I was really looking forward to buying another suit from here. I made three separate appointments, two of which the owner failed to honor.

During the appointment, John recommended that I get my current suit altered in addition to buying a new suit. Before leaving, I booked the next appointment for 3 weeks later which he wrote down on a sticky note. He also refuses to alter a suit without a dry cleaning tag, which I paid for later that week.

I called to confirm my next appointment since I know this has been an issue in the past. He gave my booked appointment to some groom since I didn't call a week earlier to confirm a new suit. Very disappointed with his style of work.

John seems to be very difficult to work with. If you have the patience to move forward with the process, you will find that the suits from Westbrookes are well done.

He’s a fun guy to be around- telling stories and joking around with me and my groomsmen. Lots of laughs while visiting his store. He worked with my wife to make sure she was happy with all the colours. Everything was perfectly tailored with top quality material. No itchy fabrics. I will be back for sure!

As always, I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, and John picked out a new suit, shirt, and tie for me, all first picks, and I felt and looked like a million dollars.
Custom tailoring might not be for everyone, but I appreciate quality clothes, a stress free shopping experience, and looking and feeling good for the event that I am attending. John and his team always make you feel welcome, he and his staff are very friendly, and the service is always impeccable.

I was there last week, John was very rude to me, kept pushing me to purchase a suit way out of my budget. Made me feel very insecure.

Garbage tailor and store. Only has a good rating because of the old baby boomers who have no style
