is one of the better fast food places in Milton.

Fries were barely cooked, service was slow and had to bring my baconader back because they gave me a chicken sandwich

Worst Wendy’s in Toronto. Never go there. Especially if you are hungry and hoping to have fresh food your way. I did not want to rate them poorly but unfortunately they proved on every visit that their managers do not know how to manage, customer service is extremely poor, and food is not to the standard of Wendy’s. They have made my order wrong every single time and they just do not know how to deal with customers and ensure that their service is effective and efficient. Management needs to change immediately as well as the staff. I hope they do this fast to ensure that they can retain and gain new customers. I HAVE FINALLY DECIDED NOT TO GO THERE ANYMORE.

I still like the food and the service is good but the new retrofit is terrible! Hard board like chairs do not make for a comfortable sit down meal. I noticed much more ergonomic chairs in the newly refreshed Tim Hortons which shares a common dining area.

The fine gentleman that cleans the tables is excellent. He even offered to take our trays after we finished eating!:)

We had the best counter guy he was so chill even my children commented on how smooth he was. As for the food it's fast food came out how it was supposed to hot and quick.
