West Meet East Clinic

Unfortunately, I hate to write a bad review, but I have to this time.
The main reason is that it was not at all helpful with my husband's gout foot pain recently. My hubby told me the Chinese practitioner didn't even check and examine his problematic foot first, but straight to put needles on his hands.even after so many trials, he still doesn't feel any improvement. It turned out she got it wrong at the beginning.if she could have just looked at his painful feet first, it would have save more effort and time for both of them.overall a pretty negative experience for my poor hubby
Moreover, what made us angry the most was the ridiculous response of the owner of west meet east clinic towards my bad review, and complained we were not telling the truth as they don't have our files or records? ! How funny and ridiculous! I can pull up his visit date and insurance submission for the benefit coverage if needed.
It is just so sad that they are trying to cover their mistakes and put the blame back to the patient due to a bad review. Anyway, we highly don't recommend this clinic!

Dr. Wu is a very skillful doctor. I like her very much. She helped me with all my health challenges. Her herbal pouches helped me regulate my blood sugar and blood pressure, without having to eat the herbs. Her work is just amazing. Thank you Dr. Wu.

I used to have very bad headaches and migraines. I had pain every single day. I have taken painkillers everyday. I met Dr. Ellen month ago and had already 3 sessions. After first session headaches went away and didn't take painkillers since.

Went in with severe lower back pain in left side. She treated me with acupuncture and did not put any needles in my back. Then did cupping for 15 and walked up feeling almost no pain. Amazing.
Next visit told her pain level was a one but was very stiff and walked hutched over. Again walked out feeling fantastic. Would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Ellen Wu is terrific! I was barely able to walk into her office on my first visit as a result of excruciating sciatic pain and after some really intense treatments I'm happy to say I'm well on a path to recovery. Great clinic and Doctor! I used to have to use my puffer every day, my asthma was so bad. I also had problems with sleeping, I only slept a couple of hours every day. After only going a couple of times to her acupuncture, I don't use my puffer anymore and my wheezing has had a great change! Now I fall asleep easily. Acupuncture is a great alternative to taking heavy medication all the time! I suggest you try it! Great job Dr. Wu!

I went to go see Ellen when my lower back injury made its comeback. It came back with a vengeance, and it was crippling. I was unable to walk, or even breathe because anything and everything would cause it to hurt. The pain referred down my legs, and to the front of my abdomen. Ellen did an INCREDIBLE job of helping me ease the pain, and with repeated sessions, her treatments significantly aided me in my recovery. Don't underestimate how effective acupuncture can be! ELLEN IS INCREDIBLE. She is well versed in traditional medicine, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've had acupuncture done here for several visits. Ellen has great intention and care to address issues and improve health. If you have never tried acupuncture for your issue (s), I recommend giving it a couple tries at least.

Had my first accupuncture today. I really liked it. Felt a lot of anxiety when she was putting the needles in but after 5 minutes I was eerily calm. Definitely had emotional release after i left. Only thing is i wish my benefits would cover it because i dont make enough to afford to go back for a while.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wu since early 2018 and she has been a tremendous practitioner for a multiple of issues. She always seems to relieve pain when nothing else works. She also does some wonderful skin rejuvenation. After a treatment of acupuncture and facial mask I come out of there with a glow that makes my skin feel glowing and supple. She also has so many tips on skin improvement and other natural products that you can use at home.

Came seeking relief from sciatic and neck pain. Amazing! I went to get my Sciatic pain worked on for some relief. It was amazing that it only took two sessions and I was back to normal. I have been to other Acupuncture practices that can not compare to the skills and techniques used here.

I have never had acupuncture before! I was surprised how well it works! Neck and back pain for months. Gone in 25 mins. Its unbelievable!
