Is UPS too poor to get their own store? Worst service and wouldn't trust these 3 with any of my packages. Beware

Employee behind desk was not wearing a mask, and refused to hand over my package. I showed him everything UPS says you need to bring with you for pickup, but it still wasn’t enough? !? Please don’t let your packages go here.
