Kind and attentive staff. Love the environment, everyone looks like they love their job. Will be coming back in the future.

I am loyal and regular customer at west 49 Bayshore store, Ottawa.
On December 26th I purchased 2 waist belt, after grabbing them from rack reached to counter, and no body at counter informed us about the deal for belts that they are 3 for 15.
Which they should, according to staff that it’s their Normal practice to tell customer for any deals

I noticed after checkout that there is deal poster on the rack, went back to counter and 1st there was no solution provided, 2nd store manager got into argument that she told us before cashout (truth she did not) 3rd after logical explanation from my side (that if she did told us I would have definitely pick up 1 more belt to get advantage of deal before cash out and not come back just 1 minute after cashout to ask about that deal) apologies provided that they might have missed it to mention before cash out but no solution provided in terms of credits or transiction adjustment. I was explained that at west 49 once your did transition that’s it you loose your money, there no refunds, no credits which should not be true

A loyal customer and brand has relationships on 2 main pillars, 1.good deals- money saving 2.customer service- courtesy

Today west 49 fail in one of them for me and my friends group.

I would like to get positive resolution of this issue at earliest so that I can trust west 49 and went back there again without fear of loosing my money.

PS- I saw reviews from other customers for this same store that at this store people of colour are treated differently, maybe all this leads to that same reason not sure though.

The employees at the Bayshore location wouldn’t let me exchange my perches and lied to the manager saying I threatened to stab them

Me and my 3 friends went there for shopping today. The girl and guy working over there were nice to everyone but not to us. They were so rude may be because they don’t like brown indian people bcz they were treating everyone else so good. They yell at us. It was a horrible experience.

I absolutely love the store, and SOME staff. However, every time I shop at the Bayshore mall location the manager is always incredibly rude. Doesn't greet anyone, not even a smile. Walked away in the middle of a sale with some woman buying something. Overall great store. Terrible customer service.

Staff is amazing. A very kind lady helped my son choose his whole new back to school wardrobe. Can't beat the prices. Will be coming back in the near future.

Awesome staff. A gentleman asked if i need any help, let me know he was available if i did need help. After explaining the return policy he was kind and wished my daughter a happy birthday.

I will be back and will let my friends and family know. Thank you for a great shopping experience. You guys rock!

1st- the store was a mess. It was like a shipment exploded in the room, but I'm sure shipments don't come on Saturdays. I heard the person who appeared to be in charge tell someone to leave it for tomorrow. It was very anxiety inducing trying to shop there.
2nd- the person in charge showed a definite attitude, towards other staff and customers doing returns. If that what she's like in front of customers, I'd hate to see how staff are treated behind closed doors.

Very bad experience, I spoke to the store manager and was appalled by her attitude. Absolutely no professionalism, I will avoid going to this store in the future!

Like this store for my teenager who loves zoo York. Prices are decent and quality is good. Be careful they don't give refunds anymore only exchange or store credit.

Shady sales practices. I bought a hoody at 40 $ and 50%, final price 20$. 2 weeks later i receive an email to buy the same item with the offer buy one get 2 free but it was priced 59$. So the price will be 20$ but you'll have to buy 2 more to get that price! Waw i will not be back again that's for sure.
