The shifter linkage broke on my moms suv during a trip to an appt and they were the closest and they were so amazing and accommodating for our situation, they were fast, knowledgable and respectful. They had us wrapped up in under 30 min. It was an excellent experience!

I bought a brand new Mustang Mach e 2022. Just few weeks after the battery is just giving me half of the promised/advertised range (only 200km) they checked the car and said everything is ok but it’s not. Called a different dealer and now they want to charge for battery check up if everything is ok with the battery. Brand new car and they are already talking about charges. Everyone at ford just wash their hands and leave customers hanging with their issues but they like to call it “ford family”. Horrible. Never again.

BEWARE OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT OF THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY HAVE SHADY PRACTICES.
I financed a vehicle in 2018, with their extra service Ford Protect; the sales agent sold it under a false term. When I went to utilize the services i was told it had expired even though there was approx 2 years left. The staff was not helpful and tried to make me accept SHADY terms of doing a inspection and paying the work I needed the service for. I had to seek legal guidance and they ended up refunding me minus the interest incurred on a basically paid off loan. In the end i had a loss of approx $300 on a service that was falsely sold to me and not usable but the customer service was the real sad part and I have no trust in this place.

Honestly real happy and grateful for the help I received from Javed. I had issues with my vehicle early Wednesday and without his expertise I would have been lost. Car had died and no idea as to why, finances are rough at the moment so couldn't tow it. He didn't have to but he walked me through some steps over the phone and advised me on reasons why it won't start. With his help I was able to eliminate some possible problems, and now I should have this truck up and running by today. Thanks again Javed, top notch customer service

TOP notch service. From sales man Shawn, to finance and everyone in between. Purchased a used SUV in a very short time frame. These guys went way above and beyond what I’m used to from dealerships for my Fiancé and I. I will be coming back here again for my next vehicle. And it’s a two hour drive for me. I bought my car at Lincoln Ford, weston and highway 7, big mistake. After I received my car their customer service was awful. I tried Weston Ford and met Javed Burnett Parts advisor. He's extremely patience, polite, and very helpful. He takes his time to make sure your satisfied. I used to buy aftermarket parts but because of the amazing customer service that Javed Burnett provides, I've spend in the last two and half months almost $2000 worth of parts. I will continue to deal with Weston Ford because of Javed excellent customer service. If you need help buying parts, please reach out to Mr. Javed Burnett and you'll see why Weston Ford is lucky to have him.

Salesman Martin Han is extremely professional, organized, and customer-centred. Even though we live a 3.5 hour drive away from the dealership, we would seek Martin out for another vehicle transaction. The other folks at the dealership with whom we dealt were all professionals as well! All in all, a very satisfactory customer service experience at Weston Ford!

In closing, it was a trip down memory lane as my father leased/purchased all of his vehicles from Cruikshank Ford, Weston Ford's predecessor, in the 1970's and 80's. It was a kick to return to the same dealership back in Toronto, where I haven't lived for over 35 years. It is indeed a small world and I thank Martin and his colleagues for making the trek to Toronto and back very worthwhile!

I dealt with Bart at the front desk. He was super knowledgeable and professional. Made the getting our F150 serviced completely pain free. Everything went smooth. The service was done within a very reasonable time frame. Especially considering the amount of people dropping their vehicles off to be taken care of. Really great experience. So glad we chose Weston Ford.

Arguably one of the worst run dealerships in the GTA. The last time I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, I waited for over 3 hours for it to be completed. My partner has also experienced the same issues with their service department. On top of that, they let go of Frank their best sales person. Frank was the only reason myself and my partner got our vehicles from Weston Ford, and it's safe to say that we will absolutely not be bringing our business back to Weston Ford given the way that the dealership has chosen to treat Frank.

I honestly wouldn't deal with dealership went through everything to find out the truck we ordered isn't what we wanted tryed to deal with the sales person instead got told there keeping our deposit the dealership lies told me 4 to 6 months before we would see our truck as soon i said it's not what we ordered get told our truck is on it's way dealership is not what you want to deal with find a honest and respectful dealership

Never coming back here again.the staff here is very rude, especially he guy at the service counter. I waited nearly 15 minutes just for someone to assist me. I asked the receptionist to page someone to help me and she had he nerve to get mad at me, I wasn't even being impatient.seems like she was having a bad day.these people don't realize I'm the customer, not some cheap skate looking for free hand outs or a job. I purchased here parts as well.not impressed here

My husband and I came by Weston Ford in hopes to find a part for our old truck. He couldn’t remember the name of the part we needed but by describing the purpose of the part, Javed, the parts advisor knew exactly what we were looking for. I called Weston Ford Parts Department for some pricing and was put on hold for 20 mins and then the guy hung up on me and never answered the phone when I called back twice. So I call somewhere else since they don't want to tend to their customers in a timely manner, when I called another dealership and got my part prices in less then 3 mins. The Weston Ford Parts Department clearly doesn't know anything about customer service. My advice call another dealership that is willing to take you call and tend to you inquires. Its sad the Management at Weston Ford has let their Customer Service drop so drastically within the 6 mths.

Came to see a used car and had a really pleasant experience. I wasn't pushed and urged to buy (which is quite surprising for a dealership) and I got few good advices from the person I was talking to. Just bought my first car, and i couldn't be more happier. I want to personally thank Khurram Rehman for helping my with this journey as this was a very stressful decision on my part being my first purchase.

But Khurram was very polite, and very helpful and he walked me through the entire process. I got the car that i wanted in the colour that i really liked. The payments are very affordable, and i will definitely go back to get my next car.

