I felt never so well taking care of and just delighted that the surgery of my old dog went well. Dr. Stubbs and her team took great care and also provided me with options and an estimate of costs. My little girl (12) is like new and I know it's not forever but was worth it! Highly recommend.

Dr. Stubbs treats all our rescued animals like they were her own. She goes above and beyond for the animals she cares for, no matter the species. All the staff are friendly and helpful!

I’ve been going to Dr. Stubbs for years with my reptiles, I’m glad I was able to find her again. She’s always so good with them.

Staff and vet is very friendly and seem to be very good with my dog, vet shows genuine care for the animals, this is my new vet!

Dr. Christine Stubbs is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of going to. She is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with a variety of animals and issues that they may be experiencing. I always recommend her to everyone I know. She just has this nature about her that picks up on what an animal needs and is experiencing. I believe that she has a sixth sense about these things and I trust her so incredibly much.

She has been great with my five rescue rabbits for any and all issues they have ever encountered including but not limited to; serious surgeries, vaccinations, stasis, testing, and grieving.

I will say that this vet office has likely only gone uphill since having her on more permanently. She definitely is the star of the show!

The receptionists aren't the absolute most friendly of receptionists but they have a hard job and it comes with stresses so I can get that. They do what they can. They were kind when I was grieving. Overall my experience at this vet office has been decent but Dr. Stubbs makes it incredible!

The vet, Micheal is very professional and l felt confident in his analysis. The price for an emergency consult was about double what l paid at other vets but the tests cost the same. I would go back here again despite this cost because l am confident in Mike's ability to diagnose and appreciate his upfront approach with what the option are.just wish he charged less for consult hence the 4 stars.

We have had good experiences, the people are friendly and genuinely care about animals. Admittedly there is a rotation of Vets through here, but on the whole a good place to go for pet care

I really wanted to thank Dr. Michael Mogavero for helping our Guismo. Guismo has been battling with ulcers in both his eyes, and Dr. Mogavero really did everything to save Guismo's eyes. Things are improving for Gizzy, and thank you Dr. Mogavero for your quick actions to help Guismo. Staff also has been wonderful at all three clinics. Also Cheddar the cat at the Ancaster clinic is totally awesome! He sure knows how to welcome you.:)

Extremely professional! They were able to take me in right away. I arrived a little early and they were right on time. The staff were excellent. Dr Rice was great. Explained all the options and prices upfront. Which I really appreciate. They took great care of Pumpkin Pie. I would strongly recommend

Staff was very friendly and so was the vet. Their prices are very fair and they also got my simba in quick to be seen. They were able to give me accurate estimates before each visit and that also helped huge. I felt welcomed and my cat actually loves coming here. I can see they love animals and truly want what’s best for your animals. Definitely will continue to bring my cats here.

We will never use this vet again. It took 3 days (and $600) to get our 16-year old cat's bloodwork back and in the meantime they treated her for something she did not have. We then spent $1200 on 3 days of IV hydration. After spending all that they refused to sell us less then a case (24 cans for $70) of kidney diet food; while I wanted to buy only 2 cans to see if she would eat (after much arguing they did relent on that). In the end, the cat refused to eat at all. Finally they refused to come to our house to euthanize our cat (they said it was because of COVID) and wanted us to drag our dying cat back to their clinic; they told us no vets would do house calls, which was not true. Our whole experience was incredibly stressful and we had the feeling that they were out to extract all the money they could without any concern for our cat.

Seeing alot of reviews of people saying they were charged for a consultation that wasnt really a consultation? So i wanted to share my experience there which is quite the opposite.
I got a kitten from somone further in Hamilton.but noticed the first night he was home that he had fleas. So the next day when they were open i was in the area and just dropped in. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. And since it was a friday and i didnt have my cat with me then, i was told to bring him in on the monday. That maybe 20 minute conversation with the receptionist didnt cost me anything! She was just helpful and i came in the monday and just like that a couple months later they got rid of the fleas in my appartment to, since we knew theyd only been there 5 days. This was 4 years ago and we have been 100% flea free since! Been very pleased with the staff since even during covid when can't go in with the doctor anymore.

Great service considering we are working within a pandemic. Miss not connecting with the doctor though especially with a new puppy.

From start to finish Dr. Rice and her staff worked quickly and efficiently on my dog for his vx and blood work. I had no problem at all trusting the staff to examine my dog without me there due to covid 19 restrictions. Dr. Rice called me while I was in my vehicle asking me if I had any question concerns etc.and she addressed all of them. Thank you again to all the amazing work you do especially during these tiring times.

Okay. So I am going to say my experience with this place. The first time I went there was neither better or worse, and the vet give us a few medical. And the second time, the same question, my pet not fully treated. A rude female vet ask us to pay for the same question- it is fine; and give more medical (at least 3kind) for my cat and I just told her I don’t really want my cat take a lot of medical stuff - And then she said I was abusing cats by not giving them pills or something. Fine:) i’m so sorry that I’m an international and new here I know nothing about what gonna do at that time but for right now I’m going to say CHANGE A PLACE

We were looking for a vet for our 2 year old cat, and decided to go with West Park since I was familiar with them and had heard good things. My mom even gets her dog’s hypoallergenic dog food from. I was very impressed with their professionalism and the kindness they showed. Glad to have joined their patient list thank you again!

My Lucy (German Shepard, 10 now absolutely loves to walk over there and she scratches on the door, she loves to go there?

Everyone there is fantastic. Both of my cats are terrified of vet visits but the team works quickly and gently. We've had a couple of horrible emergencies and West Park Animal Hospital fixed my fur baby up so we could all relax and he could heal. Monkey is a great support too.

Bad, don't come, they charge my consultation fee even they cannot find out what happened for my cat! And it was the SECOND TIME! Why should I pay for their incompetent?

Dr Rice always keeps in mind that I'm a student when making recommendations, helping me save money at times! Very friendly staff!

I highly recommend Dr. Rice and her team, tech Jessica and receptionist Amanda. I recently moved to Hamilton with an already sick dog (with diabetes). Dr. Rice jumped right on to the issue and worked with me for 3 1/2 months to try and get on top of the diabetes. In the end, my dog, Lincoln, succumbed to his diabetes. Dr. Rice and her team helped me get everything in order prior to the euthanasia, and Dr. Rice was flawless in her assistance when it was Lincoln's time. Again, I cannot recommend Dr. Rice more highly. Thank you Aimee, Jessica & Amanda, from the bottom of my heart.

They took my dog right away even though we had never been there before. They took care of him quickly and he was much better afterward. The staff there was great and really caring with my dog. I would recommend West Park Animal Hospital.

The staff here have always been helpful and friendly. It's obvious they care about the animals and do their best to help.

This is Dr. Aimee Rices facility, while I have yet to attend this clinic myself Dr. Rice comes highly recommended. She saw my cat at their sister clinic Mohawk animal clinic. Dr. Rice was patient and thorough. For my pet I spare no expense, I believe the tests she performed were fair and though I had no cost concerns (my pet is insured) Dr. Rice checked in with me often to advise of pricing considerations. Hermione is doing fantastic, and is back to herself. I would highly recommend Dr. Rice!
