During the pandemic of Covid, the mall stayed very clean and sterilized especially through the long line ups.

This mini mall literally has everything that you need it's got a beer store a pizza store KFC grocery store hardware store I even think it's got like a realtor place in there somewhere maybe I'm not sure that one either way just moved up the mountain super happy that I found this little gem. No jokes everything you need!

Came here on my lunch break to use the bathroom and cleaning lady had the washroom closed for maintenance. Asked her if there was another washroom and she was very rude. I told her I was just asking and she told me to get lost and muttered a racial slur to me. Will never come back here.

The all in one mall, great place to shop for all your family needs, great Home Hardware and Rexall as well as Food Basics!

Old school easy to navigate parking lot. Too bad many of the stores are closed but existing stores are good and fairly run.

Couple cute little shops, convenient location - good little strip mall for everyday things - beer store / Rexall / food places / home improvement store etc.

Only place the bathrooms have been open during this pandemic for ever grateful considering I work outside all day!

I’ve been shopping in this mall ever since I was a kid and it’s always been a good experience. I have been saying this for years, but this mall NEEDS a Tim Hortons or another coffee shop!

Easily accessible mini-mall with grocery, hardware, and drugstore. Couple of fast food restaurants.

Bathrooms are gross. I appreciate that they're there but very dirty and smelly. Whole place has an odour. Convenient location though and has the stores I need

Decent, has: pizza place, subway, dollar store, Rexall, hardware store etc. Haven't been in lately but, overall good costumer service, decent Covid rules but could be improved. A go to place for me for a bored day or picking up some housing/frivolous supplies: pre-covid.

This is an older mall. The home hardware is well stocked and big. Paint department does have computer color matching, so not bad. Got my few hairs cut at Hollywood Hair. Go see Angelo. He is the guy.

Great location with variety and plenty of parking. Everyone social distanced to respect the COVID ions.

Place is all right has just about everything you need except a pub. It would be perfect to have a pub in that place

Basics was not too crowded, love the one line at check out. Makes it so much faster. You never get in the slow line. Hope they keep it like that to avoid congestion at front of store.

Told many people my experience with home hardware and I'm staying away from this mall. I wouldn't even give them one star for staff. The store is totally disorganized small aisles. The front of the store looks horrendous with all the items placed inside the mall. The east side of the store is the worse what a messy store. Clean it up and organize your stock. Westcliff Mall owners should send them a letter to clean this store up. Management of Home Hardware should me ashamed.

Strip mall that has everything you need minus the clothing stress haha. Banking, grocery, hardware, pharmacy, dollar store, beer store, smokes and some. A one stop shop.

Run down and in desperate need of extensive renovation. 10 years ago. Throw the whole mall away, except for the Food Basics

Typical small suburban Indoor strip mall. One of the last of its kind in the area. Visit our before they tear it down to experience this relic of the 80s.

Been coming here since I was a child. The only "mall" in Hamilton that hasn't really changed or been bulldozed.

West Cliffe is a small shopping mall that features a food basics, beer store, Dollarama and shoppers drug mart. It isn't a mall that you would visit to spend time or socialize but it is an excellent place to run household errands. The mall is typically quit and well kept.

Friendly drug store Rexall. And great service from the Home Hardware team.
Hair dressers with Nexxus products and a seasoned travel agent.
Love this place.
Oh and if you throat. A Beer Store!

It’s a small mall. The Province yanked the LCBO out a few years ago. Not good.
Home Hardware is quite small but they’ll order anything in for you. Got a Gino’s Pizza, Hollywood Barber Shop, Dollarama and Drug Store and a Food Basics.

This mall is small but has everything you need - Bank, beer, pharmacy, dollarama, subway, pizza, home hardware, food basics and a few others. Nice little strip mall.

It's a small mall which you go to for a particular shop whether that be Food Basics, Dollarama, KFC, or Subway.
