Westboro Station Dental

This was my first cleaning at Westboro Station Dental and Hannah was my dental hygienist. She was professional, friendly, thorough, and respectful. The chair I sat in for my cleaning was the most comfortable dental chair I've ever been in! The office had all of the Covid protocol still in place and was very clean. The front desk staff was also friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Cindy gets a 5 star rating from me. She spent a lot of time after filling my tooth to make sure all the surfaces are adjusted to perfection. I had not seen this level of skill and care in other clinics elsewhere.

This is simply a great dentist office, professional, friendly, efficient, very well organized. Highly recommend.

Best dentist I've ever had. I am very grateful for for Dr. Hwang's patience and professionalism. He is a pleasant person with a refined bedside manner. You will always feel safe in Dr. Dan's chair. Most importantly he is a highly skilled dentist. Reception and dental hygienist staff are all pleasant, friendly and professional.

Such a great clinic! My dentist was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took the time to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. The receptionist was also very friendly, and I received a beautiful wildlife calendar that brightens my day when I look at it. A great experience!

The absolute best place to have your dental work done, great doctor, great staff including the smiling happy faces of the office staff. Going to the dentist has never been my favourite thing, but year after year this practice and its incredible staff make it easier. THANK YOU!

My hygienist is Hannah. I have seen her at least 4 times now. She is always professional, genuinely friendly, and a lot of fun! Her cleanings are always quick with little pain or bleeding. She listens to my concerns and I always feel valued as a patient.

Everyone at Westboro Station Dental made me feel really comfortable, and every visit so far has been way beyond what I could have hoped for. Easy 5 stars.

The hygienists and receptionists have always been lovely, which is why I’m giving two stars. My experiences with Dr. Dan have always been quite negative, and I’ve never had problems going to the dentist before. I had a filling done with him, it was very painful. I’ve had fillings before and never experienced any discomfort on the level that I did here.

Another time I needed some imaging done. I had gotten my ears pierced for the first time within a month, and told the dentist that the studs can’t be taken out. But he insisted I do so. He did not offer for me to do the imaging another time, and in retrospect I should have stood up for myself. The studs came out, imaging done, and the receptionist tried to help me put them back in. So I’m in the office, sobbing, my ears bleeding, being looked at like a nuisance by the dentist. In multiple situations, I found him thoroughly unconcerned with my discomfort.

Another time I had some painful swelling around my wisdom teeth. Dr. Dan literally said “I’m just going to take a look” and directly proceeded to stab the swollen area with a metal tool. I understand why it was necessary to do, but not without warning and furthermore specifically after I was told he was “just looking”. I found that very inappropriate.

The hygienists and receptionist, always lovely. With this dentist, not a single appointment happened without my feeling treated inappropriately, with a lack of concern for my comfort. Never had problems with other dentists (I moved and thought I would go to someone close by).

Would not recommend.

All the staff are very nice and welcoming. I had a great experience with both the dental cleaning by the hygienist and the dental exam by the dentist. They are super thorough and keep amazing records of your dental health. Very proactive about improving your oral hygiene and making appropriate referrals. I would highly recommend.
