Westney X-Ray & Ultrasound

I have been coming to this place for my wife’s pregnancy ultrasound. The staff and service are great. Booking appointment is very easy and convenient. They are open on Saturdays, so makes it so much easier with busy working weekdays.

Maryn has been very patient and wonderful with my wife’s ultrasound. Thank you Maryn, glad we had you as our technician for the special moments.

Jenifer was able to accommodate me when I came for my wife’s appointment and requested if they can fit me in for my ultrasound and X-ray which was scheduled after two days. We had to wait, but it was worth saving another day visit. Thank you Jenifer.

Had ultrasound appointment last week, the technician was good and patient, I arrived on time and they arranged me to meet with technician as scheduled. Technician provided me with my baby photos in the end. Very thoughtful. I wanna thank Jenifer for printing my medical report ahead of time when she knew that I’ll come and get my report today around 11am. Very helpful and efficient! I’m satisfied with the experience, highly recommend!

I have been here many times. I have never had a negative experience. The staff are nice and professional. I recommend this place.

The staff and the radiologist’s were amazing! They were able to understand my situation and help me send my X-ray over to my doctor on time! Appreciate their work!

Jennifer was so helpful and accommodating, treating us with lots of compassion and fitting us in when an emergency came up!

I went for my 32 week ultrasound and regret going to this place! Small, cramped and claustrophobic. The technican didn't say anything the whole time and made my anxiety go through the roof and I felt super uncomfortable. They did not give any pictures of my baby </3 which is my last ultrasound, I left crying.

Amazing staff. She gives me walk in appointment for my ultrasound when I need it the most, I’m amazed. Definitely recommended. One thing to improve is the outside sign, so people can easily locate it. Thank you Angela. You are the best

Very happy with those places, called at 2pm on a Tuesday, they gave me an appointment for the very next day at 5: 30pm, it was quick and effortless, took all of 13 minutes. They also told me my results would be ready the next day. They phoned me as soon as they went to the doctors. I'm very happy about my experience here.

Needed some ankle x-rays completed, so called a couple places near me and it seems like everyone was walk-in only, so I decided to come here.

I came in just after 8 am, when they opened, so I could get to work as soon as possible after I finished up, and saw there were already two people in front of me.

However, from registration to me walking out the door, was a little more than 15 mins. The front desk and technician were all friendly and efficient, my favourite combination.

I hopefully don’t need to come back here, but definitely recommend them if you need to!

This was the most friendly and professional clinic I have used for my ultrasounds/Xrays. Technicians and administrative assistants were so understanding, helpful, and kind throughout my visits and phone calls. Convenient location and lots of parking.

This place is outdated, small, some rooms look more like a storage facility than a lab. If you are pregnant and/or female, when they give you an option to have a female technician, take it. I've had an experience with a male technician who yanked my underwear down and exposed me during a pregnancy ultrasound without giving me a heads up that he will be doing that. Nor did any other technicians EVER did that during other pregnancy ultrasounds I had. AND while I was exposed, he dragged the instrument along in the way that the wire was dragging through my private parts. AND he was so rough with the instrument that I was bruised in my lower abdomen for DAYS. I wanted to leave and complain, but I was the one who said I was okay with a male technician in favour of getting a faster booking. I regret that choice dearly. I only book with female technicians now, and I only go because it's the closest location to home. If I had an alternative, I won't ever come back here.

Really liked the staff and the place. Everyone is really helpful and they do understand your urgency of the scan's and prioritize accordingly. 5 start to the team.
