Amazing service, Dr. McDougall was excellent and explained everything as well as giving some healthy tips for our cat. We got a welcome post card at our home a few days after the visit which was so thoughtful.

The doctors are wonderful, especially Dr. Thomas. The staff are like family. They treat my old Bruno and little Floie so good! In a time where Vet's are in high demand, I'm so glad I stayed with such an great group of people.

They saved my cat. Can I say more? Yes! They are very compassionate. Informative. Excellently priced. So far all follow ups have been free. Have not been pushy. They have not lectured us on how we choose to care for our cats. Nor have they tried to sell us ANYTHING. Not special pet foods nor little extras in vet things. They have not insisted on any care we have not inquired about or they feel we should do.
My Cats favorite vet retired here, now he has a new vet here. First visit went well. He was a little ham right up to inspection then became timid. But allowed the new vet to check him over ok.

Peanut' butter loves going here to see everyone. They are really good and they all love there jobs. They very nice

I absolutely love this clinic and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for compassionate animal health experts. My cat, Wanda has been seeing Dr. Laura Sommerville for over a year now and she has been extremely kind and patient with us. Today I met Dr. Julie Langeman who is just full of joy, compassion and positivity. My new feline rescue (and family member) Garfield was purring as she gently petted him. It might be a bit pricey but the experience is worth it.

My cat is a bit of a anger bird they were really nice and patient with him when he got his surgery. Definitely recommend taking your furry bestfriend here! -Rocco deol

We typically deal with another vet but because our girl passed away unexpectedly, we turned to Western Animal Clinic. My first contact was Elizabeth who was knowledgeable and compassionate on the phone. I am unsure who we dealt with upon bringing Ellie in, but they were also so great. Very glad to have our girl back home. Thank you.

Been with western animal clinic for a year, decided to walk away TODAY. I got quoted ~$400 for one annual vaccine for cat, and lepto&lyme vaccine for dog. Price was too unreasonable. Yes, their staff and service are nice, but don't think I am willing to pay that much extra for my dog to socialize with their medical staff. At the end of the day, we just need those annual shots.

Worst experience I have ever had in my life! My husband and I booked an appointment for our 2 dogs at 2: 10pm; we arrived a little bit early. After sitting at the waiting area for 30 minutes, our dogs started getting anxious. My husband had to bring them out to a 88F degree weather to calm them down. At 2: 35pm, the doctor told us we that she was ready for the dogs. It was hard to get our dogs to sit on the scale, so my husband explained to the doctor that we had been sitting for 30 minutes, so the dogs were a little bit anxious.immediately, the doctor snapped at my husband saying she was double booked and if he was trying to complain about a 20 minutes wait then they would cancel the appointment on spot. We did not appreciate her attitude and decided to leave. She threatened us to deleted all our vet records.
1. My husband did not complain but simply explaining why the dogs refusing to get on the scale.
2. We, as customer, are not responsible for the doctor being doubled booked. It is very unprofessional of her to throw her frustration toward us.
3. It is shame for this vet to be in the service business.

Called today for an appointment, going to this clinic for 7 years and have had nothing but great experiences and accommodating. Today, the receptionist was standoffish, condescending, and referred me to a pet store (for a less effective treatment) instead of making an appointment in a timely manner (3 weeks away) and was lectured for not maintaining a patient relationship (due to covid restrictions).

Perhaps they are overwhelmed but I will no longer be recommending Western Animal Clinic and will seek care elsewhere which is a shame after so many years.

The staff are all truly amazing. They’re so helpful if you have questions or are concerned about anything. They always give my dog such great attention and love when he’s there. Even with staffing shortages and full appointments, they have helped me out when my dog was sick and squeezed my pup in so he could be examined. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this clinic and I appreciate everything they do. I know COVID has put tremendous strain on them, but they are still trying to go above and beyond.

I was recommended by a good buddy of mine to take my cat here and these people are fantastic right from the front desk to the veterinarians that actually do what it takes to make you feel comfortable

Took my shepherd with a balloned ear to Western Animal Clinic. They took my dog in within a day and drained his ear in 45 minutes. The dog needed a sedative and that was part of the service. Upon retrieving my dog was like a lamb and back to himself again within 24 hours doing really well and stealing food of the table every chance he gets. Called to make an appt the lady that answered was extremely rude to my husband on the phone. Will take my pup somewhere else!

