I am happy with my family physician Dr.gupta she is the only reason I would come to this place but staff specially admin (ella) double booked me for my appointment and when I asked when is my turn she asked me if i want to reschedule. I have never seen anyone as unprofessional as this. I think they barely care about patients or their life

The new doctor working here, Dr Bathena, is the best doctor I have ever had. He is so efficient and gets everything done. I would recommend him to any patient who actually has wants to be seen and heard

No regard for patients time. Had an appointment for 9am. Doctors strolls in at 9: 45. Charged me 20$ (cash only) for a form to stamped. I had to walk over to get cash across the street. Receptionist had no answers to why the doctor was late. Definitely not coming back here again. No wonder it has horrible reviews. Wish I could give it a zero

Dr. Dobson has been our family doctor since 1982. Takes time to listen support and provide care. Tremendous support through some challenging situations. I could not imagine having another doctor.

This place is awful. Even after I book appointment and confirmed timing, it still took 1.5 hours to see the doctor. Even walking don’t take that long

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour. My in-laws have been patients at this clinic their entire lives. Now in their 70s. Their doctor recently retired and shortly after passed away. The clinic made no attempt to contact his patients to let them know of his retirement, or who, if anyone would be taking his patients. Upon learning this information a few days ago, my family member has been attempting to straighten everything out so that prescriptions can be filled. The doctors and clinic are giving us the run around, refusing to order prescriptions, and generally ignoring the pleas of a senior citizen who has been a patient of the clinic longer than most of its staff has been alive.
It’s disgraceful. You all should be ashamed for treating patients like second class citizens.

Called at 5PM. First its a long message. Then Receptionist is always busy answering other calls and you are put on hold but then they hang up on you. Four times. Highest form of rudeness. Once you get the receptionist, the call is so muffled, when you tell her, she hangs up on you. Next level of rudeness! Why do you employ this kind of people?

Very bad phone service. I called office 4 times today. First there is long voice message, then they put me on hold and after few mins they will just hung up. And this does not happen first time. Even before same issue. Very disappointing service by receptionists.

It’s not clean very disorganized and unprofessional they don’t explain things properly no privacy everyone is in your business and the people working there aren’t even wearing their masks correctly. Wait time is too long won’t come back again. I prefer the vodden location much better than this place I only visited this location because it’s convienient but I am not impressed with this service here I am not comfortable at this place I don’t recommend this place to anybody go to the vodden one their much better.

Love my doctor. Hate the clinic. They never have a walk in doctor available and tell you to plan ahead. My husband requires life saving medication and they never have appointments to fill his prescription for weeks. If you have weeks to wait there great. Something comes up avoid here. Planning on changing doctors.

Honestly if they started answering their phones more they've improved a lot.

We’ve been patients to this clinic and while I do admire and trust Dr Sandhu’s prognosis and knowledge, we’ve been thoroughly disappointed by the fact, staff is not very polite, walk-in calls aren’t promptly responded. Needs to pay attention to patients.

Hi, my name is Jibran and I am on welfare. I question the professional integrity of Dr. DeGroot. He's a corrupted individual, who will take your OHIP money and waste your time. For example, he will keep stalling when you ask him to complete forms, stating "book another date" and when you arrive for the next date, he will state "book another date" and so forth. He will not fill out your forms but take your OHIP money which is $50 per visit. He only sees me for 2-5 minutes each and every appointment. Quick $50 for him, big money for me since I travel from Shelburne. He will even cancel your appointments on short notice and is never in the office. He also has a very bad attitude and never speaks to me when I visit the office. A man of few words, although I did nothing to the man. Absolutely nothing. Makes me sick!

Receptionist is incredibly rude. It's like she's angry at you for trying to get an appointment with the doctor. Always feel worse after talking to her.

I don't know who they hire, but the lady at the front is not helpful and is rude. I told her multiple times that I have a doctor there and did nothing to help me, only repeat that they're not doing walk ins.

I tried to call their location to book an appointment however when I call it says they're not taking calls. So how do I make an appointment if theyre not taking calls?

How you a doctors office but you're scheduling physicals over the phone and telling me to go to the emerg.if I injury my foot? Make it make sense.

And people want to know why hospitals are filled to capacity.

Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor cannot complain however the receptionists at the clinic are some of the most frustrating individuals. Getting ahold of them is the hardest thing in the world, they either set their phone systems to not take any calls, they're on lunch or they take forever to pick up the phones. Takes about seven times calling them throughout the day just to get them to pick up once. TERRIBLE customer service

Iam with this clinic for 4 yrs now. The best doctor I met Dr.madhu gupta. My daughter was born and now my son all three of us are her patient. She attends you like member of her own. Knowlegable, good listener best doctor
I was having a big fibroid and no Gynae was ready to take my case but she didn't left hope. She tried with so many other gynae and now finally I got one.
I want to thank you my doctor madu gupta, you helped me cared for me like angel when I needed the most. Thanks for your support.keep the gud work on.

Been going to this clinic for around 5 years now since my daughter was born.

