Dr Powell is AMAZING! I give her 100 stars!

However, trying to get the date and time of my appointment is worse than pulling teeth. I have this thing called a full time job. I work from 7am-4pm and cannot access my cell phone during these hours. Even though online it says there are 3 days a week they're open until 5, every time I call they're closed and their voice-mail says to call again the next business day. The receptionist (the one with no brain cells who everyone else has complained on here about) will not leave a voicemail with the date and time of my appointment. This is the ONLY doctors office I've ever had to deal with that leaves multiple messages over weeks only saying "we have an appointment for you. Call us back". When am I supposed to call to get an answer? Am I supposed to call into work just so I can get an appointment time? I would love to recommend Dr. Powell to others because she is so, so amazing, however I will not because it's so difficult to deal with the receptionist.

Dr Azam is the most kind, caring, professional surgeon. He really listens and takes the time with you. He really is one of a kind. He is a brilliant doctor.

If I could give this place -1000 stars I would! They do not advise that you potentially will have to wait up to 2+ hours past your SCHEDULED appointment, to speak with a single person. I honestly would not have cared if they at least gave a little warning but they don’t. After suggesting that they tell new patients, they laughed and said that’s not how they operate. People have priorities and schedule specific times for a reason, I don’t understand why they don’t give time slots.

Not an easy place to find the entrance to. The staff are great though, once you do get inside.

We chose doctor R. Rooney as a Gynecologist. She is super caring and makes every visit enthusiastic. Wife is lucky, Rooney was in charge at Brantford general hospital on my wife's Labor and made everything smooth.

Secretary has no communication skills. Canceled my gfs appointment without calling her to let her know that they canceled it. When we showed up they said it was canceled and that we might get in to see the Dr. But it would be a long wait

I have suffers for 10yrs or more. I seen this clinic and the dr. Solved the problem and fixed it in 15 min the ladies in the front were kind and thoughtful. Ty everyone.

The receptionist is cold, rude and condescending. I can’t access timely medical care for a Pap test because she refuses to give an appointment for months after getting a flagged result asking for a redo. I guess it’s not an emergency for her. She is so rude every single time, I hate calling this office. I wish your doctors would know how your receptionist makes your patients feel.

Dr. Sorge is not only a model doctor, who every doctor should strive to be like, but she is also One of the best I have had the privilege of knowing. She took the time to listen to me, she never rushed me, even though I’m sure she’s very very busy, and she gave me great medical advice. I know I’m in the best hands with her and safe in case of a medical emergency. Thank you so much Dr. Sorge!

Dr. Sorge is not just a wonderful doctor but a great human being. She is kind, empathic and very supportive. I couldn't have asked for a better physician:).

Dr. Rooney is amazing! She’s been with me for my last two pregnancies, she listen to your concerns and fear! Dr. Azzam is amazing also my last delivery he was present. He was amazing during my birth. For my appointments at west side office I was always in at the time of my appointment never waiting and the nurses are so friendly.

The doctors are amazing the nurses are amazing the Covid precautions are phenomenal all in all they’re just really awesome people

The nurse who saw me each appointment was very friendly. My doctor, Azzam, was quick but efficient and let me ask questions.

The office is clean, the Drs are amazing (knowledgeable and have excellent bedside manner). Dr. Rooney delivered my son 3 years ago and I chose her again to deliver my second. I recently brought up a big concern I was having with her and she took it so professionally and adjusted her approach with me and made me feel safe and heard. Highly recommend this practice for your obgyn needs.

Love Dr. Rooney she is absolutely amazing. Couldn't ask for a better doctor to have by your side during your life journey of becoming a mom. Dr. Rebecca Rooney is so down to earth and completely understanding of life obstacles.

Dr. Powell saved my life! After years of complaining to my doctor about bleeding and exhaustion and a million other symptoms, I wound up in the ER having lost half of the blood In my body. Dr Powell came to the ER while I was getting 2 blood transfusions, and on the same day gave me a D&C and inserted an IUD to stop the bleeding. After lab results came back she told me I had endometrial cancer. She called me personally too! I didn’t have to hear it from a stranger. Sent me to Juravinski and I had a hysterectomy.cancer free! Bleeding gone after 10 years! New lease on life! I credit her for all of it! Oh and ditched my family Doc too!

Friendly staff, sometimes the wait is quite long, but I would say its worth it. Knowledgeable and helpful doctors

Amazing place.they always made me feel calm and comfortable with my twin pregnancy. Everyone is very nice, and friendly.

The staff at this place is top notch from the receptionists to the intake nurses and doctors. It truly shows when after a busy day and nearing the end of the week and everyone is still cheery and happy. Ready to assist in any way possible.

Dr. Rooney is fantastic with her extensive knowledge and experience. Her humor and wit is less than desirable though. Haha

Another plus side to this place is the location. Very accessible and best of all you don't have to pay to park. With numerous doctor visits and ultrasounds with a pregnancy it's a welcomed relief not having to worry about paying to park.
Albeit financially not much but it adds up and for what reason not like it's underground parking or secured or sheltered from the environment.

Keep up the great work West Side obygn you guys operate like a well oiled machine.

Dr Azzam is the best! He’s so genuine and caring. He’s on time and knows what he is doing. I’ve recommend him to all my pregnant friends. So happy he’s taking care of me and our 5th bundle of love. ️
