I recommend westmount physiotherapy to everyone who needs it. The team is incredible, I have been going on and off for years now, I would never go anywhere else.
I was recently there and I was treated by Ash. Ash is an amazing human being, listener, physiotherapist. Very knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable. I had surgery on my leg, dealing with chronic pain and an issue in my hand, everytime I went to Ash I felt like a new person afterwards. Thank you Ash for being so compassionate and loving what you do, you are amazing!

I am so grateful for the care I received here! Only two weeks ahead of a trip to Europe, my injured my back and it went into massive spasm. I could barely walk. Sitting was the worst! I didn’t know how I’d be able to manage a 9 hour flight. I was given an appointment immediately. Jordan worked with me to complete a thorough assessment. He walked me through some exercises ensuring that I was ok. He followed up with emails to check in and with images of the exercises, in case I’d forgotten. I felt like a priority over the two weeks of treatments. He was determined to make sure I got on that flight…and I did! If it weren’t for Jordan, I would have had to cancel my trip. I’ll be forever grateful for the way he made me feel, the superior knowledge he has of his craft, and the successful treatment that allowed me to reach my goal.

I’ve referred his services to two different friends, and my daughter (athlete) who have all reported back with glowing reviews.

The people at Westmount Physio are awesome we have been going for many years for many different issues and have had the best of care and advice to recover from injury. The front desk is always greeting with a smile and more then willing to accommodate you for appointments. The owner Marnie is always there working hard right along side of her great staff keep up the great work and the wonderful conversation. Thanks

Gerry and Michelle have been amazing. I had been suffering (debilitating) from PF for almost 2 years. I finally came to this clinic and can now walk, hike, skate and enjoy so many activities again!

I have been to over 8 different physio offices in my years as a hockey player and beyond but this is the most complete office I have been to. The owners are amazing and the hired staff to reflect them. My wife and 2 athletic kids utilize their services on a bi-weekly basis and no matter what the issue is, they have you covered with a specialist for that. Convenient scheduling, competitive rates but their people stand out for me!

They can't accommodate you if you actually have pain. Their appointments are hour long and will take you a week after from the date of your injury.

Will go to my family instead.

I’ve had the opportunity and absolute pleasure of completing an internship for my kinesiology undergraduate degree at Westmount Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation. Every single staff member at this clinic embodies what it means to provide patient-centred care. This evident in how they carefully listen to, communicate with, and skillfully provide care to their clients. Staff members are welcoming, friendly, a wealth of knowledge, and are experts in their field. I’ve learned and grown in many ways from shadowing and assisting throughout my internship. Excellent staff, I am with abby Hurd as Physiotherapist and she is amazing, professional and very friendly.

Over the past 10 years I have had treatment at Westmount Physiotherapy for several different issues. The staff are welcoming. The physiotherapists are knowledgeable, caring and able to answer questions regarding treatment. I have also had osteopathic and massage therapy at this clinic and am pleased with the results. I have been to other clinics in Hamilton but Westmount is my favourite.

All the staff are amazing, really listen to patient, take your experience of pain seriously; able to start moving independently within one week; back to normal functioning withing 1-2 months.

My experience at Westmount Physiotherapy was wonderful. I personally will never go to another Physiotherapy. The place is clean, and the equipment is always wiped down. The staff is absolutely friendly and they are very knowledgeable when it comes to your needs. Marnie and Ashlyn took care of me, always with a smile.

I started to see Marnie in 2018 for an issue with my jaw and she is the most warm wonderful caring person you could meet. Ashlyn, her assistant, was also wonderful and so full of life you couldn't help but feel good! My experience has been so great with Westmount Physio and staff that I have referred them to everyone I know. My husband and my mom go there, and nothing but rave reviews from us all! I’ve been going to Westmount Physio and Massage for almost two years now dealing with a few back issues that flare up every so often. Anytime I call I am always put in within a timely manner and never have to wait to long for an appointment. Marnie and Ashlyn are great to work with, patient and understand and always give the best care. I’ve also seen Christian, Ron and Ashley for massage and can’t say enough great things about them. They always explain everything they are going to do and I always walk out feeling the most relaxed. Marnie and her whole staff are great to work with, I highly recommend her office to anyone looking for physio and massage.

Dr. Robinson has been treating me for the last year and I cannot believe the difference! I have much better range of motion and feel more comfortable! I have also noticed a reduction in the number of headaches I get! Couldn't be happier!

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a medical institution. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and not at all interested in providing the information required to make an informed decision on your treatment. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else.