I like my doctor very much some of the nurses.fyi pandemic hours are:
Mon-fri 8am-5pm
Sat-sun 9am - 12 pm

SOME, of them. I had an annoying experience today. All I had to do was pick up a letter from my doctor. My doctor didn't mention a price, even though I knew there would be one. So I called in to make sure the letter was there and ready, I ask how much it costs, she tells me. All good.

I get there they answer the door quite quickly. She gets the letter then says 20$, I ask if they have interac, since it's a pandemic I thought they would, she said cash only. All i said was oh? I thought there was interact, she got instantly annoyed and said for 30 years it's been cash. I say okay that would have been nice to know before i got here. That's all.

I go with my daughter in tow to get cash from the gas station. I come back and they took an absurdly long time to answer the door. 2 of them looked right at us waiting and they decided to walk away. So my daughter having behavioral set backs (she's 5) started knocking loudly on the door since she also saw them look at us and walk away.

So the one lady came back all annoyed. Be professional, we are all going through stress right now. I really dont think this doctors note was needed and neither did my doctor but it's required for childcare.

I didnt even want to drive all the way up there and I definitely didnt need attitude from these ladies. If my doctor goes to another clinic/practice I would gladly follow her to avoid dealing with miserable people.

What is going on at this clinic!?
I've been on hold for days trying to get an appointment with my family doctor to renew my prescription. Terrible seeing other posters say that they are ignoring calls!

Worst reception staff. Rude and not at all friendly. As if doing favour to us for being treated. This is not 1st time i have faced this, but i had to post this after repeated rude behaviour. Have some decency and professionalism to handle inquires and patients.

Dr Jivan what a great doctor and a human being. He’s looked after our little family for over 15 years, we moved twice live in Kitchener but still make the trip to Brampton to see him:) he has the best interest of his patients, he takes his time to suggest great solutions to our medical problems in the most natural ways possible even though western medicine is known for putting its patients on strong narcotic therapy. We trust Dr Jivan for his years of expertise in Medicine but above All his advice. He is courteous, kind, understands his patients. We are soon moving to London Ontario but will never ever cease to make the drive to see our favourite human.doctor. Thank you Dr Jivan and staff for always looking after us and being so exceptionally courteous:)

Dr Dobson is a good doctor but the reason, I am giving them one star is because of this experience. Last year I went there to get my child vaccinated. First there is white receponist or nurse not sure, who took out the vaccines while waiting for the doctor to administer them. I asked her politely which vaccines are they, she did not even look at me while saying to me she does not care. I looked at her and told her this is my child and I would like to know what my child is getting. Then when the doctor came in and started his consultation, he was rude and very dismissive. But I don't remember his name, I think it starts with a S or K. I then realized that she needed more vaccines and I was not sure when should my child return. I saw the doctor in the hall way and asked him. He was EXTREMELY rude, walked away and slammed the door. I stood there in shock, i could not believe a professional just behaved in that manner. I was so embarassed I just left immediately.
I was definitely going to report his behavior to the college but someone begged me not to. This is not the kind of care or service that should be provided by any institution at all. It can still be reported. This is truly unacceptable and shameful behavior from both the doctor and receptionist/nurse (not sure).

Was wondering why my calls weren't going through as I wanted to enquire if my physician was on duty today. Then I go to the clinic and call again. The receptionist (nurse?) was just picking up the phone and slamming it down as soon as it rang to prevent it from ringing. Ridiculously unprofessional and possibly dangerous behavior.if anyone has any idea where to make a formal complaint, I'm all ears.

This is a conflicting one, I have been taking my sons there for some time, at a recent visit we brought our newborn less than 2 weeks and had to wait for over an hour for a scheduled appt.all while people are coughing with their mouth open etc.usually with a newborn they put u into a separate room. Anyways the waiting area itself is run down, TVs are never on and the bathrooms are hit or miss. Plus they do not offer face masks for the humans who think it’s ok to not cover their mouth! The only really good nurse there is the lady with the short hair. The saving grace for this place is doctor Dobson, he is amazing, 5/5 doctor. Takes his time, is caring and is very thorough. Doesn’t rush you at all and is available when you need him. Without him this place is. 1/5.

Dr. Grant Degroot is awesome. He has been my Doctor for many years. Sometimes it gets real busy but i am comfortable with the services provided there. Lab x- tray, ultrasound room, pharmacy, etc, everything is all there in that one little building. Its all Great.

I came to my family doctor at this location and always try to use a different walk in because I know this one is bad with appointments. Giving it another chance was the worst thing I could of done. Waited for over 1.5 hours from my appointment time and they receptionist keeps telling me I’m next when I have seen over 20 other people go in and out. They book your appointments and give your slots to walk in clients instead. Will never come here again especially after driving here from 1 hour away.

Receptionists are usually very good and accomodating but today Saturday Dec 1 2018 receptiinost was an idiot who doesnt even give 5 minutes to a walk in patient with a child who needs to use a washroom. But my family physician Dr. Sandhu is the best doctor i have ever had. He is so attentive amd informative and patient. Top notch!

Horrible service. Disorganized. Lack of. Training. Every one at the desk gives you a different answer. Will be moving to a new doctor.
