I was there for over a decade and had to leave because of my service with Diane. I am also the 3rd person I know who has left under Diane’s care. This renewal was a nightmare, so many hidden fees & cost increases from things she had missed earlier, a form I had to pay out of pocket for because their system was down which was then useless, feeling coerced into certain policies, asking her to stop calling me so I could have our interactions in writing since they were so confusing … the list goes on. I went somewhere else and they helped me instantly!
