Westoak Dental Centre

I have been going to this location for about 6 years and it has reached a point where i've completely lost it with these guys. Before they had started a trend of calling me to reschedule appointments due to dentists having other commitments and it became a regular thing. Now, they have rude people at the front who love showing attitude when you ask them why there charging all of a sudden twice the price from a customer who has been going there for so long. There willing to lose business to the point that the asian guy on the phone was like, "yes you can go anywhere, we don't need you" I mean $250 for cleaning and that too from an old customer. Won't recommend this place at all ever again. Seems like a change of management or new people getting hired who have no competency of being able to communicate.

This is Sheetal, recently I had visited Westoak Dental Centre for the removal of wisdom tooth. Dr. Sayyab did a great job. I was bit nervous about the procedure but he was very kind and gentle and made me feel very comfortable. It was really a great experience. I would 100% recommend this to anybody who is in need. Great service, not to forget the receptionist Tuan, doing great job, very empathetic. Overall all the staff are very good and knowledgeable.

This is our family Dental care spot and we have been coming to them for years, the Doctors and staff are amazing! Professional and compassionate and are always accommodating to make you feel comfortable.

We love Westoak dental! Staff is always friendly and accommodating and the dentist & hygienists are very helpful with explaining procedures and helping my family feel comfortable with their regular cleanings and procedures!

Amazing experience every time. Dr. Sayyab is very knowledgeable and gentle. Only recommends the required treatments and I was surprised to see that he does the dental cleaning himself.

I dont know, decent staff i guess. I got my wisdom teeth pulled here and they canceled my 9am appointment because they couldn’t get in contact with me by phone to confirm the appt BECAUSE THEY HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. Even though they had my email (which they know is correct cause i had sent them my xrays from it) and could have tried contacting me there, they canceled my appointment. When i tried to clear up my number issue, the girl i gave it to at the front still took it down wrong…. Anyway. They acted quickly and got me rescheduled same day at 11am. I’ll give them that. After my procedure was all said and done, they told me they would follow up later that day or the next to make sure everything is okay. And guess what - they didn’t. Haven’t heard from them since. Don’t get me wrong, i’m sure they aren’t this absent minded with all clients but unfortunately with me, they were. So I am giving them a 1-star. But that doesn’t mean they will give you a 1-star service as well.

Don’t mind the username. This place is great! Very nice people and they are very professional and clean. Lady at the front desk is very sweet as well! The dentists make you feel very safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend 10/10!

My daughters who are very scared of dentists felt comfortable with Dr. Sayyab and his kind personality.
