Bad quality paint and awful service.
Used the primer they sold me and the paint under shows through. Looks awful!
Brought the paint back to the store and waited 30 minutes for the “manager”, who is the owner to get off the phone. Hire a manager if you can’t do the job yourself!

Outstanding sales associate, Allison, helped us select the exterior patio and stair paint for our veranda and stairs. Applied it today and was really impressed with the quality and application.
Have returned to this amazing store and really appreciated the expertise of Elizabeth. Emmanuel, the owner, takes a vested interest in his store.

Elizabeth has helped me with paint selections on a few occasions and she's fantastic! Another lady assisted today, and also provided equally excellent customers service.

On a few occasions, I had the unfortunate experience of being "served" by a fellow and the lack of service was atrocious. It would appear having to serve customers was a bother; his phone was took priority and provided the least information possible. I actually left the store and purchased at Sherwin Williams.

While I was attempting to take my 94 yr old mother in law, her walker and 2 gallons of paint (Iknow I know.bad idea) the walker popped a wheelie and splat went my $200 worth of paint.
The staff, Elizabeth and Chance went above and beyond to help me. They salvaged and filtered as much as they could and even tried to clean the splattered walker.
Now that's service!

I asked Maya a ton of questions on how to paint and what tools to use for Interior painting of my home. Very knowledgable, amazing customer service. Great quality paint, supplies, and brushes. After using her advice on several techical painting issues my place turn out completely satisfying. Im very happy.

Recently carried out interior painting work at our home and dealt with Maya and Elise who were both extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions. The colour matching was perfect after I brought them some paint chips and I highly recommend dropping by this location for all your painting needs. I will be returning as a future customer. Got the wrong color pallette mixed by employee. Went back and had to wait 24 hrs to get it corrected.

They put a $75 quart of paint in a paper bag. A few minutes out of the store on my bike and the quart fell through the bottom of the bag, onto the street, paint everywhere, on my bike and shoes too. The paper bag is clearly not suitable to hold quarts of paint, yet when I called the store back they said "because it happened out of the store" they're not responsible. They would not replace the paint. They don't care about doing the right thing. I could understand if I had brought my own defective bag, but this was the bag they handed me. It fell out the bottom with 1 quart in it! I will never shop there again and neither should you. Replacing the quart is a small thing for a company to do to treat their customers right, but this location is evidently not interested in that. Do not shop here!

Very professional. Very polite staff. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable in paints and decor. They even have the latest in wallpaper designs and application. A Definite must see store.

This is THE place to go for paint in the west end. They start with knowledgeable staff, and have quality paints and every painting accessory known to humanity. I've made the mistake of going to the dark side of sale prices with other brands in the past - never again
