Any pain and infection. It’s just amazing. I must say the nurse there is very nice to me. She help me to remove my anxiety. I am only girl living independently. My parents are in india, that why I was very nervous. I cannot express my experience in this clinic with Dr lee and the nurse. Just want to say thank you. My friends who remove their wisdom tooth from other dentist suffered a lot of pain after surgery.
But west oral clinic is the best. The receptionist girls are also very cooperative and nice. I recommend to all of u either u are child, young, elder. U guys don’t need to go anywhere else. Just visit them. They are amazing. Once again thank you Dr.lee. And the nurse.

Such a great clinic. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and Dr Lee was brilliant. She has a lovely manner and took the time to explain everything and never rushed us. I’m very happy with the treatment and care my daughter received and highly recommend this practice

I had a badly infected tooth that needed to be removed and my dentist referred me to Dr. Lee. On my first appointment, she did all the preliminary work (examination, x-rays, etc.) then said she'd like to get the tooth out as soon as possible. She immediately made room for me in her schedule and removed the tooth within half an hour. I was sent home with stitches, instructions and a prescription, and told to take Tylenol extra strength for the pain once the freezing wore off. Pain medication wasn't necessary. I had no pain whatsoever following surgery. Everything healed up nicely and, for the first time in 2 years, my dental problems were a thing of the past. Excellent, painless and professional service. I would definitely recommend Dr. Katherine Lee to anyone needing an excellent oral surgeon with great people skills as well! Her staff members are also very professional, pleasant, kind and excellent at their jobs. Top marks for this practice.

I went there to do a root surgery. The root was stuck inside while another dentist tried ti pull my tooth out. Dr. Lee did an amazing job. Grateful for life towards her! I recovered in one week instead of two that usually takes to recover for that kind of surgery. The staff was very friendly, especially Irida. Thank you so much everyone!

Absolutely wonderful experience! This was my first time of any kind of surgery, was nervous to be honest, but the way Dr. Lee and the staff explained the procedures and what to expect at every step, put my mind at ease. Being very particular about the time myself, was highly impressed with how meticulously appointment schedules were followed and cherry on the top, had a follow up appointment after 5 days with Dr. Lee to see how I was recovering as well. These guys are amazing! I was nervous going into my wisdom tooth extraction, but they made the experience pain free and very quick. I hope I don’t need oral surgery again but if I ever do these guys are who I will go too!

My experience with West Toronto Oral Surgery clinic was very positive.
Alexis was kind and gentle, putting me at ease and doing what she had to do to prepare me for surgery. I did not see Dr. Lee, as I must have already been sedated when she entered the room for the surgery. But I can attest to her skill by virtue of the fact that my recovery has gone very well. I have followed all instructions given, so there were no surprises. I would recommend your clinic wholeheartedly and I take this opportunity to thank you for your expertise. I was very nervous and you all made it the best experience possible for me.

You can imagine my intense concern upon finding out I would require dental surgery during the Covid pandemic. And that due to my own health issues, would need to take place at a hospital for day surgery.
But I am extremely happy to say that even though I made things even more complicated by my own nervousness, everyone at West Toronto were more amazing than I could have hoped for. They treated me like royalty. Not once on the only 2 visits to the office did I have to wait for more than a few minutes, and any contact was as minimal as I could have imagined. I never saw another person other than staff.
Most importantly to me, I never once felt a moment of pain, before, during, or afterwards. I spent a whole lifetime with a fear that West Toronto Dental Surgery cured in less than 3 weeks. I recently visited with my dad to get an x ray and consultation to remove my wisdom teeth. All the nurses and staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. However, Dr. Katherine Kyoung-Jin Lee was particularly amazing. While she was explaining all the options of procedures I could get, my dad fainted. Dr. Lee stayed incredibly calm, and propped my dad up and told me to get the nurses to help. The nurses came in and were also extremely helpful, and they took my dad's blood pressure and made sure that he was ok. Absolutely wonderful professionals, especially Dr. Lee

I took my 12-year-old daughter for teeth extractions. The surgery itself went smoothly. The doctor came highly recommended by my dentist so I can only assume she is competent and skilled, although her bedside manners were unremarkable and I met her just once for a just few minutes out of my two visits. It was primarily the male nurse who answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed. He was the only person there who made an effort to be courteous and kind. There was a front desk staff member who repeatedly spoke to me in a passive-aggressively hostile fashion. She could barely restrain her hostility under her disingenuous professional tone and speech. I noticed a lot of positive reviews about the staff at this clinic so I can only assume that this person was discriminatory towards me for reasons I can only fathom. As a mother who was experiencing her child's first surgery, this was a cold, unfriendly place. My experience there was distressing. I rarely write negative reviews but I feel that this experience in particular needed to be made known.

The dentist is great but the girls in the front desk are disrespectful, rude and cannot wait to hang up on you. I wish they showed more compassion towards their patients.

Very friendly people and consummate professionals. Had all 4 wisdom teeth done with no complications. Also made me feel safe with protocols for Covid.

I had two wisdom tooth extracted yesterday (7 Aug'20) & have to say Dr Katherine Lee & Jessica who took care of me are magicians. I am in no pain 24 hours later & have not taken any pain relief for over 12 hours. I was super nervous but the nurse Jessica put me at ease and explained the post extraction procedure so well that I already feel Im on the mend. I have very slight swelling but I dont look anything like Humpty Dumpty that I was dreading. Thank you is a very small word to express my feelings. Appreciate your help.

My dentist sent me to the West Toronto Oral Surgery clinic for a biopsy on my tongue. Although I was truly nervous to have this operation done, I must admit that everyone at the clinic including Dr. Lee were so pleasant and very reassuring. They follow up the following day after the procedure to ensure I was ok and if I had any questions for the Doctor. At all time I found the staff to be very polite and very assuring. Even when they called for the results for the biopsy they were also so pleasant. Seriously, I can only recommend them if you ever require their services. They are true professionals from start to finish.

The staff is very supportive and polite. I had a complicated surgery and Dr. Lee did an amazing job. They follow up the next day to make sure that you are doing fine and also provide you with a after care check up session to make sure that the procedure is absolutely fine. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Lee and her team were amazing. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled out and never felt discomfort or pain after it. They were particularly attentive to their patient; calling them to check up on how they're feeling post-surgery, Offering a numbing cream incase you're scared of needles. Overall a great experience for someone who just got her wisdom teeth yanked out. Highly recommend!

Great experience, had pain in breaching wisdom teeth and had a time sensitive engagement approaching. Not only was I able to get surgery done the same week I approached, but the removal of all 4 of my wisdom teeth was simple and I fully recovered within 4 days. Dr. Lee is a true professional, would recommend.

I had to remove 2 wisdom teeth. Was so scared and nervous. Dr. Lee is 100% professional. No pain after surgery. Recovery was so fast and smoothly because they provided with every details regarding taking care after surgery. Very friendly and welcome atmosphere. Worst reception I've ever seen. I'm not going here. Also the equipment and location looks mid 60's. Rough place that seriously needs renovation. Go to west mall!
