Trying to order from here is impossible. Everything you want to order, they don't have.

Stood at counter waiting.waiting.waiting.server made an order, served a skip driver.waiting.finally called forward for the server to tell me to wait. Definitely not fast food and most definitely not good service. Walked over to Tim's after giving up.

This is a great location for a quick breakfast or meal throughout the day. The place is clean, staff is efficient and most important of all, the food is good. The only down side is the washroom that is stink and smelly.

In short, one of the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Received lousy service from drive-thru workers making fun of my dad's Mexican accent. They made a mistake with the food with the soft drinks and they gave us things in a bad way, at all times talking among themselves and laughing instead of attending the window, I think that nobody deserves to be treated that way, much less an elderly person, and when I spoke to the restaurant to want to report it to their representative, she only made fun of it because she knew perfectly well who we were and she herself told us what we had ordered, I describe her attitude as deplorable and negligent, what a shame on the part of the lady, not to repeat and make fun of an older person

Super busy and seems confusing the way orders are handled. Lunch weekend time you’ll be hard pressed to find seats. Takeout is best

Just wanted a Frosty so this was the closest place to satisfy my urge!

This location was busy and it took about 5 minutes to get to the order counter. After that, service fulfilment was quick and staff (. I believe it was the store owner) was courteous. I chose a vanilla $0.99 Frosty special.

The large seating area is jointly shared with Tim Hortons. Two wide-screen TV’s are attached to opposite sides of a centre pillar for your viewing pleasure. There are also 4 comfy chairs on each side if you don’t want to sit on wooden chairs. Booth seating is also available.

Since the place is about 75% full, the general noise level is elevated. You can hang out with friends and plug your devices such as phone chargers into a few wall receptacles available for customers.

There’s a drive-thru and free WiFi too!

This establishment is a sick joke. Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and got fries with a side of fries. … also, who’s leaving 5 star reviews for a fast food restaurant? Embarrassing #boycottwendys

Came here for just an iced coffee which is amazing btw! The guy that took my order was very fast and friendly. Will definently be returning with good service like that 5 stars!

I asked for a Dave's Triple w/ no tomatoes, and a strawberry lemonade. Not only did I not get my drink, my order was completely wrong. Whoever is running the place here needs to look at/ re train staff members because this is ridiculous.

Payment was taken and food was given without a single word from the staff, not a bad thing but not a good thing

Great on the go spicy chicken sandwich, And nuggets are done well, (soft and enjoyable.toppings are always Fresh. ALSO I love the new cups at this location.

The worst place ever to grab food from wendys, the thick headed lady was shouting about not playing a simple card game with family on the table while eating from wendys and started getting aggressive and rude.

I don't like the new cups, the lids break the paper straw and then I have to take the lid off or find a sturdier straw.

Extremely rude manager name Syed. I can't imagine if he is this rude and abnoctious with customers how he treats the employees!

The workers at this Wendy’s Eglinton location are extremely incompetent. Fries were undercooked, there was HAIR on my burger and my fruitopia drink was extremely watered down. I will NEVER order from this location ever again. This location needs to close down for their terrible service and unsanitary acts. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE TO RECEIVE HAIR ON YOUR FOOD. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. See picture in my review for proof that i'm speaking facts

Was at the Tim Hortons in the same building. Seemed a little disorganized even when they weren't very busy. Facility was clean and kept up with covid19 protocols.

The food is like any other Wendys, pretty good. The drive-through is the slowest moving thing on earth. It always takes over 15 minutes even if the drive-through is empty. Still gonna keep coming here tho cuz it’s tasty

Customer service is great. Manager is super nice. Food quality is also really good. Will go back in the future.

Wendy’s menu is same for decades. They don’t really know how to make lettuce wraps. Their meat is drastically small size for the price when wrapped in lettuce. Won’t be going if u r avoiding grain carbs.

The lower pricing on the chili fries is what I go for. Coffee taste is not worth it, I suppose deliberately, given it shares dine-in space with Tim Hortons.

Drive thru is slow. I got there night after 8 so maybe staff was bit tired other than that awesome service

The new junior bacon cheeseburger is a fantastic value, their spicy chicken is a classic, and they have some of the best fries. Wendy's will always be my go-to for fast food.

Honestly, the food tastes decent. But the issue with this Wendy's is the customer service - gave the wrong order (happened to me twice already in this location)

Great location that never really seems to have a line up - located in the Erin Mills Town Centre mall which is currently undergoing some construction but otherwise easy accessibility. Great food like any Wendy's location - this is twin store with a Timmies which is always busy so the parking lot is a bit full.

