Bought a 2010 Focus SE, 74k KM, 5sp from here. Dominic and María are very friendly. Was able to test drive and look over the car, and they took care of everything. Quiet refreshing for a car yard experience.

Domenic is a listener. He is knowledgeable about any car on his lot and because he truly listened to my requirements was able to quickly show me 3 cars. However, it was the car not on the lot that we both thought might be the best fit. He was spot on! Maria is also extremely proficient in the administrative side of the business. She knew exactly where the information I needed could be found. Domenic took care of all the loose ends I ran into. My immaculate Mazda was ready for pickup a mere 3 days following my test drive. I am one happy customer and would definitely recommend this family business to my friends and family.

We bought a vehicle from Domenic Oct 12,2022. Nice enough guy but he wouldn’t provide anything in writing as to where we were to make the payment.

Got a complete run around for several days and finally as it became urgent, I had to take a day off work to actually go to a Toronto Dominion (their bank of choice). When I gave the information Domenic had given to me by phone to the branch manager he said, this doesn’t make sense. This is a personal account, not a business account.

You do know once you send this wire transfer, it is like cash.

I will need to speak to him directly. The bank then got verification on transit number, account number, address of dealership, owner of dealership etc.

When he handed the phone back to me, Domenic said I wrote the information down incorrectly. I knew for sure I hadn't because I repeated it back to him (several times). I'd recommend the dealership hire a finance manager.

Terrible waste of my time, terrible customer experience.

Recently bought a 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 from West Toronto Auto. Everything was said and done in a timely and professional manner. Car was very clean inside and out, and I'm very happy with the purchase. Dominec was honest and very experienced in what he does, highly recommend to purchase vehicles from here! Bought a car from West Toronto a couple weeks ago and am really happy with the service. Dealer was honest and stood behind the car after the sale was completed. There was a small issue with a vent actuator and they fixed it no charge and no questions asked (did it in less than 48 hours, btw). I would recommend this dealer to family and friends.

Lately I purchase mini van cargo from this place the owner named Dominik he’s a great guy very knowledgable and the most important not pushy like the other dealers
The car I bought was ready in couple days very clean certified ready to go I am very happy with his service strongly recommend it

Unreliable sales dealership. Went in few weeks ago for a car and they show me few cars that I got interested and when I got interested in a car I showed to my mechanic even though dominic said the car is in great condition and runs excellent, My mechanic said (I don't recommand you buy this car or nor any cars from that dealership). I will not be going to the dealership ever again.

Domenic is a real straight shooter and great to deal with respect to all auto needs. The cars in his lot are in great condition and as described. Highly recommended!

If there was 0 star it would be excellent because This dealership is the most lier and unprofessional dealership I have ever seen. Please do yourself a favour and do some research that my situation doesn't happen too you ever especially from this dealership. They were selling me a defect car with a engine light on that needed attention in which he didn't want to fix it. The car was sold with safety certification even with the light on it still pass. Ask yourself if it looks like something fishy anyways Afterwards we decided to go half way after arguments to fix the engine light in which he didn't wanted too but he started to play game by taking his time to fix the issue through one mechanic to another in which it took about 7 days to fix the problem, seriously.he was extremely rude and very disrespectful towards myself and others that was with me too a point I had to contact Toronto Police and let them know the situation and he advice me the best option is not to buy the vehicle due to the issues that is causing, the officer did speak to Dominic and let him know that the owner of the car made a complaint about the situation and to have the car fix. Few days later I went to picked up the car but he made a excuse stating he left the car keys at home and I didn't have a appointment but to make a deposit for the car I didn't need a appointment. Seriously. He was extremely disrespectful and he said to me he know all the tricks about car dealerships and cops don't know nothing. After making a appointment I went to pick up the car in which I thought the car was fixed but the next day while heading to work, the two back tires started smoking alot and I spoke to Dominic about the situation and he did fix it.
My advice to you is too do some research before buying a car from this dealership. I learned a valuable lesson and that is NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM nor do I recommend family or friends because they are liers and unprofessional as a dealership.

The worst customer service I have ever been too from a dealership. They lie to customers just to sell the car. Thank goodness I didn't buy a car from them. I will never go there for a car.

So 5 stars for managing to get me financed in my at the time complicated situation. Minus 3 stars beacuse all kinds of issues came up a year after the purchase. Mainly the fact that someone put stopleak in the coolant system instead of fixing the issues which led to the radiator cracking. The spark plugs were so rusted and only 2 were working. My bad for not doing a presale in depth inspection while in a desperate situation. Make sure you do your own pre-sale inspection.
