One person taking the order. 3 persons were ahead of me and my turn came after 25 mins…. Poor customer service

I have no qualms about atmosphere it is fast food, and generally they are pretty fast there and I am normally happy with the quality of the food (they forgot my bacon bits today, but no matter) I do wish the positive feeling one should get would be there. The lady who helped me today, just seemed super disinterested.

Back there today, got their chicken wraps. Dried out, no sauce to speak of and fell apart. What a shame that they put all their focus on the skip the dishes orders.

Service was extremely slow.took over 20 minutes with 2 cars in front of me.chicken sandwich was good.but the fries tasted like straight up pot? I’m confused & kinda concerned.

Do not go here unless you are doing drive-thru. Waited for 1 burger for more than 15mins and had to end up leaving because I had a bus to catch. I couldn't even bother getting my refund because the workers were so busy.
My first time before this, they forgot the bacon in my junior bacon cheeseburger.
Don't waste your time or money

Slowest Place. Why be open for breakfast if it takes 10minutes in drive-through to get Wendy's breakfast.

Myself and my dad had lunch there.
The fries were ok but the burgers were cold. And I noticed someone else bringing in their food back it was cold.
The person at the cash register didn't seem to concernEd.
Will not go back again.

Food was disgusting and old, made our family ill. The location is filthy, and the staff are apathetic. Without proper management this location deserves to close.

We have been sitting in the drive thru on a Wednesday evening for 14 minutes and have not ordered.
Watched people go in the restaurant and leave with their food withing 5 minutes.
17 minutes later. Still sitting here. At least the employee apologized for the long wait.
All told. 20 minutes. Fast food? Absolutely not.

First time at this place, very disappointed, fries were cold and over cooked like they were re-heated. I asked for no onions on my burger got onions. Is that quality sign outside just for show?
Also I see alot of complaints here how come the manager never responds like other businesses?

Went here for the first time and placed a mobile order before leaving the house. I showed up on time for my food, and everything seemed fine. Got home and checked my burger and noticed it was very dry. So I took a small bite, and it was literally the hardest piece of chicken I’ve ever bit into. This thing could’ve broken my teeth because of how hard and dry it was. Very bad first experience.

Everytime I come here via the drive thru, there's always something missing. It's exhausting to try to get them to make it right as it would take a whole 45 minutes for the trip minus the waiting time in the drive thru.

It's not the waiting that's bad, it's that you wait and it's still wrong.

Usually their food is good, quick serve and friendly staff.
But was let down tonight.
The manager handing out the food practically tossed our food at us and did not seem too happy about her job.
I ordered a large baconator combo x2,2 spicy chicken wraps and a kids meal. The kids meal patty looked old. All fries were basically raw and soggy, my large rootbeer taste awful and the story clearly needed to switch the pop out. It looked like ice tea and the taste…… burgers were ok and the wraps could have had more to it. Tasted like straight ranch

Terrible service. Was on lunch break while at work the staff there jus Walk around doing nothing. They take one order then pass it on and walk around while having a line up of customers waiting to be served. Was waiting 15 minutes before they called the next customer then additional 10 minutes waiting for my food. Never going to this location again. They need to properly train staff not to walk around and only take one order at a time and have a line up of customers waiting. During my visit there were at least 10 staff working maybe 3-4 on drive thru the rest just walking around doing nothing. Better off going to McDonald’s where you can order at a kiosk and have your order ready in 5 minutes or less

Ordered five items, I had to park and wait for the nuggets but when I got the bag they hadn’t added the wraps I had 100 percent ordered. When I went inside, instead of being helpful, the young girls at the counter just printed off the receipt and rudely said I didn’t pay for any. I don’t mind mistakes happening but how about some kindness, or an apology or something. I would have ordered it again but they were so dismissive I just left hungry.

This place need to be closed down I bought a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken in the middle was raw oh my goodness man close DOWN! Or fire the little kids y’all have working there thank God I realized the chicken was raw before I got food poisoning very disgusting the Wendy’s in Ajax is the best!

Food is good but the drive thur is very slow, doesn't matter when you go, will always be waiting awhile. Been to other Wendy's and never had a problem with waiting.

Spent 30 minutes to get a burger and fries. They prioritize skip the dishes and don’t focus at all on the 6 people in front of them. Good food though.