Wish I could rate this location 0 stars. I went through the drive through after work to get a baconator. After waiting for the only person in front of me in the drive through, I received my order. I didn't get a receipt and I got a burger with lettuce instead of buns! I was furious when I saw this burger. IS THIS A JOKE WENDYS? ! Definitely not impressed by the customer service and by the burger I received. Attention to detail is needed when cooking, can't believe this monstrosity is what was given to me.

Food was good. Lol they asked us to wait in the parking for out order. The man who delivered the order to us opened the door and kept a yellow cone so the door stays open. We stayed in the parking waiting for a chance to move the cone and keep him locked out

Not the greatest location out there. Placed a mobile order about 10 minutes prior to my arrival for a coffee and it wasn't even ready when I got there. This is despite the fact that there were several employees just standing around doing nothing.

Apart from that, the coffee was decent.

What the heck. I asked for cheesy cheddar burger why did i get pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion on it.

Also why is the customer service in this location always unresponsible and lack politeness. Who hires? Every visit is cold, no thank you, you are welcome, have a good day nothing. I worked at wendy's myself many years ago. The trafalgar location has way better customer service.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and the employee gave us a bacon chicken sandwich. Called to let them know about their mistake and the employee named Marcia was rude saying I cannot do anything about it. Such a big brand but such employees spoil the reputation.

We enjoy eating out. Last night we visited this fine restaurant which we didn’t know before. We had a beautiful evening there with first-rate cooking and a courteous team and a talented chief cook. We put this fine restaurant in our list and we will certainly return soon. We warmly recommend.

This Wendy's is okay, but they don't have a great track record of getting my order completely correct. Also, when I order a baked potato and I do ask for salt and pepper and butter I don't get enough in the bag.

The taste of burger wasn’t great at all. Not worth the money. The fries were soggy.
Veggies put in the burger were less than half what has been put in the posters.

Food was good, service was okay. Lady at the front forgot to place couple items in our trays so I had to go back.what caught my attention though was dirty front counter area.it needs a little elbow grease to look a bit cleaner. The steel bars that lock on counter when it is closed were disgustingly dirty.and dirt/gunk stuck to it. It could literally fall off onto your food.

Clean restaurant, good food, decent prices. Dave's single with bacon is a good budget burger if you're short on cash but still want a good meal

One of my personal favorites for a quick bite, quality ingredients and the fries are usually lightly salted (very nice). Ohhh! When those spicy chicken sandwiches go on sale for $3!

My friend and I drove there, was asked about the deal burgers then person taking drive thru orders stopped talking and basically it’s like she took of head set and walked away. Not impressed at all.

This location is fine but sitting can be an issue depending on the time of day as this is a Timmis/Wendy's and timmis customers take all the sitting

Order was wrong and looks like it was smashed after being wrapped up. Missing bacon in the bacon cheeseburger.

Says open until 2am. Arrived 1am and no drive through/ inside service. Employees cleaning, asked one employee why the website says 2am closing time and she said "yes". Memes for food.

Extremely terrible. Asked for 2 JBC’s and ended getting 1 Jr Cheeseburger deluxe. How do you even mix that up? Don’t recommend coming.

Good spot to have quick snack but it can get busy sometimes. It's hard to get out due to one-way-in one-way-out plaza design.

The food tastes great and the managers - both a Caribbean and Indian male are very hard-working who provide amazing customer service along with the rest of the staff.

Terrible place, random employee walks around asking you how long you will be staying here, then saying it's not a library (it was empty). Would not recommend coming here.

Went in to grab lunch on a casual afternoon on Sunday around 2: 30pm. Saw that there was a lineup and figured it was really busy, but it wasn’t. Restaurant was barely half filled and there seemed to be 5-6 staff members working. A few people in front of us waited 10 minutes without acknowledgement for their orders to be taken. Then a SkipTheDishes guy shows up and suddenly all those people waiting in front of me patiently is bypassed to serve the delivery guy. Then after a long 5 min of just processing that one order, the remaining few of us are stuck again just waiting for someone to acknowledge that we’re standing there. The staff seemed confused and disorganized with what they were doing. The cashier/food runner only handled literally one order at a time. The supervisor was running around like a mad man trying to get to the SkipTheDishes guy, drive thru and making sure the staff was producing food. Then another SkipTheDishes guy shows up and we waiting patrons again were shoved aside to serve him. By the time I got to order, it was another 10min. Before I got my food. I ended up with cold fries and a lukewarm burger that was supposed to be made to order, and a disappointing “sorry for the wait” response upon my order being handed to me. From arriving at 2: 30, I didn’t get to sit down with my food until 2: 56. Truly disappointing.

Good place to hang out with your friends or work. During summer they sell a frosty icecream for one dollar only. Check it out

The summer special 99c Frosty in Chocolate or Vanilla (small size) has me going to Wendy's throughout the summer!
It's a treat for ice-cream lovers. It's enough to satisfy the dessert craving after dinner or just something you grab during the day as a cooler!
