Had a great experience from start to finish. They were very friendly when I walked in. I got in for my appointment right away with very little wait time. The place was really well designed and clean. Jen was great with doing the cleaning and was very happy with the experience. Would definitely recommend.

Took my kids for their first visits (2.5 and 4.5 years-old). The staff were fantastic and really engaged them. No fear of the dentist and they are happy to go again soon.

The team at West Village Dental Clinic have been servicing my family and I for many years. They are always professional & friendly, and they give out Nimbus toothbrush for every visit - they're the best!

The last couple of visits, I was told that I would need an additional cleaning appointment because they would not be able to finish, my buildup was extensive. I didn’t take the greatest care of my teeth while on Mat leave, so I thought that this was understandable. The same thing was then advised to my husband (who treats his mouth like a holy shrine) and well, he got very upset with the hygienist and Dr. Triassi. He never returned.

I made the mistake of returning and again, they did not allocate time for the x-rays that were due, my cleaning, and the dentist’s exam. I had to leave the clinic today with 75% of my mouth cleaned - during the 3rd wave of a global pandemic! I’m already there, taking a risk to get my teeth taken care of and you can’t take 20 more minutes to finish? !
The hygienist tried to get me to opt for a topical gel and special rinse to help with pain and bleeding - likely extra costs that I have never needed in the past nor do I need now. I expressed my frustration and told them that I would not come back to finish the cleaning. Dr. Irina suggested that it might help if I be the one to ask for extra time for my cleanings - I don’t need extra time, this clinic does not schedule appointments properly. They take their sweet time and know before they even start cleaning that they will not finish. They also don’t clean like any other clinic I’ve ever been to, they do a section at a time which is perfect for squeezing 2 appointments out of every 6 month follow up. I don’t have time for this nonsense.treating patients like they’re in a psychiatrist chair and their time has run out.
Do not go here if you value your time.

Our family initially was very happy with the dental care. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with the secretarial staff. They continued to make errors with our insurance submission. The first time I called I was told that it was not their fault. The secretary became irate and hung up on me. They later admitted that it was their error. I had to call for a third time for the same problem and was not permitted to finish my sentence and was told that I was a bad role model for my child. Very unprofessional and highly offensive. Due to the poor treatment of the secretarial staff we will have find a new dentist. Very sad because we were very happy with the medical treatment we have received. My son was upset at the comment made to his mother of course.

Dr. Triassi and his team are awesome. In my experience most dentists and their offices seem to be frozen in time, with little to no changes or improvements in their clinics. This clinic is the complete opposite. They are constantly improving their facilities, and business practices. I actually enjoying going to the dentist.

Excellent. New to the neighbourhood, went with my 13 and 8 yr old both of whom had not seen a dentist since the start of COVID (7+ months) and it was great. Laura at reception very pleasant, oral hygienists were lovely and the Dr gave really clear honest feedback. Very impressed with cleanliness and PPE procedures also. Thank you.

Always can really on this team for the best work. Been coming here since I can remember as a child and won’t go anywhere else even as an adult. Definitely recommend them for the quality they give out and the honesty that comes with it.

Perfect staff! The clinic is very clean and organized! I loved the dentist who took care of me! She was very well oriented and explained me everything really carefully! I already have another appointment to get my teeth cleaned and I am very happy to come back! 10 out of 10!

I’ve been to this clinic twice now and both times have left feeling really good about my experience. Some places forget that you can feel sort of vulnerable coming in to get work done. I mean.someone is looking in your MOUTH! Also, especially if you don’t have benefits (which I didn’t for my first visit!) you have to discuss financials with complete strangers! Both times I have felt respected and cared for and that there is a high quality of service and work that this office offers. Thank you West Village Dental! Whoever’s doing the hiring here is doing it right!

Great service. Super professional and friendly staff. West village dental is in my opinion the best dental office. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere, and up to date technology. From receptionist to dental hygienist 10/10. Dr. Triassi is the a great man, very professional, honest and I don’t think I can ever go to anyone else. I recommend west village dental to everyone of any age.

I went there for a cleaning and a check up in 2017 and they offered me this cleaning solution service I asked if it was covered by insurance and they said it should be. It wasn't and I felt they were very misleading.

I have been coming to West Village Dental for about 12 years and I only have good things to say about this office. I had the crowns on my front incisors done here and they look perfect. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff, great service for adults and children. My two little ones are just shy of 3&5 and had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in with reception to having their cleaning done to their check in with Dr. Triassi

Highly recommend! They made the visit super easy. I especially appreciate that the technician explained SO much to me that I had never been explained before by any dentist.

I've been several times at West Village Dental Clinic for teeth cleaning, root canal and filling treatment. I highly recommend the clinic, in particular, Dr. Irina. She is professional, friendly, makes you feel comfortable, follows up after the procedures and the waiting time at reception was maximum of 3 minutes. The reception staff and the assistant are great too. This is my perfect place to take care of my teeth and I'm definitely coming back there.

First time at the West Village Dental Clinic. I got a very good impression on the quality of services provided by the clinic. The dentist made an effort to solve the issue with a tooth. Furthermore, they were very patient and took time to address all issues related to the health of the teeth. I can tell the difference between the quality of services provided by my past dentist who always rushed to make a quick buck and the commitment to a good quality of service provided by the West Village Dental Clinic dentist who took time to get it properly.done. The only drawback to mention here is the lack of time management; the dentist was late 25 minutes for my appointment. Don’t forget that time is money.

Today was my first time at West Village Dental Clinic and I had Dr. Irina as my dentist. The week before, I had a not so pleasant dental exam and teeth cleaning from another dental clinic, so I was happy to be referred to a dental clinic that made me feel at ease with the initial phone call with Antoinette. I needed a cavity filling and was very nervous; however Dr. Irina and Gloria made me feel very comfortable. The overall process of filling in my cavity was painless, which made the whole experience great. I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you!

I have been going to West Village Dental clinic for over 6 years and have done my root canal there, couple cavities. I trust Dr. Triassi with all my dental needs and truly satisfied with my experience. It’s nice having someone I trust with dental work as I am generally pretty scared of the dentist. Great work! Wonderful staff, punctual, friendly, and super accommodating, with a very clean and up-to-date facility. Great staff and service. Dentists are engaged with you the whole time. Only negative was no a/c because of construction so it was uncomfortable.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and never once have I been disappointed with the service. It is rare to be able to say about any service- that every visit has consistently shown the staff (from reception to the dental care providers) to be exceptional and attentive to patients. This is a place where you get not only excellent dental care - they do it in a way that makes you feel welcome and important (the practice has a friendly neighbourhood feel paired with the professional expertise you need). I am extremely blessed to be a patient at The West Village Dental Clinic. I have been with this Dental Clinic for over 18 years. Their service is excellent. The office is very clean with state of the art equipments.

Unique to have video screens to watch while getting a cleaning and/or dental treatment. There's even screens on the ceiling for when you are lying down. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Received a welcome package and love it!
