Wendy's

The service and food was not great. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I came here in the evening, so perhaps the staff were tired, but the female staff were talking among themselves with their backs turned to me the entire time I was waiting for my order. It was very rude. After a few minutes, I ordered and received my sandwich and when I opened it I found it had been literally crushed down flat. Before I walked away, I asked if this is how it’s normally served and the women just stared at me for a bit. The female at the counter said, “what’s wrong with it? ” I proceeded to lift it up and show her it was flat and opened it up to see it was smooshed and messy. She sighed irritably and offered to make another one, I thanked her and waited for another. Then they continued to talk among each other and looked at me every so often which made me think they were talking about me. Wasn’t a good experience. I won’t be back.

Twice in the last 2 Weeks ordered Chicken Asiago Ranch sandwich got a regular chicken sandwhich. Went through the drive thru, waited 7 minutes on the 2nd visit for it to be made. Got home and it's wrong, tried calling store but only voice messages. Disappointed in this location.

Very good french toast sticks, although one of mine was so big it didn't fit into the dipping sauce. Great otherwise, good service, very happy

Cobb salad was put together with no customer care. Chicken strips were over cooked. Cheese burger had onions after I asked for no onions.

The rude white lady at front needs some serious attitude lessons.if she doesn’t like customer service let her be in the kitchen to do dishes. Hope you guys have run background check on her? , seems retarded!

Visited today again (2nd time this week) and they don't understand fresh/hot food request and it was still warm at most. The lady taking the order doesn't understand my order and made me drive up to the window. The intercom is also vandalized/smashed - giving the vibe that it is unsafe. They don't like giving you receipts as well - I wanted to do the survey and give my feedback but never got one. So disappointing at this particular Wendys. Do yourself a favour and go to another Wendys.

I'm not sure if this place reheats the previous days chicken for their salads. But I ate one today and it wasn't plump and stiff like normal. It was cold, chewy and stringy. And now my stomach is hurting.

If you guys reheat the previous days food. PLEASE DONT CUZ we can tell.

First time going for breakfast there, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean. The cashier was pleasant and we enjoyed the breakfast. Will certainly come again

Food quality and service can vary depending on who's working, food ranges from meh to good depending on the day. The small, middle aged Asian lady is very sweet and kind, and I always have a good experience whenever she's working.

I ordered at around 9pm at night. Everyone looks like they hate their lives and the staff is rude and on their phones. I got a poutine that was sour. Yes you heard it sour! Extra fries that weren't placed properly so that there was nothing left in the the holder but all of it was everywhere in the bag and thus went cold quickly. Only thing good was the chicken sandwich. I tried calling to complain and no one picks up. I've been coming here for like 20 years. Not anymore, last straw. No wonder all the 1 star reviews lately.

Quick and fast drive thru never had a bad experience so far and food is usually hot and feels fresh.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for an asiago ranch chicken club and by the time I got home I realized they didn't even put any bacon.

Drive-thru order machine is broken, so waited at the window for 5min but still no one answered, have someone there if you know your machine is broken!

Ordered at the drive through… while i was still telling worker my order she cut me off and said “second window” i didn’t even finish ordering lol

I ordered on Uber eats. Old fried chicken in Asiago sandwich, small chocolate frosty instead of medium vanilla, 20 nuggets with no sauce, over filled the frosty so that when the delivery guy got here it was a complete mess and dripping everywhere. No cheese on the Dave’s double. Not cool. Just because you’re closing in 45 minutes doesn’t mean you should serve this and not put any effort into your work. I understand one mistake or maybe 2 but this is ridiculous I just spent $60 on absolute disrespect.

Post workout meal. LOL! Had to get my Spicy Chicken sandwich combo. It was suggested by my colleague (not gonna share the name) to try their "Frosty chino". Word of advised don't try they put like half the cup with ice which i should have done when i order bubble tea. It taste like chocolate milk with a hint of cappuccino. I don't even have a picture of it that is how disappointed i am with this drink.

