I went in to the X-ray here. Amd they say no attitude no nothing. But they gave me attitude because I was wearing a plastic face mask. I have been in McMaster hospital no almost every 3 months - no attitude from them
I am know at south mount medical for my ex- ray no problem wearing the plastic mask. Very polite compare to 15 Mountian ave.
If you need anything done. Come to south mount client on upper centennial.
You will more happy here. I am.

I had a very positive experience. It did not appear to be too busy during my appointment time (it was steady). The staff were friendly and accommodating. I typically feel rushed by receptionists in clinics and feel like they don’t care for pleasantries. These ladies on the other hand were so welcoming. There was also a girl who I believe was on a practicum who was so sweet.

If I could give a zero I would. Rude and inflexible. Staff needs training on personal skills and compassion. I will drive an hour to avoid this clinic.

Worst place I have ever gone to, they accuse me of not mentioning items on requisition and do not do two of the request as they were not thoroughly put down by call centre who booked appointment, ultra sound gal wonderful, receptionist horrible customer service!

Horrible horrible experience! The receptionist there was so rude and inflexible. Firstly I was told that I don’t need the requisition for trans vaginal u/s and when I went to the branch without it.she said she won’t do it. I told her I was told you don’t need it and she made me feel as if I was lying! I said I’m coming from far away and arranged a baby sitter for my baby cuz this was so urgent and that’s the reason I came from Burlington but she won’t listen. I said I’ll send you as soon as I reach home but no way she’ll listen! This is a horrible attitude. They just don’t wanna work! Me and my husband both work for health care but we always accommodate patients. I didn’t ask her to do anything illegal and she kept on saying it’s illegal! Seriously? I’ll never go back again! And before all of this she said why were you sitting when you had an appointment at 8: 15? I told her you were dealing with a patient that’s why I sat down till you finish but she was like no it was your appointment time.you should have come! On to which I said you weee dealing why someone and I don’t find it polite to intervene or barge into someone. Arrghhhh!

My grandmother WHO IS ON OXYGEN was YELLED AT by your employees because she could not lay down with a mask, a visor and her oxygen tank. They refused to cooperate with her. She is an elderly lady. They refused to do her mammogram because she was late, when they called and confirmed the time twice. She arrived early and was disrespected by your workers. How disgusting for someone to treat an elderly patient on oxygen with such disregard and disrespect. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Learn to be better for the elderly. You are serving the community for the greater good NOT discriminating against old people. She wore her mask and a visor and your team was shaming her when she said if she layed down with a visor mask and her oxygen she would not be able to breathe properly. She has COPD and is technically exempt from you the mask mandate but still wore it for your team. However they said to her fix your mask OR LEAVE. They were rude for her entire appointment. DO BETTER or quit your job. How can you work in this industry and be such a disgrace to humanity? I cannot believe she experienced this from health “care” workers. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of an appointment for an elderly woman to go in the dead of the winter to go to an appointment and be denied half of the services, shamed and embarrassed someone on oxygen. Now she has to reschedule an appointment because your staff is incompetent, rude, disgusting and discriminatory. I will be sending this same review to the city so they can investigate your team. Absolutely shameful! How dare you.

Just wanted to give a rave review of how I was treated today. I sincerely cannot commend the admin and the X-ray technician enough! They were so very kind and gracious today. It’s so rare to find such pleasant and kind people! Just wanted to thank them and make publicly known how wonderful these two ladies were today! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and efficient, getting in to my xray as a walk in took no time at all, getting through on the phone is not always easy

I had to come here for an in depth ultrasound and now I dont want to go anywhere else!
The staff was very friendly and COVID safe (they even refused to treat patients who didn't comply with mask mandates which I'm completely for!)
My technician was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable by answering all of my questions and even making me laugh a few times!

Their new online or telephone booking system is very inconvenient. I waited on the phone for 25 minutes 2 days in a row and still have not had anyone answer. I also tried to book online through the online booking system and I'm still waiting for a an appointment to be sent. Finally I decided to call and speak to reception at the Mountain Avenue location and the receptionist gladly booked me in and told me they're having a lot of problems with the telephone and online booking systems. This is very inconvenient as a patient I don't have time to sit on the phone for an hour waiting to make an appointment that takes 5 minutes to do.

Elle was absolutely AMAZING. I can't express how grateful I am to have had her as my technician. Very organized, welcoming, and clean. If I were able to request Elle every time, I would. It was my first time ever having to do anything like this and she walked me through EVERYTHING and was open and honest with all my questions. I can't say enough about how great my experience was, highly recommended. 5/5 stars, incredible staff.

Disapponting for an imaging centre to not have enough parking for pts.who might have problems walking far. Geez more than half of their parking is for staff only. You have to park to the residential side. On the up side, the service was fast and place was pretty much empty (and i couldn't find a parking nearby). The staff were pleasant.

Friendly staff and quick service. Very limited parking at the building though (most spots for staff only, and a couple of accessible parking spots for people with a permit, but that's it). Had to park on the street about a block away. Which was okay, but it would have been nice to be forewarned so that I knew to come a bit earlier to find a spot and walk.

Came here during Covid for a prenatal ultrasound because I wanted a place to have my bloodwork done in the same building. Everything was quiet and not much interaction w the receptionist due to social distancing. No one was in the waiting room. My tech was fine, not overly friendly or interested in chatting - just doing her job I guess.