Recently went in to this dealership with the intention to find a new/demo Ford Edge Titanium. Was greeted politely by Mark Jensen, who is a total stand up character. I say this because my intention was to buy new, but as he listened to my list of hopes and must haves.he actually suggested that I come take a look at one of the preowned vehicles that recently came in.

Vehicle hit every single last box of wants and must haves, and included more features than what I was actually looking for or could afford in a new model. I saved myself about 14k from his suggestion maybe it was right timing I don't know.very easy to deal with, and he made me feel very confident that my choice was a good one.

A month later I am absolutely loving my vehicle and it's been such a pleasure to drive.

12/10 would refer any people looking into buying a Ford, please give this dealership and specifically Mark Jensen an opportunity to tell you what they can offer.

I was able to get a fairly new vehicle at my budget. Farid the sales manager was overly cooperative and Frank the sales person went beyond what I'd expected and never appeared uninterested in helping me nor was he ever pushy to make the sale. You won't be disappointed.

My 2017 vehicle had a power draw leading to a dead battery almosr every morning. My mechanic determined it was a radio issue drawing the power when the vehicle is off. I needed the dealer to fix the radio. They were told this, could not figure it out, let the vehicle sit and didnt even try to fix it. They then call me and tell me that they arent going to fix it, and i can either pick it up that day or have it towed. Horrendous service. I took it to summit ford that day and they got it fixed in 1 business day.

They don’t follow up with leads, I have called twice and emailed twice and still no response. I asked a sales representative a few questions about one of their cars and he never got back to me with answers. If this is how you treat your future customers then I have no idea how you sell any vehicles. I was seriously inquiring about a vehicle and got no reply other than some automated response. You have failed in the most basic customer services. Extremely disappointed.

DANGER! - I recently went To Weston Ford to buy a new F-150 truck.
The sales Consultant was Frank Rende.
We worked out a price and he went to write up the contract.
When he returned with the typed contract he had altered the contract by over $1000 and tried to cover it up and push me to sign with out me reading it.
I did noticed what Frank Rende did and I reported him to his supervisor as well as the head off of Ford Canada.
Frank Rende is underhanded and should not be trusted. Buyers beware going to Weston Ford in Toronto!

Bad service that is overpriced. Numerous times I have had to bring vehicle back to them, after picking it up for service. They have kept my tires after a change and did not align the tires (van would shake when doing over 100KM an hour).
Also they did not bother to update me when my vehicle would be ready. Kept it for over a week without updating me or providing loaner to get around.
Never will use them again, I suggest you do the same.

Was having a terrible sound coming from my engine that 2 other dealerships couldn’t find the solution for, I called and spoke to a very nice man named Mike from service, let me come in right away and introduced me to the mechanic, Jason, who fixed my issue which I was literally loosing sleep over, in the time it took me to use the washroom. I will be coming here from now on for all of my services! They know there stuff!

They have no respect for customers time, appointments are made for nothing. They lie, cheat and try to make you pay for parts which don't need to be replace or fix. I would choose different Ford Service location. Staff is rude and arrogant.

I recently purchased an F150 from Weston Ford I must say one of the best and smoothest services I have received in a long time. Frank was the salesman he was extremely helpful and knowledgable and help me feel extremely comfortable about making the purchase I would definitely recommend this dealership for purchasing vehicles new or used and definitely my experience with Frank Was fantastic. My hat goes off to Weston Ford forgiving someone such a positive feeling when buying a used vehicle and it is my believe that they went above and beyond in service what most dealerships will not do. Brought van here because of recall and they had it for 4 days didnt want to give me a rental when i got back I was just about to head on hwy 401 and stopped at timmies and just before I was to head on 401 I was just about to stop at stop sign and my back left passenger side axle fell off they didnt tight but I walked about 150 ft back and found it on the road I called them and they did not about this it was crazy I would have been killed if I had gotten on 401 they changed something on the axle and didnt even tighten bolt more to say but not enough room

Well that is a pre purchase comment. I will update my comment if we sign our contract. Even If we won't, I wanted to write something for this place.

First of all, before we came here, we went to many dealerships, from small ones to large authorized ones. Weston Ford impressed me that much, I wanted to let everyone know about here, as a small way to thank them.
I would personally thank to Mr. Fernando Lopez first. When we came here, he helped us with all the experience and knowledge he has over his long career, in a really professional level. Explained everything with every small detail, which we needed to hear.

Like most of people, we needed a good payment method, a balanced one. He provided us every combination of payments, so that we choose the best for us among those choices.

In short, he made us feel satisfied. And Also I forgot his last name but I also like to thank Mr. Carlos. Despite he knows we are working with Mr. Lopez, he helped us a lot, and let us made our choice easier.

Among all dealerships I stepped in, from front desk until signing part, this places made feel like A customer unlike many other dealerships.

Like I said, I will update my comment with my time, but so far, 5 out of 5, without regret. Time will show what will happen after getting our first Ford:)

UPDATE: apparently all that smiles and exemplary behaviours are there until they gain your trust and f*** you over on the contract. After delivery they make sure that you get all the good (!) news about your contract and they want you to make extra payments. They don't keep their promises. They don't make the discounts they tell did.
It was all business after all.
Did I tell you we had to pay more of retail price. All paperwork was made excellent!

UPDATE 2: After we got a call about that extra payment, We headed up there again and spoke to General Manager. He told us he was going to investigate it and then he updated us, apparently, there was a mistake somewhere. So we didn't have to pay that extra.

I will update my review once again after getting my car checked and serviced once again to make sure there is nothing wrong from car's side as well.