Palvi the shift manager is very disappointing. I was at the drive thru window @11: 15 waited 30 min. Then she told me to proceed to the 2nd windows without taking my order and insisted she will take it at the window. When I pulled up to the 2nd window she told me she only had fries while having a laugh and smirk on her face. Let me remind you there is 15 min left until closing. Very disappointed in the quality of service. Need to improve service and employees, can’t believe this was a manger telling me this.

This Wendy's is located just opposite to my house. It is the first time I go there for lunch. My first impression about it is quite negative. First of all, the setting is rather dim and old. We don't see any staff to clean up the venue. That gives us an uncomfortable feeling. Secondly, the staff show a square face to customers. Thirdly, its burgers are only average and lack of outstanding features. But, its French fries are beyond my expectation.

I mobile ordered about 3 weeks ago. Today I show up and the cashier Van not only remembered that I had salad last time but she called me by my name! Amazing! Way to make me feel special! ️

Tried again months later to give wendys another chance.and then. 4 hours after eating. FOOD POISONING. Updated May 2022. Wish I could give negative stars.

They are a bit slow sometimes on drive thru. But I just see it as they are making fresh fries and chicken strips. Everything else I cannot complain about. Taunton and harmony is my fave one to go too. Then king st in oshawa (they are fast)

So I ordered a chilli in the drive thru and when they gave it to me, it looked so watery, so I asked him (the brown guy in a manager shirt) why the chilli looks so watery like a soup? This guy tells me, "actually sir, chilli is a soup! ". I told him chilli is not a soup and it's not my first time ordering it! He decides to insist that chilli is a soup. I simply told him that if it's not ready you say so, you don't serve something that is not ready and call it something it's not. He refunded my money, but he needs to first learn some customer service skills himself, which given all other reviews, I can see why this location doesn't seem to have any! I mean if the manager himself lacks the professionalism, you can't expect anyone lower to act any different or better! I would highly avoid this Wendy's location! This isn't even the first time they messed up, another time I ordered a meal and my fries biggie sized and paid for it but they gave me a reg size fries. They need to dump the whole staff and start anew here!

Old guy at the drive through threaten not to take my coupon next time if i don't tell him when ordering, very impatient, bad customer service

My order came out to 14.10, i gave the drive thru cashier 15.10.they didn't give me back my change.i got fed up after 10 min of sitting in the drive thru and left.they still haven't given me my change.

The coustmer service is not the best, the front cashier decides to punch Uber and Skip the dish orders before taking the line of coustmers that she could clearly see standing infront of her, I ask for a simple plain spicy wrap just extra cheese but they could not even get that right. Their coustmers and the orders are never their first priority, mistakes are always made and the service is so slow.

I was extremely disappointed with the food I received on Monday, March 7, at about 1110 pm. I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken, and by time, I drove off and took a bite of the burger. It was warm! Unfortunately, I could not turn back because I had work.but not impressed

My order was missing one bacon deluxe combo, the other bacon deluxe combo had no bacon. Very poor packing.

Food is way too salty a lot of the time and buns on burgers are not even warm most of the time, but good value.

Wendys are bussin just like when i tie my shoe perfectly but its kinda sad because its underated its really sad like my fish drowning idk how that happened but i cant lie my burger buns lookin sussy

I used the drivethrough, employe was friendly. They made the food fresh. I know because I was sitting in my car for a little bit, which I don't mind when the food is fresh and taste good.

Took kind of long to get my order through the drive-thru I think they're understaffed a little overall good food

Now I know this pic isn't the best.but lemme tell you this burger was BUSSIN and only $4! (bacon deluxe special with extra onions, tomatoes, pickles)

Whoahhhhhhh its Wendys.what else is there to say? A decent burger place if you're in a rush, but by no means gourmet standards. Wish I could give this a higher rating, but I'm far too much of a foodie.cant let my fellow foodies down hollaaaa!

