Communication was poor and when I did get a call back the sales rep was sassy and not helpful acted like she could find the replacement that I would need, but took hours apart to reply which in this 2-3 day span I could of been working on finding it myself, not to mention not even being able to talk to someone when I initially call I get told to leave my name n number and the rep doesn’t even book the appointment when she calls just says she has a busy day n she will find it and doesn’t, wasting a lot of time and this makes it much difficult for me to communicate seeing that my appointment wasn’t booked and you guys are busy 24/7 when your doors open.

Had a great carpet installation with Weston Flooring for one of our projects. They were quick to respond, quick turn around time, clean and I was very happy with the finished product. I will definitely be using them in the future!

The reps that have come to repair the flooring either don't know what they're doing or don't put in any effort. Piece of flooring that is splintered got put in and botched repair jobs. Seem to waste time.

Horrible customer service. Waited outside for almost an hour for a sales rep to call me. No one called me! They close at 4: 30pm they let a customer out at 4: 20pm so I called back and they told me everyone went home and I was still outside so I was watching and no one went home but because they wanted to leave a few minutes early they said everyone went home. My question would have taken a whole 2 minutes to answer and the best the woman on the phone could tell me is they will call me in the morning and I can come back tomorrow. Sorry but I work for a living and I can't come back tomorrow. I know I'm not a big contractor that deals with them and spends thousands but honestly I'd recommend you stay away. Very horrible customer service for the little guy, there are lots of better places to buy flooring from who are happy to have your business.

Weston Flooring just completed the installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the house on the main level and finished basement. I was unsure how it would turn out based on the color we chose. But once it was installed by their expert installers it looks amazing! Very happy with the product and install team.

Same review as Srihari. Weston Flooring dosen't even deserve 1star. Bought a new home from a builder. The hardwood flooring was done by Weston Flooring. I complained many times to the builder and then finally to Tarion. The flooring in like water in an ocean, wavy and uneven throughout the entire house. It's the worst job I have ever seen in my life. Now with Tarion involved they have to fix it. They also want to remeasure the unevenness which they have done many times before. I know they are trying to avoid fixing it but i will go the distance with them to the end so they will have to fix it. I spent alot of money for this floor and I need my money's worth.

Weston Flooring did the hardwood for the house I purchased from a Builder. I upgraded the hardwood and the quality of the hardwood and the workmanship is horrible. Poor quality hardwood with manufacturing defect was used. They installed the hardwood without the underlayment and used excessive glue. They never cared to level the hardwood with the tiles. The hight difference ranges from a 1/4 inch from one side of the tile edging to 1.5 inches on the other end. Weston flooring came many times to fix, but with lots of glued hardwood boards to the floor. What a disaster.

They have a really good selection and the service was great as well. Weston Flooring installed the floor and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Overall their sales team and installers made sure everything met our expectations - I would highly recommend this company who really takes pride in their work.

Had my whole main floor hardwood done and it was great! Installer was ontime and had everything organized. Took the day off work and just wanted it done that day and it was. Floors look great and the price was fair when comparison shopping. Great family business with pride.