My dad drove to the nearest Wendy’s to get dinner tonight for himself (which is about a 30 minute round trip). When he got home and opened his wrap this was all that was inside. This is a waste of money and not ok. More or less he’s extremely disappointed.

The person taking my order, even after me repeating it 3 times very slowly, she got my complete order incorrect. REMEMBER ALWAYS ️ YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING OR PAYING AT THIS WENDY'S. I phoned immediately they said they would send me a coupon for my order. They sent me a salad coupon. I have no teeth. Nice.

The food at this location is getting better but I wish they would work on their customer service. When the manager doesn't say a word to you in drive thru when she is handing you your food, not even a your welcome after saying thank you, it's no wonder the rest of the staffs customer service sucks. The staff is a reflection of the leadership team.

I usually use drive thru. Food is always good and they pack the bag right. The lineup and setup of the drive thru causes alot of commotion when it gets too busy though.

I live close enjoy the food, but for the umpteen time grrrr they can't get the order right, even asked to double check it very politely, and even after I caught the mistake, THEY STILL GAVE ME 100%not WHAT I OREDERD I understand the staff are young but regardless it's not rocket science,? , I guess head office email is needed.

The food is fine, but the drive-thru is painfully slow and my food is frequently wrong, which I don't find out until I get home. Avoid the drive-thru and go in if you can. If you MUST use the drive-thru, check your order before you drive off (which is probably what's slowing down the line in the first place).

Slow and service was meh, we went there at night so maybe that's why. The food was so so. We got the chicken burgers compo the taste was similar to MacDonald's chicken burger. Wasn't that tasty but we had no other option and were traveling. Maybe will give the Wendy's another try in the future if we have to.

The staff is extremely incompetent, and the DM isn’t much better. They didn’t put the extra cheese I asked for in the bag. Luckily I checked before I left the drive thru. When I asked the employee for the extra cheese she gave me a small container with a lid. She did not put the lid on properly, and hot melted cheese spilled all over me and my leather seats. I called the manager and was told the DM would call me in the afternoon. At 5, I called and the DM insinuated it was my fault and refused to do anything to help other than offer a gift card. Horrible service by incompetent staff.

There is cheese in the little holes of my car’s leather seats. Incompetence at its finest. Also didn’t appreciate the insinuation from the DM that it was my fault

Ordered curbside and no.curbside spots and parking spots on Wendy's side had tim hortons drive thru lined up in them and I had to go in 30 mins after I ordered to get cold food

Terrible location with the worst customer service. I understand that this is a busy location, but still, there are mistakes made every time and worst part there’s no apology for errors/delay. Will no longer be ordering from this location going forward.

I love wendys its always hot and fresh and the service there is great and they are very kind to there customers

Only used the drive thru here and the service was slower, food was OK, staff seemed to be trying.it's not my favourite Wendy's location.

Fries could be warmer ham burgers could be made with more care with the dressings etc.placed on them, take more care.

Food was delicious; poutine was excellent, absolutely loaded with cheese which is rare and highly appreciated. Staff was polite, helpful and efficient. All in all, good times

Horrible service. Horrible food. Rotten lettuce in my salad. Didn't eat it. 5$ salad btw for rotten lettuce.
Oh and never ask for Sour creme and salsa on the side for a taco salad because if you do. YOU'LL HAVE TO MAKE THE WHOLE THING YOURSELF! With an abundance of lettuce for no reason. Cool cool.

Service is slow at this location. Never get anything write. What happened to the workers that use to work their? They provided better service and the food was never cold. Asking for a friend.

I normally avoid writing negative reviews but this is the second time I’ve come home from this Wendy’s with the wrong order and I’m really disappointed especially because I paid for more than what I recieved: (! There was a massive line so I rushed out instead of checking to make sure it was correct!

My day was honestly going so wrong all I wanted was my spicy chicken from Wendy's.at first I heard I would have to wait an extra 4 min. To be honest I was about to blow up but then an angel server named neha saved the day with a smile and a laugh the smallest gesture went such a long way we need more neha In our life neha I hope u know your a great person.yours truly girl with the pink hair happy holidays... Ordered dinner. 40minutes later we are STILL waiting for our order. People are not getting the right food, items missing, ridiculous waits, and they can't even refund properly. Don't go if it is even remotely busy.unless this was an absolute fluke.

