I had my first mammogram here and I was very nervous, but the technologist was exceptionally kind and gentle, she explained every step for me before the procedure and checked often how I was feeling. I also had an ultrasound here with different person and she was very nice and gentle, too.
I recommend this clinic for anyone doing their mammogram and ultrasound.

I found all of the staff that I encountered very kind, from the reception staff to the ultrasound and mammogram technicians. I didn’t wait long even though I was late myself, The technicians were very gentle as well. Much better than where I have been in the past. Highly recommend.

If you are a woman going for your first Mammogram, I strongly suggest you go anywhere else. It was so bad it was comical. The technician was pressing me against the machine with her body shouting "Stand up straight! " I said "Stop pushing me and I'll be able to! " I was topless thinking I may have breast cancer fer chrissakes. She was being so aggressive I actually said "Can you please be gentle with me? I'm kind of scared. " That seemed to give her some empathy. It was terrible.

Thank you so much for such for the service I received from the service. The staff is exceptionally professional and nice. It was my first appointment there but I have never had such a genuine service. The technicians made me feel very comfortable and my almost two hours appointment go like one minute.
Perfect service, the facilities were clean and welcoming.
Will definitely go back if I ever need an ultrasound or X-ray again!

Unprofessional technician who made comments during the test that caused me to be very concerned about my immediate health. In my experience, this is not usual technician behaviour.
Also, as with others posting here, no x-ray technician was available on 2 separate days.

I loved how fast I got the Ultrasound upon walking in as I really needed one urgently. Very accommodsting amd very fast.

ZERO STARS! I have been trying to contact this clinic to book an appointment for several DAYS now with no success. After calling over NINE times leaving FOUR voicemail messages I finally got through randomly not even an actual callback from the receptionist. And get this, when I finally got her on the phone she was incredibly rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Whoever is running this clinic needs to implement a major overhaul starting with the receptionists. I think it’s time to replace the attitude at the front desk with a scheduling app.

Contrary to all of the negative comments, I've had nothing but positive experiences at this diagnostic clinic. The front desk ladies are super nice and helpful. They fit my daughter in quickly even though they were booking more than a month out for ultrasounds. They're quick, polite and I wouldn't hesitate to keep going back. I've been at least 4 times and haven't had a bad experience yet.

We saw all the negative reviews but it’s the closest one to us and we got referred to this clinic by our family doctor for X-rays. Called their office but no answer so figured they’re busy. It shows open online and open to walk in but when we got there… They’re closed and under renovation. There’s no indication on their phone or even when you show up. Our family doctor who normally sends patients there was never made aware or informed that they had closed.

Very disappointed by the disregard for their patients.

I have been trying to schedule an appointment to have an ultrasound for over a week and continue getting “the recipient voice Mail is full”. Poor management and it seems they do not want to have patients.

Do not use this place if you can help it! I booked a mammogram and ultrasound, and later tried to call to change the time… on hold for over 30 minutes, they never came back to my call. So, I emailed - no reply. They called in the day of the appointment to confirm and I specifically stated that it was for the 2 tests. Upon arrival, I was told they only had me booked for one of the tests, and that I’d have to come back another day for the second… I promptly left! I will go somewhere else!

The xray technician was incredibly kind and professional. I was nervous going in but he made me feel comfortable immediately.
The clinic was nice and quiet (I went around 2pm) staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

The best imaging specialist works here - Katia. Accurate and knowledgeable she can make the difference in your treatment plan so she comes highly recommended. The place need renovation but who cares about interior when health is involved and you need professional on your side.

Great Service! I recently did my ultrasound and X-Ray at this place, and would like to say Thank You! To all of you. The staff was very polite, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Very quick and easy process, the place was very clean. They deserve more than five stars for their fabulous work.

The receptionist is lovely and very helpful however the ultrasound technician is miserable and will completely ruin the experience for you! Book elsewhere! I have been to her twice now, giving her the benefit of the doubt after the first bad experience. I assumed maybe she was having a bad day. I essentially had to beg to take a photo of the screen on my first visit and my second visit she abruptly kicked me out of the room rudely and told me to wait in the changing room. After 5 mins of waiting I asked if I was good to go or if I had to come back in and she said "you can go now. " I asked if I could take a picture of the screen like last time and she snapped at me "No. Not today. " My understanding is that you always get a picture! With this being my first pregnancy i had been looking forward to a new picture of my growing baby. Not to mention the fact that my partner is not allowed in the room due to Covid restrictions so he was extremely disappointed not to see a new picture. Terrible experience!

I am so disappointed in my experience at my Anatomy Scan for my pregnancy. I had been waiting weeks for this experience and the staff were incredibly rude, thus ruining my entire experience.
1. Staff arrived to the building late. All their patients had arrived and had to wait in the lobby.
2. The ultrasound technician had terrible bedside manner, didn't speak to me at all, and didn't let me view the screen while she did her measurements. This is my first child and I was excited for the experience. Now I feel like she robbed me of a simple request which was to see my baby move while she did her work.
3. Because she told me I couldn't see the screen, I had a panic/anxiety attack and broke out into a sweat and almost fainted. It was at this point that she turned the screen towards me so I could see it. Why did it take me almost passing out for her to just be kind?
4. Apparently this location is UNABLE to print images of the ultrasound. I find that a highly unrealistic statement at an imaging/ultrasound facility.
5. The tech only wanted me to take 1 image of my ultrasound. Why was it so restricted? These are moments I will not have again. How did it affect her for the amount of pictures I took of my baby?
I recommend you stay away from this place if you are looking for a positive experience with what should be one of the happiest moments of your life. I can say with certainty that West End Diagnostic Imaging took that experience away from me and I will never get it back.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the polite receptionist and the wonderful ultrasound technician Katerina. I needed urgent ultrasound check up and they accommodated me immediately. Understanding, patient, efficient, highly professional, everything you would need in an emergency situation. The waiting area and washroom were very clean, the whole area smelled fresh and sanitized. Excellent experience over all, I highly recommend this place.

