Went in for my third visit this year after not going for years.

Very friendly and professional staff who do their best to work with your needs and budget.

Had a root canal done on my second visit, was a bit nervous as I was in serious pain. However the specialist took extremely good care of me, felt zero pain and discomfort during the procedure. About an hour and I was good to head out.

They follow back with important work that needs to be done to ensure you’re feeling your best.

I highly recommend West Metro Dental for anyone looking for professional and experienced dental services.

Friendly staff, trustworthy and very professional! We've been with WMD for over 30 years.we love the service and more importantly how gentle they all are when working on our teeth.

The staff is amazingly friendly, and Dr. Shah treats my kids as if they were her own. No fear of the dentist for us.

This hygienist is THE best. I've never had one so intuitive about my dental habits, was gentle in suggesting a few beneficial changes, she cares about my comfort throughout the cleaning and we have a chuckle or two.

Like most people, I know very little about matters of teeth. Going to the dentist is very much about putting one’s trust in an authority figure, and for many working-class people (like my parents), this is a hard leap of faith to make. After not going to the dentist for years, I finally came here, and am glad I did.

At one point I had a small blister in my mouth that wouldn’t go away for months, and the hygienist told me that I should be brushing for two full minutes, while I had thought that 30 seconds was enough. Once I started brushing longer, the blister went away. It’s a small thing, but for me a very concrete reminder that going to the dentist is worth it.

The receptionists have always been very kind. They’ve given me discounts when they know I’m paying out of pocket, and said they would give me a certain promotional price even if my appointment ends up being after the promotion ends. I was often able to move my appointment earlier due to a cancellation.

Teeth-wise, I’m still not quite where I want to be in life, but I’m confident I’ll get there, hopefully after a few more appointments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this dentist for what was suppose to be an X-ray and a cleaning.the experience was awful. Horrible service and really unprofessional staff. I sat down in the chair for a cleaning and the entire 30 minutes the dental hygienist was trying to fix the machine that was attached to the cleaning instruments… I’m guessing the motor wasn’t working or something. After laying in the chair for half an hour she scrapes my teeth one or two times and asks me to come back. I scheduled an appointment to come back the following week only to be told that I have to pay for another cleaning? ! Why am I paying for another cleaning and you never did the first one? This is a horrible location. Please. Just close

I was so impressed with the results after Kim cleaned my teeth. Flossing was much easier after this last appointment. I’ve been going to Kim for years. She really cares.

We used to go to another dentist office until they suddenly closed down without informing us so we were thrilled when we found this office. I always feel like they will answer my questions and for the first time in their lives my children do not want to avoid going to the dentist! Extremely professional and great with children. I have been a patient of Dr. Walia's and his predecessor Dr. Litner for over 40 years.

Over the last few years one of my top front teeth in the center was presenting an odd color and had begun to descend. Unfortunately the tooth was dying. After consultations with Dr. Walia and periodontist Dr. Kusher, it was determined that this tooth should be removed.

And so began what I thought would be an unpleasant series of dentist visits to have this tooth removed, and then replaced in some fashion. However this was not the case.

After an initial consultations with Dr. Walia it was determined that indeed the tooth would be extracted and that a bridge would be the best solution for a replacement.

While the tooth extraction, at an associate clinic which specialized in this process, was anxiety inducing, the procedure was quick, painless, and the recovery quick.

Thereafter followed a few visits with Dr. Walia to measure, create molds, and have the bridge prepared.

On my last visit, the bridge was 'installed', and again the procedure was quick and painless.

The bridge looks great, and all feels very natural.

I must say that I was very pleased with the stewardship of Dr. Walia and his associates, as the entire process was well coordinated and uneventful.