I'm pretty sure the wraps were made by a 4 year old at this location. The prices have been raised with inflation which is fine but the amount of food is about 1/2 of what they used to be. When i used to go when I was younger the classic single meal with biggie fries was 3.99 its 8.99 now. The patties are less then half the size and the small fries they give you is what a 2 year old would eat. Makes no sense. What a rip off. I will never go again.

Check your food before you eat it. Had a hair in my food, was already disappointed at the way the drive thru person spoke to my boyfriend and I. Smh definitely not going back.

I usually love going to wendys. Service is fast and staff are always nice. This time however, my burger was MAYBE med rare.it was more like rare.thin patties but the pink was bright and from end to end. If you guys are busy, make us wait longer. I ate the burger last night and I'm still regretting it. Things like this turn off customers. I certainly won't have a desire to visit for the next couple months or longer. Yes maybe I shouldn't have eaten it, but I was at home about 25 minutes away. Wasn't driving back and wasn't cooking dinner.

Terrible service, baked potato not cooked, Extra sour cream is 1, Chicken sandwich had 1 wilted piece of lettuce and A tomato a little bigger than a toonie

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for a spicy chicken and there was only 3 cars ahead of me. On the bright the spicy chicken was quite good though

Unorganized and the staff besides the ones that are cooking the food just stand there like statues like they're not sure what to do.

They NEVER have a "full" menu. Always out of baked potatoes, Jr. Burger patties. The amount of times in the past 2 months we have "tried to order, is just absolutely ridiculous. Its always during peak times when a restaurant should be fully stocks for their lunch or dinner rush. Smh. ‍️well take my two month lesson to just not go here.

The customer service is just OK. The food is usually made wrong. Usually deal with rude service here for some reason, and I'm very polite always.

They were generous. I forgot to order gravy, and when I realized after I'd paid, they gave me 2 servings for free.

What's the point of staying open until 12am if you're going to disassemble the frosty & lemonade machines? I got to your drive thru at 11: 35pm tonight after driving across Oshawa and getting off of work at 11pm to get a frosty and a burger, and you guys say you've already disassembled the machine. Very disappointed. Also I definitely wasn't the only disappointed one, because the girl ahead of me in the drive thru also tried to order the same thing. Bad service, especially for those of us who work late and still choose to come to your establishment.

It's cool in all if you guys close at 1. But I was stuck waiting in line from 12: 55 to 1: 03 and did not get served, I was boxed in and couldn't leave. When I try to talk to the people inside cuz I was upset they just gave me attitude. I was just going to go down the street to McDonald's or a&w cuz I just got off work and I was hungry. But couldn't do it because my friend had to get home. Very disappointed with the service.

Terribly terribly slow tonight! What manager is on at 6: 30pm wow need improvement to process and staff. First waited in drive-thru line for 7mins, didn’t move. So left the drive-thru and came in.there are 6 tables eating. 1 guy in line ahead of me and I’m still waiting! There’s about 7 people I can see working.how hard is it to put in fries, make some burgers and fill some pop. I love the Wendy's! It's got such a chill vibe. I guess its because of the timmies lol. The drive thru can be hectic!

Service was not good and the food was worse. The hamburger bun was so stale it just fell apart. I know its boxing day, but you should be able to do better than that.

How does it take more then an hour to make two meals through delivery that's rediculous and cant even come through the store because alot of people dont know what they ate doing just seems like they stick anyone in any position and say here you go try!

Absolutely great! I mean the nuggies.get outa here 10/10.one time my friend and I slept in one of the booths the employees just let us hang out over night so that was cool.

This place is the worst Wendy's in Durham region. They take as many orders as they can and then let everyone's food just sit there, they are so unorganized they don't know what to do, this is mainly because the manager is not qualified to be a manager she has no customer service skills and when I asked about my order I could clearly see sitting behind her she proceeded to scream at me and tell me it wasn't my order, that there was other people in front of me when I asked why she was being rude she said I was rude for asking her a question regarding my food that was obviously siytsit there getting cold. I would say that Wendy's would benefit from some actual training instead of letting a lady like there manager run the establishment, she thinks she owns the place.
