I phoned with an odd little problem, and Zo was there to help way beyond the call of duty. He supplied his email so I could send photos, and got back quickly with possible solutions. He even forwarded my photos to his suppliers to ask about similar items - five star service all the way!

I like this shop from a DIYer perspective. Some of these contrator shops' customer service can be pretty terrible if you aren't a pro, not the case here.

Phone representative had no interest in looking for or ordering the product his supplier arranged for us to order through him. Another location was only too happy to help.
