West Windows previously replaced our front entrance door and we were very pleased with the quality and workmanship. We therefore decided to use them again for replacing our windows as well as patio door and they did not disappoint. Alex, Jeff and the entire crew were always on time, professional, delivered high quality work and ensured the work area was clean after the work was completed. Our experience with West Windows on the two occassions we've used them has been pleasant and we highly recommend them.

I have known of Ralph and his business for the better part of 20 years. His reputation is not the cheapest in the business but he does quality work. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. When it was time to replace our front door, I talked my wife into going down to his shop and check out what he had having been there already myself. We proposed what we wanted and he came back with a couple options. We made a decision and he did it. Very impressed! My only complaint was the delivery window. I went in expecting a couple of months. That was last October. They said likely April, possibly early May. I get it given all the covid and supply issues. Needless to say, May became June and I got a call from Chris to see if Tuesday this week (2nd week of June) would work. I said sure to surprise my wife. I figured based on past work I've had other contractors do, they would be in and out in a couple hours for a simple door install. They arrived at 11 (as requested) and were still wrapping up 5 hours later. The attention to detail by the installers Jeff and Andrew showed how they try to maintain their reputation. Clean, organized, friendly, even loved my overly curious dog. Highly recommend them.

Experience from start to finish was professional. Given timelines that were met. Windows look great! Company has been in business for year for a reason. I would recommend using West Windows 100%.
