It was a real pleasure purchasing a new Mazda from Westowne Mazda. Tony Bellisario is a great gentleman who kept us informed all through the factory order process. He never rushed through the details. I would certainly return to this dealer for another vehicle and plan to have all my service and maintenance performed by Westowne, even though we are from out of town and closer to other Mazda dealers.

My wife and I were their over a year and a half ago looking for a Mazda CX-5, I must say it was not a pleasant experience.
We were looking for a used one, the salesman we had his name was Tony, the first had two accidents, and was eager to sell, but the price was high for a car that had two previous mishaps and shrugged off like the accidents were minimal.
The second one he showed us looked good when he got his pocket folder out, a sheet fell out with the picture of the valve train, he immediately picked it up the sheet and put back in the folder. I asked what was that and said, warranty work. I'm thinking engine rebuild. I told him I wanted to look at another car so he showed another car this one stank really bad, it was smoked in he came and asked me how is it? I said this one smells like cigarettes, he said does not smell anything and got his associate and said the sane thing. My wife came to check smells awful, I said not interested, he told me we will do an air test, I said forget it. We left disappointed but did not make a sale today.lĺ I can't believe the sales tactics dealers still use today and lies.

I found Westowne Mazda online when looking for a 2022 Mazda3 and found them to be straight forward and easy to communicate with and we were able to sign an offer sheet online, but due to inventory issues I ended up getting a 2023 model. They did honour the 2022 deal which included the $250 Mazda rebate, but having said that, there was no negotiating the MSRP, but there was also no ridiculous so called ‘Market Adjustment’ price increase that some dealers are charging. Overall there was no pressure and no surprises when I picked up the new car, so I was pleased with the experience, and would recommend them.
These guys are awesome! They would go to heights you cannot imagine to get you a car. Special thanks to David D who helped me from the very start until I got my car delivered and even after that. He was like an uncle who would help and suggest the best for you without any false intentions. He was very clear and transparent with me from the very start and kept telling me “Don’t worry, I’ll take care. I won’t give up on you” and that’s exactly what he did! I appreciate his professionalism and never give up attitude and that he suggested me ways to get myself approved for a loan as it got difficult for me to get one as I was on a temporary status. A shoutout to Nicole as well who worked hard for me even during her weekly offs or even when she was sick to make sure I get approved for a loan. They deliver the car neat and clean with all the checks ensuring that the car does not give you trouble after delivery. I got my car as though it was brand new. They have a wide collection of CX-5s especially and you would certainly have plenty of options to choose from. And once you have chosen your car, just be relaxed cz these guys would take care of everything after, and I mean EVERYTHING! Attempted to get an oil change on my vehicle as I have been hearing that the price is the same at dealers than conventional oil change places these days, and I had a good experience in purchasing a new vehicle at this location.
I had to book over a week in advance with no email/text confirmation, and took 3 separate calls and 2 messages left for me to confirm my booking. Finally received confirmation of my booking on my own volition and made it to the dealership.
Only then to find out I am required to pay for a maintenance check on my vehicle, IN ADDITION to an oil change. I requested to just get the oil change to find out it is not possible resulting in me walking out.
I could get an oil change at competitor for $60 tax included, or at this dealer pay for a maintenance check of $60, and then an oil change on top of it plus tax totaling over $130. This is my first oil change with this vehicle, a maintenance check should only be required if I request it. I will not be returning for services or repairs. What a waste of my time.

Done with Westowne. Brought in car for simple oil change. Return to pick it up and see the car ready outside. Am told I have to wait for paperwork. Waiting 15 minutes before I go to ask how much longer to complete the paperwork because I can see the car outside. The paperwork is then completed instantly.
To add insult to injury, the cost of the oil change is now over 35% higher than the last oil change. Inflation is one thing, but that is a bit much.
I have a wonderful experience of buying a pre-owned car from David D. He provides considerate and careful service to me. He is also patient even though my English is not good. I am glade to recommand him to others. I will have the other car deal with him when I want to change to another car.