I had a very upsetting experience today. I booked an ultrasound over 2 weeks ago for my 36 week prenatal scan at your Bloor and Montgomery location. No one mentioned that this was not possible at this clinic. I even received a reminder call the day before and it was not mentioned. So, I arrived prepared today at 1pm, bladder full, mask on, parking paid. The receptionist seemed annoyed that she had to find out my OB’s information since they “did not have it in their system”. I was then told abruptly by the receptionist that they do not do ultrasounds this late in the pregnancy. I was very upset to hear this as I am very organized with my medical appointments and always book in advance. She then told me I could go to another location at Roncesvalles and Sunnyside immediately that required a 90 minute wait. While she was on the phone with them, I felt pressured to answer and then said “yes”. This should not be happening to anyone, especially given I’m very late in my pregnancy, as uncomfortable as I was, and given the current Covid pandemic. I am working hard to limit my time out of the house for obvious reasons.

I wanted to share this for feedback for your Bloor and Montgomery clinic. I won’t be returning again.

If you can get to another location further away, do it. This place is in dire need of a clean and renovation. There is little privacy in the changing area. Change rooms are smaller than a toilet stall, and you're separated from the main hallway by just a plastic curtain. If you're in a imaging room further than the stalls, you will need to walk out of the change stall, down the hall, in your smock where other patients / doctors can be coming out of. If you're uncomfortable in this situation, its best to be referred to another location. The imaging room felt like a storage room, with one single pot light. Holes in the stained, ceiling. I could go on - but I hope this is enough. Not a comfortable place for any medical examination.

Very unprofessional run place. Our doctor is in this building so it's a convenience - or at least it should be - to use this location but that's just not the case.
First time I went was to get a mammogram - the receptionist informed me the machine was broken and had been for several months.
A few weeks later I brought my elderly mother who has mobility issues and early dementia after her doctors appointment for a chest x-ray. The place was closed for lunch indicated by a note on the door. We waited around for 20 mins for it to open and when it did the receptionist told use the x-ray technician had to leave for a family emergency and wasn't around. She said another person was expected to come in to replace her by 2pm - so we'd have another hour wait. We took the opportunity to go for a bite to eat. Came back for 2: 05 and the x-ray technician had still not arrived. We were about to leave when she finally showed up 20 mins later.
Won't be using these guys again. There were at least 3 other people waiting in the waiting room - one lady had been waiting for over an HR.

I started coming back to this diagnostic facility after having used one in the city where my bone specialist was. OMG, what a joke. The front-office staff is generally fine/friendly, but my BMD reports consistently contain errors. My doctor has had to send them back twice to get them corrected, and yet they keep making the same mistakes (showing me on a drug that I'm not taking; saying there's no change in height when they didn't even measure it; putting the wrong weight on the report; saying they can't compare results with the previous exam because they don't have the records - which they DO! I have so little faith in their results.but I am stuck with them because you're supposed to go to the same lab every year. I get the feeling that the radiologist just glances at the tech's results and then spends 20 seconds plugging it in to a previously-typed report and sending it off. Oh yeah, they also don't send the actual scan results. The actual pics of the bone. They just send the useless, error-filled, typed report. Thanks for nothing.

Rude, unprofessional and unable to send reports to your doctor's. Literally the worst staff you'll ever encounter, and will blame their incompetence on you. Also an extremely dirty place to be performing any sort of medical imaging.

Easy to get an appointment, very good customer service. Lady at the front desk is very nice. My only complaint is that each and every time my Doctor does not get the results and often I have to wait until they get faxed in.

Appointment was for 8.15 and at 8.45 I went to ask when I would be seen (it was not busy). "Oh they booked you in the wrong order " - I asked why she never said anything as I need to work, feed the meter etc. No apology but blamed the person who did the incorrect appointment booking. Terrible.

I should have read the reviews before going here. A poorly managed and poorly run facility. The staff are pleasant, but offer poor customer service -having personal conversations while you are left sitting there waiting for your test, half undressed; complaining about colleagues; complaints to patients about management and how horrible underpaid a place it is to work. It's like they don't care or have given up. I would recommend going elsewhere, if possible.

I would like to share my deepest disappointment with this clinic. Poor timetable coordination for appointments’ cancellation; administration run without willingness to find solutions to help the patient. I would advise anyone to get medical diagnostic imaging in a different location.

I’ve been to this centre twice for a pregnancy ultrasound, and both visits were completely different. My first visit was not a good experience - I knew I was too early in the pregnancy and might not be able to see anything, but the receptionist took me in anyway. The professional who did my ultrasound was not very polite and kept complaining about it being too early, if she knew she wouldn’t even let me book it. I can appreciate it but she was rude most of the time even after I told her I knew the implications of an early ultrasound. Of course she couldn’t see anything and kept complaining. My second visit was wonderful! Catarina, a lovely lady, was so warm and very professional at all times. I felt so respected and she is so experienced and knowledgeable, she answered to all my questions. If you’re in for an ultrasound and that’s your first pregnancy, I do recommend that you book it with Catarina (I know I will)! On both visits I was in and out very quickly, there was no waiting time.