5 years ago I would of gave this place 5 stars, the past two years not so much. The ultrasound techs are always awesome, however depending on the day the reception are not so much. I will start with the minor incident but it was the fact I was still lied to. I have gone here for all my pregnancies and I have always received a picture regardless of the date. When I called to make an appointment for a dating ultrasound I was told they still print ultrasound pictures. When I got there I was told by the tech that they don't do them for dating ultrasounds. Understandable. When I went for my nuchal translucency ultrasound I was also told they didn't print them at that time either. It wasn't until my anatomical survey I was informed they no longer had a printer and that they have not had one for a long time. Not a big deal but again they should be telling people the truth.

The second time that bothered me was when I was there for my anatomical survey ultrasound. Being a PSW and working in healthcare myself, I am taught how to proper precautions and to be observant. I think it is great they have precautions in place during covid 19. They have created another exit with a green exit sign to indicate where to exit. I didn't notice the sign until I went in for my ultrasound. There was two older woman who clearly did not see the exit sign and both passed though the entrance door. The woman coming in had no clue but she got yelled at by reception while I and other patients were right there. The tone in her voice was gut-wrenching. It wasn't professional at all. They should have a sign on the back of the entrance that says " DO NOT EXIT" and should have more indicators to where the exit is, instead of yelling at their patients. There was also allot of seniors there who have a hard time reading and hearing. The reception should also be more considerate.

i was requested by a respirologist to get some x-ray and ultrasound work done.on march 5, at the conclusion of my doctor appt, i went to the WH as a walk-in to see if i could get both done in a reasonable time.the admin person was polite and advised me immediately that based on my time restriction (i had to get ready for work in about 1.5hr) that it would be better off for me to come back with an appointment.he then looked at my paperwork and since it was deemed urgent, he fast-tracked the appointment for the next day.i then asked how long to budget for time for the medical procedures, and he advised within a half an hour of stepping in thru the doors, i should be done.the next day on the 6th, i was out of the office in 17 minutes with both tasks completed.the staff, while not overly gregarious, (understandable since they were always doing something work-related) were polite, efficient and there was mutual respect displayed.thanks WH Xray and Ultrasound for a pleasant, efficient visit.

I have found the staff to be efficient and compassionate in my past dealings. While mammograms are painful, I have had more painful experience at other labs. The technicians were knowledgeable and knew my chart information prior to completing the tests. I would highly recommend their service.

They booked me in for an ultrasound on the week they were shutdown. This has happened multiple times with booking mistakes. I would say unproffessional and the last time I book here.

Rude receptionist.
Left my mother waiting for 45m to tell her she couldn't have a test done because it was within the 5 year. She explained she didn't know we were waiting and she forgot to notify us that the test couldn't be done, even though she told us to take a seat. Wasted our morning.

Second time I've been here and EVERYONE who works there is so rude. They talk to you like you should know EXACTLY what to do, heaven forbid you ask a question. Both visits I experienced eye rolls, huffs of air, and a condescending tone. I'm coming to you to be checked for something very serious and it makes me very nervous, you'd think these people would have more empathy for their patients. I live right down the street and I will from now on be going out of my way to go somewhere else. I'll be reporting this to my family doctor. Shame on this clinic.

My experience here is mostly positive. Staff are helpful although can by no means be described as chatty or gregarious. I always have to wait a little but it would be much appreciated if they could tell you how long the expected wait was. The facility decor is so dated. No points lost for that because this is all business. Location is ideal inside the medical building in Stoney Creek.

AWFUL customer service experience. I called to make an appt for an ultrasound, have a requisition, and the receptionist asked me why. I explained that I had an u/s done and it was a follow up. She basically told me I had to go back to the place I had it done and I explained they’re too busy for the time being and my doc gave me a requisition for their office. She wouldn’t book me and insisted I have them call directly to allow me to come. I explained I had a requisition and still they wouldn’t book me in. I’ve never had anything like this happen, and not to mention if you have a requisition to a government funded service they are REQUIRED to care for you. A receptionist who is not a medical professional does not have the right NOT to book you in for an appt. Did I mention I was pregnant, which I told her, and it was a follow up scan for my baby? It’s appalling. Needless to say, I called another Wentworth-Halton Location and with no hassle at all this other lovely receptionist booked me in no problem. To this office, you should really take a look into how your receptionists speak to the public. I will be following up on this.

Horrible experience. Do not come here is you are pregnant. No parking on site. Ramp to get inside is icy. They do not give you a picture of your baby like every other place does. They charge you $5 to view it online.

This place expects to get paid for two days worth of appointments because they won't do my knee and foot ultrasound on the same day because they told me ohip doesn't cover it. So they made me two appointments. Well I called greater Niagara medical at queenston and nash and they said they will do both on the same day no problem. This place is a joke. Money grubbing greedy thieves.

5stars for the lady who did my ultrasound. She was super kind. However very disappointed with their system. They are Finding every way possible how to making money off people. They don't allow you to take pictures of your ultrasound or give you a print of fetus, but u have to go online and pay a 5$ fee to have access to the image. After your registration online it takes 1_2 business days to have access to the images. This is ridiculous! Meanwhile my sister in Brampton the clinic give her very clear nice prints of her ultrasound image.

I cannot begin to describe how great my experience was here. First of all, the place is clean, and was on schedule which is always nice! Ella performed my ultrasound and was one of the most caring, wonderful people I've ever met. She was so friendly and reassuring and helped to calm my nerves. It's so refreshing to see someone who is so great at their job and so patient with people - it's not something we see a lot of with our public health care system unfortunately. Thank you Ella and the rest of the staff at Wentworth-Halton:)!