I went to west towne mazda to replace my passenger side view mirror, since this was the only place that had the part. The service associate told me I needed to replace the housing that encased the mirror. They even charged me for the part, two days later i got a call to replace the part. Turns out they ordered the wrong part. I wasted three hours of my time driving from oakville to the showroom. To top that, instead of apologizing I was given reasons for why it happened. Although I received a call from the dealership to apologize for my experience. I didnt like the way they handled my situation. Hope these guys train their staff on customer service.
Sales team could be better, the maintenance team is great. They have great technicians and customer service reps. I've never felt they tried to provide me a service that was not necessary and their prices are fair.
Went in for service as I thought something was wrong with the car Rob helped me greatly and instead of leaving in a loaner I left in my own car acting which was driving normal again!

Unfortunately, I had to revise my review. I have recently visited service department for the diagnostics, and was told there are 4 components that require immediate service in order to solve the problem I was experiencing with my Mazda. One of those items was actually done just prior to the diagnostics, so not sure why I was advised to service it again. I did 2 more components from the list after and the the problem still persisted. At that point I decided to visit another shop and they were able to successfully solve the issue by replacing parts that were never identified with the original diagnostics. Unfortunately, it was subpar service received this time by Westowne Mazda, and 150$ fee spent for the diagnostics essentially thrown away.
The staff was courteous and the repair was done quickly and on time. There was no pressure to do additional work and the waiting area was safe (with social distancing) and comfortable. Excellent experience all round.
Amazing staff. I came oil change only but they tuned my car soo precisely that I'm loving driving it and that makes me to come back ask front desk person who is also amazing her name is Eva. The tech who worked on my car is Tobit Reyes, amazing job well done.

I brought me car in for paint work, and I got help by Tristan Lewis-Vu. He was really friendly and supportive, and he even came to the car, double check the paint chips, and suggesting which parts could/should be re-painted or fixed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone coming for service.
Very poor experience with the service department. Was told I have a slow leak in my tire and the only option would be to purchase a new tire. When I bought the vehicle less than 2 years ago it came with tire insurance. Westowne told me my VIN was not in the system for the tire insurance. Took my vehicle to another Mazda dealership and they immediately found my VIN in the Symtech system that shows I have tire protection. Not to mention, it was a massive rusty nail that was causing the leak in my tire. Not sure how that was missed? All the tire needed in the end was a patch.not a brand new tire. Will never return to service my vehicle here.
Was easy to book an appointment car. Had the oil changed. Was finished quicker than promised time and car was washed nicely. Will be back for service again.

I'm very happy with the service I received at Westowne Mazda. I went for the scheduled maintenance for a car I purchased at a different dealer and I was treated no different than other customers who purchased a car from them. I chose Westowne because after calling for quotes on schedule 1 service they offered the best price. The dealership is large with a lot of room to space out in the waiting area and the employees are very pleasant to speak with.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The work that was done was done very well and in a timely manner. The staff keep you up to date as they are working on your vehicle.

I had an 11am service appointment.i was told it would take approximate 1.5 hours for oil change and perhaps tire rotation.i came back at 2: 15pm and observed my car in the parking lot where i had originally parked it.i assumed the service was complete but was told they had not even started.i had to pick up my child at 3pm so left without any service also after taking a half day off work.i was told by the customer service agent that he thought i would be ok with waiting.in this whole process, i was never told of an expected delay.why have people call in for specific appointment times and be given a general timeframe for completion and then be wholly disregarded.this is the second time in a row that ive attended here with a scheduled appointment and my car hasnt been attended to for at least 2-3 hours.previously i spent 6 hours waiting for services rendered.i cant say this was an issue pre-covid as i routinely had service appts complete in 90 min but since, service has been woeful to non-existent.
The attention to detail I recieved today from Service Advisor, Tistan was exceptional. From the moment I walked into Westowne Mazda I was made to feel like they wanted and appreciated my business. Tristan is one of the main reasons I will return to this dealer for the servicing of my CX-5.
Westowne Mazda provided an annual service on my Miata MX5 a couple of weeks ago. They provided a shuttle service during the Service so that I could continue my work. They repaired a scratch that I hadn’t noticed beforehand, free of charge. I am very grateful for their service, their kindness towards me and that all was completed in a timely way.