Our vet was very informative about my corgi's IVDD, and sensitive to her new lifestyle. She didn't insist on euthanasia when the problem can be patiently corrected in time. She even offered a print-out of how to handle our puppy. I'm glad we avoided the emergency vet.

We have been going there for years, and they are absolutely phenomenal. We've moved several times, and the location is no longer as convenient but we still stay as we love the staff!

Wow did you know you are privileged to be able to go to Western Animal Clinic. I believe that the Manager Angela thinks she can talk to people anyway she likes. They are rude and forget it is not a free clinic and you have to pay well for their service. Angela get a new phrase “I am sorry you feel that way”. That is too cliché

I even heard from a Tech who works there that she is not treated well.

Dr. McDougall is the only person there who shows friendliness towards you.

Even when you go to pick up medication they cannot even give you a call to say they have placed the medication on the table. Quick to get your credit card though.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. Dr. McDougall if you own this clinic get new staff.

Staff are very helpful and you can really see their passion for animals, they always treat my girl so well and are very informative on any issues that my come up with your pet. Highly recommend!

They were very compassionate and helpful when dealing with my ailing cat and I'm sure they will continue to be with my kitten. I wish they were a bit more sensitive of the price of their services sometimes (warn before prescribing, etc.) because not everyone has tons of money for medical treatment but overall they do a great job.

We are lucky enough to live around the corner from this place. They truly do care about their patients and will do follow up calls to ensure everything is going well. If you need a vet, check them out and you'll see why we don't need to go anywhere else.

Great place to bring your pet. Everyone is super friendly. My dog doesn't even get scared to come here. Highly recommend

My first visit for my 2 month old kitten and it went really well, the doctor was very kind, very patient, let me ask questions, helped me trim her nails because of my bad eye sight, she was very clear how my kitten was doing and what needed to be worked on, just wish the cost was a little more reasonable but I get it you want great customer service and care you have to pay for it, expectly during a pandemic they were very safe for the staff and me great job keep up the great work

Looking for a cat groomer, got great assistance in looking for one. Ultimately I bought clippers and did it myself, have had experience grooming small animals. Most groomers I called were not taking more clients. Western Animal Clinic was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I recommend western animal clinic 100%may be pricey at times but you will get what you pay for I would like to thank the whole staff for all there professional help over the 3o pluss years

Very kind staff who were amazing with my very scared cat and very helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had to wait for 20 minutes in 34 celcius heat because the waiting room was closed. I would recommend this vet though they actually care about the animals they don't just care about taking your money.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Provided us with options and listened to and answered all of our questions. Also well organized which is so important especially during these pandemic restrictions. Thank you!

I like Western Animal Clinic, staff are amazing, there service is great. I will always go there and I recommend to everyone. When I took my cat to them I was very nervous because of corona virus I couldn't go inside but the doctor called me and spoke to me a bout her from start to finish. I was so comfortable and relaxed. Been with them since 1994 and still with them great caring staff and knowledgeable especially with my animals have had in the past and now most times I have kepted them on their toes with interesting issues but they have been fantastic taking their time in listening and helping to resolve our medical conditions.

We nearly lost our Great Dane Gracie this week. She fell very ill from a life threatening complication, but thanks to the dedication, compassion and efforts of Dr Thomas and her team at Western Animal Clinic, Gracie survived. The team there went above and beyond to help save Gracie's life, and to assist us (since I lost my job due to the pandemic). One staff member even slept overnight at the clinic to ensure Gracie was cared for. The necessary surgery was quite expensive, so the timing could not have been worse for us as a family. We now pray that Gracie will make a full recovery. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Western Animal Clinic

I contacted Western animal clinic as my dog had just passed away and i was looking to get a nice urn and other keepsakes to remember him. My vet did not offer what we were looking for.

I called Western and they arranged to see me immediately and we had everything arranged quickly. The staff were also very caring and patient with me as I browsed through the catalog picking out what we wanted. They contacted me once they received everything and I picked it up with no issues.

Thank you to the staff at Western Animal for helping me through a difficult time and when we get our next dog we will be coming to visit you for any vet services we need.

Just amazing. When having terminal issues with my cat they treated us as well as anyone can in a tough situation. We will be going there with all our future pets.