Long line up at the drive thru so we ordered 3 combos and 2 kid meals inside and took about 18mins. We were charged extra $10 by mistake. Food were okey, just under staff.

Very quick service. The line up at the drive through is well coordinated. They are very professional. We highly recommended this Wendy’s restaurant to anyone.

Drive through took nearly 10 min to take down the order (not including getting the food) changed staff midway through and did not have many of the items.

Refused to take mine and my friends orders BC it was more then 2 orders, and told us combine our order BC it would save him time.
There were no cars behind us and we could not go inside to order

Horrible management and service. Waited a while for order to be taken. Tried to use a coupon off their app and the staff had no idea how to scan the barcode or use the code.
Cashier went to go ask the manager and overheard him say he doesn't care, and that I should fix my phone if the coupon on the app is not working and that they could not take it. She went to prepare food while I was still waiting to place my order. She told me she couldn't take the coupon even though I offered her both the barcode and the code given on the app.
Service was very slow as there were several people behind me in line whose orders weren't being taken. Others who placed a mobile order and were there before me were still waiting as I left.

I love this Wendy's location! It stands out from the rest. Love dropping by late at night for a tasty and fresh snack! The drive through is always incredibly fast and the burgers always come very fresh and hot! The beef patty is perfect and not dry or overcooked, every time. The attendant is amazing as well! Really fun and witty, he makes the whole experience amazing. This is exactly what fast food should be like! Fresh, tasty, satisfying, and quick!

I like this wendy's very much. Most of staff are very well trained and good service.
And service is getting better and better.

I arrive at this unique place once a month as I enjoy the special atmosphere that is exist in this place. The crew is highly friendly and qualified. The service is remarkablywonderfully rapid. Not to mention, the food you get is highly distinguished. I ate there more than once and I was always pleased. The payment is reasobable. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

Always blown away by the service of everyone, expecially Sooria! Always makes the quick visit just a little bit nicer, gives it a human touch which is super cliche but true!

One of my go-to fastfood place when I could not see anything on the table or inside the fridge. Always loved Wendy's and never get tired of coming here, always go drive-thru. Or sometimes order inside and go. When we order drive-thru, there is usually a waiting time of 5 minutes. Very accommodating staff here. It is already open now after some 3 weeks of renovation.

Love the chicken tenders! Cool coke machine! Various flavours. The cashier lady was really nice and sweet.:)

They need to improve the server.especially at Victoria Park and 401 Location immediately.they always mess up the orders.

Wendy's is allways good. Went to this one in Scarborough for the first time and the guy at the window was very friendly and funny.

Two people in front of me in line, still waited over 10 minutes to order. Insanely hot in the restaurant. There seems to be one employee actually working, with the rest wandering around

They say this is a hot and juicy is hot and f****** sloppy so garbage you should shut them down

Horrible customer service and I ordered chicken nuggets but it took 29 minutes late because of the fryer was broken down and I wouldn't go back as it was very better 2 years ago and this is a major issue as it is poorly managed by manager of this company.

There must be a large business / warehouse nearby as what seems like workers pack in day and night to just nurse a coffee and chat for hours. As a result loud and unpleasant, floors are dirty and have seen better days. Food is par for the course, I would only recommend for take out / drive thru.

Good food ok service, but consistent, with the quality of their food. Busy place, it can be hard to find parking at times.

A nice little Wendy's. Their food is on par with other Wendy's around, so nothing to special. It is in a joined location with a Tim Hortons, so if you're craving a coffee and a baconator, this is a good place to stop.
Parking spaces is limited, but the seating inside is also pretty limited. This place is more intended to be a rest stop than a dining area, although it serves both nicely

A Canadian classic that can't be beat by any other fast food chain. 99 cent frosty and fries are the best combo and the bathrooms are clean.
