I ordered flowers here for my friend who recently lost her mother. I ordered them the night before I wanted them delivered, and did they deliver! I was happy that I was able to place an order for delivery in less than 24 hours. I think the delivery was included if it was within Hamilton. The only thing that I did not like, which warranted 4 stars, was that I had to pay an initial fee for using their service. Apparently, you don't have to pay this fee if you order flowers using the same email address the next time. I have yet to order flowers again, but I would definitely recommend this place.

I was very pleased with the lovely Birthday bouquet that was arranged for my Mother's 88th birthday. She was over the moon when they were delivered. Thank you so much for adding extra joy on someone's special day. 5 out of 5 for me, and I will use your services again.

Have been ordering from Westdale for 10-12 years - That said, I have been very disappointed the last few times, and this last time from (May 9th) will be the last time I order. The flowers were not nearly as full as they used to be in previous years, cheaper flowers are used in lieu of the actual ones, and there is no greenery wrapped inside the vase. When you pay for "Deluxe" flower arrangement, you expect the cost and the flower used to reflect that, or come CLOSE to looking like the ones in the photo on the site. I will no longer be recommending my friends to West dale Florists anymore or be using it myself due to the quality of this florist shop that has dwindled over the few years.
Recommendation from one business owner to your business: Either change your cost of the Deluxe packages, or repudate your flowers on the website to reflect what customers are REALLY going to get, lastly, contact your customer and let them know what you ARE able to actually make with the flowers you actually have in stock. Making it seem better than it is on your website its just swindling your customers.

I worked with Rosanna to arrange for florals for my wedding party for my wedding and she did a fantastic job. From the start, Rosanna was easy to coordinate with, considerate and flexible, and did a fantastic job of taking my ideas and turning it into beautiful arrangements. This was a very disappointing bouquet. For 100 dollars, this bouquet was approximately as big as my palm. Despite being well put together, I would not recommend purchasing here - particularly with how vague descriptions were online regarding the size.

I reached out to several local florists locally for some celebration of life flowers, and Westdale was eager to assist from the first conversation (some of the others didn't call back at all, or took days to return my call? We went with Westdale and were very happy with their arrangements and customer service. Thank you for your kind attentive service during this difficult time.

Very mediocre arrangement overall, especially for $100+. Different colours than the pictures on the site. Flowers didn’t last more than a couple days. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had a rough go with you guys. Firstly I ordered the flowers for Valentine's Day, now I understand Valentine's Day is busy and I probably missed the date at checkout but the order ended up being delivered for the 16th. Realizing this when my wife didn't receive them in Valentine's Day I called in and asked for the gift to be delivered to my home instead as a delivery 2 days after Valentine's Day seems like an oops I forgot kinda moment. Lo and behold the flowers and chocolate arrived at my wife's work and not to my house as I had explicitly requested. The product I heard was beautiful but it being at my wife's office instead of at my home I can only go by word of mouth.

TLDR - 2 stars, product was beautiful arrived on wrong day at wrong location.

The delivery was on time on the day I asked for and they followed the delivery instructions to the letter!
The arrangement itself was beautifully done. I would 100% recommend Westdale Florist for deliveries in the Hamilton area!

When I called to order my friend an arrangement, the staff member I spoke to steered me away from that one and said, leave it up to me. Yellows, greens, white and pink. It was gorgeous and sunny! Thank you for changing my mind!

Edit to respond to owner: I did not say YOU were rude. I said the male delivery driver was rude when he called me back. In my review, I stated “a very nice woman helped me” when I called the store, which was you. I didn’t exactly get the chance to explain to you why I couldn’t come to the door. I simply explained I wouldn’t be able to pick it up until Saturday, as you close at 3pm and my husband has the car every day for work. That’s when you offered to redeliver it, which I appreciate. I made my initial review after you had closed, as I wasn’t expecting to receive it AFTER you closed for the day. 3.5 hours later, I did receive it, as I stated and added one more star to my review. No need to discuss this any further, I wanted to clarify that I did NOT say YOU were rude. It was your male delivery driver when he tried to deliver on Feb 15. Thank you for your time.

Edit: updating my review to 2 stars. I did end up receiving my rose tonight. I didn’t expect to get it 3.5 hours after they closed, but such as it is. Telling my dad to just get my husband to get it for him from now on. Delivery is always ridiculously expensive, even in the same city. And I didn’t even get it when I was supposed to. Thanks for *finally* delivering my rose.

Very disappointed in this shop. Every year since I was born, my dad buys me a rose for Valentine’s Day, but the last 2 years he hasn’t because of lockdowns and whatnot. This year, he moved to Cobourg 3 hours away, so he ordered from Westdale Florist, and my rose never arrived. He paid more for delivery than he did for the actual rose. $21 to be exact. Yesterday, the very rude delivery driver called me to say he was here, but I couldn’t get to the phone in time as I’m caring for my 1 year old that has a terrible cold. When he called back, I was able to answer and he was extremely rude, saying I have to go pick it up from the store. I live on the mountain and have no way of picking it up, as they are only open until 3pm and my husband takes the car for work every day. I called the store, and a very nice woman helped me. She said they would redeliver it tomorrow (which is today). I never received it. I waited all day for a phone call, or for them to buzz me from the lobby, and they never did. So thank you, Westdale Florist, for charging my father $30+ for one rose that never even made it to me. I wish I could give zero stars.

If you are thinking about where to get your wedding florals done, look no further than Westdale Florists. Our experience was amazing from day one. Rosanna was amazing to work with, responsive, and very friendly. She did all our florals and also acted as our decorator for the day which was something we weren’t sure we’d be able to find outside of a day of coordinator/decorator. Rosanna delivered my bouquet and all my bridesmaids bouquets to where we were getting ready in the morning and had everything absolutely perfect at the venue by the time we got there. My bouquet was the bouquet of my dreams and everything was exactly as I’d pictured it. We’ve been getting flowers from Westdale Florists for years and we will continue to be loyal customers after our experience with them for our wedding.

I live in LaSalle, ON and wanted to send my Aunt flowers in Hamilton, ON for her retirement. When I looked up flower shops near her, Westdale Florist was one of the closest. I am SO happy I chose them! The ordering process was super easy, prices were reasonable and the flowers turned out beautiful! Thank you Westdale Florist!
