My family had their teeth cleaned at West Bowmanville and the experience has been great. Excellent service, hygienist are friendly and they do a great job.

I would like to share my experience with this dental office. I have tried many different offices with my children and this by far has been the best experience. We have ever had taking our children to the dentist every 6 months. It's a breeze they go in without me and come out with a smile. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a dentist to try this place and the ladies at the front have Amazing customer service skills.

Very friendly staff. Scheduled appointments are on time. Cleaning is done to the perfection.

I think I just found my favorite dental hygienist at WBFD clinic by the name of Adam He was very kind and explained everything he was doing and he was very thorough. Our conversation during the appointment was really good because we both listened to what the other was saying. Adam also respected my opposition to fluoride request. I highly recommend Adam (if you can request him). He enjoys what he does and it shows. Thank you for a great cleaning experience.

I got a root canal… was as fun as you would expect but I was comfortable and it was pretty quick.

I love this dental clinic. Located in Bowmanville. Friendly staff, but also professional and helpful. Dr Mark Bashara is one of a kind. He is calm, kind and very informative. He is also modern. I have needed a lot of dental work, including fillings, wisdom teeth removal, other teeth pulled, a very long reconstruction process. I have needed implants and several crowns trying to stay ahead of my auto immune disease that is slowly, but surely stealing my teeth. He has been so patient with me and my severe dental anxiety. He’s a dream come true. Really.

We had an amazing experience with West Bowmanville family dental. Dr. Samin was VERY patient with our son and explained to him everything about the treatment. We definitely recommend them.

I saw dr. Mark to get a wisdom tooth removed and he was gentle and made me feel at ease when in the chair.did not feel a thing.staff was super friendly and would recommend any one in the clarington area to go visit!

Dr Mark Bishara is a phenomenal dentist! I have had many dentists throughout my life and he is by far the best dentist I've ever had. His work is 5 star quality! He is extremely thorough, very meticulous, truly caring and has the friendlies demeanor. He is the professional that most people aspire to become. Therefore I absolutely recommend Dr Bishara.

I was fortunate to find this friendly dentistry very close to the place we live. I was in need of an expert dentist for my restorative dental works since we moved to Bowmanville and found Dr. Marc very competent and skilled in understanding and handling the procedure. I'm a child in an adult's body when it comes to dentists. Nerves and irrational fear take over and I feel terrible for the staff whenever I have to sit in a dentist chair. My experience at West Bowmanville was entirely positive. The reception staff, assistants and the dentist I saw were all lovely. I had two fillings, was reassured throughout, they talked me through every moment of the procedure and gas was available if I needed it to further calm the nerves. I can never say any dentist is a great experience but I would recommend West Bowmanville for sure.

Dr. M.is very patient and always willing to answer any questions and concerns. I found the procedure of the graft and implant to be much simpler than I thought. I would highly recommend this Dental office.

Came to their clinic for two zirconia dental implants. First one was completed by Dr. Mark. It was performed extremely poorly as it still hurts even after this long period of time. As an answer to my questions, they are only trying to sell me additional procedures and stuff. I am not going to buy anything from them and not going through with the second implant due to poor workmanship.

Cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr Mark is always so caring and takes the time to explain everything during treatment and make sure I am comfortable. The receptionists are always so friendly and I always have a great experience coming into this office. Thanks guys!

I've been going there for about 5 years and I'm always confident going to see Dr. Mark and his team for my and my kids' dental appointments. The Staff and Dr. Mark are exceptional. Got back to me at no time, even through email.
Got me fast appointment. I was coming from Ajax. They didn't waste my time, did the whole procedure perfectly and I was out in 15 mins. He also has tools that other doctors don't have.

Great staff! It is truly refreshing to have an establishment where the team members are extremely warm, friendly and personable. I truly enjoy going to this dentist! If you are on the fence, make the leap, they are truly worth it!

After not being to the dentist for 17 years I somehow had no cavities!
Lots of plauge that was cleaned off though by Cassandra she does a great job!
I also had no insurance and was offered very fair pricing!

Excellent dentist. I've had a number of oral repairs completed the course of my life all across Canada - Dr Bishara (or just 'doc' as I affectionately refer to him) is leagues above his contemporaries.

At times, it has felt as if other dentists have seen my mangled molars and got dollar signs in their eyes. Others have been fine to let ongoing issues exacerbate when immediate action should have been taken.

Doc gives me budget conscious, technical insight into what my oral future might look like. He's never shied from my questions and leaving his practice I always think "I'm in good hands" instead of "wow, that was expensive and unnecessary".

If you're in the market for a dentist, look no further. The team, the ambiance, the service, the laughs - this practice has everything you could want.

Had to have two teeth extracted was very quick in and out within an hour mark was very professional. The manager (amber) was also very kind and helpful with all the information following the procedure great experience considering the circumstances!

Mark is wonderful and he’s honest. There are no unknowns with the work being performed and his pricing was two thousand less than the office I originally was going to go with.

Best Dentist I've ever been to and I've been to a lot of Dentists over the years. Dr. Mark Bishara is a very skilled professional and he does amazing work, in fact he's so good my wife and I recommended our daughter go there and to take our 6 and 4 year old grandchildren as well.