This dental office is the best I’ve been to so far. I’ve tried quite a few different ones, but these guys make you feel like you’re part of a family. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants and the dentist himself everyone made me feel so comfortable. A little too comfortable I couldn’t stop but linger around to chat even after the procedure. If you like your dentists to actually care about you, this is the place. Always makes me feel like family. Today’s visit was one of the best, starting with Sarab at reception, and then the hygienist who did my X-rays. Dentist and hygienists are great. The receptionists or whomever does their phone calls are always very rude women. I just spoke with one who wouldn't even let me talk. Just talked over me. I initially went here cause I needed immediate treatment. My family friend Sheema works here and she vouched for the clinic. But I keep going back here every time for dental appointments because of the quality of service. Very professional and experienced staff. I had to get my wisdom tooth extracted. The whole process of extraction to complete healing of my gums was a breeze. I had no pain throughout the healing process. Also I've had a few cleaning appointments and had some fillings done for few of my teeth. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I have received here every single time.

They also make sure that they don’t overshoot your insurance and prioritize the sessions in such a way that the tooth that are in a dire need to be rescued are dealt with first.

I have been going to West Metro Dental since 2012 and have been very happy with all the work I've had there - from routine cleanings to fillings, root canals, extractions and now orthodontics. I spent the majority of my life with crooked teeth because previous orthodontists that I saw wanted to break my jaw or extract (good) teeth to straighten them – which is not something I was willing to do. Then the staff at West Metro Dental introduced me to Dr. Baker Akad. After our initial conversation, he assured me that he could straighten my smile with braces alone. He was soft spoken, patient and I felt at ease with him immediately.

Dr. Akad along with the staff at West Metro were all knowledgeable and kind. They were consistently professional through every step and answered all of my questions with patience. They truly made it a smooth experience. Every appointment was on time and they routinely followed up to make sure I was happy with the progress and end result (which I’m ecstatic about – I cannot stop smiling)!

I’ve been a patient at West Metro Dental for over 4 years now. Aside from braces, I’ve had many services including 4 wisdom teeth extractions (at once!). My dental hygienist, Kim, is amazing and every cleaning is a relaxing visit. Everyone greets me by name. Every doctor that I’ve met, including Dr. Walia, has been very helpful and gentle. The entire staff is positive and always smiling. Every part of this clinic, from reception to surgery, has been constantly friendly and professional.

Great, friendly service. Always accommodating to schedule changes, and the SMS reminders make managing appointments a snap!

September 15 /2017 -I have recently had both a root canal and a crown on my tooth. I was nervous before the procedure but the staff and doctor at West Metro made me at ease and the whole procedure went smoothly without pain. There was no need for my anxiety I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for looking after me.

August 22/2019 I needed a crown to cover a chipped tooth. The process was smooth and easy with no pain at all. Reasonable in cost. Much less than I was expecting. The Team at WMD are considerate and efficient. Dr. Seema Shah is great and I have total faith in her abilities.

This place is conveniently located close to my work and home. The staff are extremely friendly, caring and take their time with their customers. 5 out of 5!

Terrible customer service. I emailed them asking for a quote for a general exam with x rays and cleaning and they never got back to me. I had to call them asking them to email me back. When they emailed me back they just gave me the codes for each procedure without price. I asked them again if they coudl give me price and they were like contact your insurance with the codes for pricing. I mean like why are you even there? You supposed to provide patients with information. I have gotten quotes from other places without any issues. WON'T BE BOOKING AN APPOITNMENT HERE WITH SO MANY OTHER AND BETTER PLACES TO GO WHERE I CAN FEEL CONFORTABLE AND HAVE A GOOD SERVICE.

West Metro Dental is awesome! At first, I decided to come here because I work in the building next door and it was so convenient to go during my lunch break. But now, I continue to go because I always have such a nice experience. The receptionist is always super nice and I don't even get annoyed when she calls me to remind me of my appointments (I used to hate when my old dentist office did this). My hygienist is great and really friendly - I don't ever want my teeth cleaned by anyone else! I also recently got fillings and Dr Walia was very nice and did a nice job on my teeth:)
