I've done a few weeks of physio here and have a few more weeks ahead of me, but one visit in particular I told Leena this one spot on my shoulder had been really hurting all week. She proceeds to poke it a few times, wiggle my arm, repeat, and boom, the pain is just gone. I don't know how she does it, but I can rest assured if my plane crashes later this week she can probably fix that, too.

I had left knee pain from couple years. Tried physio treatment in Guelph from another locations but Pain was gone for temporary and came back. I went to Westwood Physiotherapy and discussed my problem. They gave me Physiotherapy and Chyropactor treatment for few weeks. Now my knee is totally fine. No more pain.
The Chiropractor Sena Robinson is amazing. I admire her knowledge and expertise and great full to Westwood Physiotherapy for providing amaging treatments.
Also massage therapy is really good. They always use the bed lining and towels ones for each person. I had bad experience from other massage therapy locations, they seems like change the bed lining once a day.

Not all physiotherapists are the same. If you have vertigo problem, you have to go to see Purnima Monga. I saw another physiotherapist before but my vertigo stayed even 2 sessions of treatment. Purnima made my life returns to normal!

I have tried several physiotherapy clinics and Westwood Physiotherapy is the BEST by far! They treat you like family, always trying to accommodate you if you have an emergency, they won't let you down. They don't rush like other places, here they take its time to answer all your questions and treat you properly. They even remember your name! You are not only one more patient you are you! Patients' or clients' comfort, recovery, and satisfaction are their priorities. Magnanimous, humble, and highly skilled staff- the physiotherapists, the receptionists, the assistants, the owner. It has everything to it, that a rehabilitation center should have! Modern equipment to a well-qualified and efficient staff. You feel cared for and attended to, here. The reception desk always has someone present to book your next appointment or to cater to your queries or concerns regarding the current! The exercises they have you do are precise and are paid attention to! If you are not comfortable with one, they'll provide you with an alternate. No treatment is imposed or enforced, they keep the client in the loop at all stages of the treatment. Rise and shine!

This environment and place has been very friendly, open and safe. Especially during COVID-19, they have implemented safe precautions. The place is very well kept and clean. The secretaries at the front are lovely and kind with providing services. I have experienced alot of back pain and tension in my body, but I have been seeing this talented massage therapist named Nadine. I highly recommend her because she is extremely knowledgeable. She has helped me alot mentally and physically with my well-being. She has been educating me on ways to improve my tension and pain, which I have been able to apply to my profession and life habits. I am extremely grateful for her and how much she has helped me improve myself.

After a few short months of coming here (on recommendation from someone) this is the first person to fix me. But not only FIX me, but give me the tools to fix myself when issues flare up. I have been seeing chiros, osteo, massage, and they all work, but I would still wake up, and be stuck, unable to walk, or move in a certain way. Sandeep has worked through my 'brokenness' and pinpointed how/why, advised postural changes, gave me exercises and I've done everything she's said.and she's fixed me. Thank you Sandeep

I attended Westwood Physiotherapy for a peristent wrist problem I was dealing with and I had the very best experience I think I could have had at any physiotherapy clinic. The clinic is very clean and modern with the latest equipment. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I had no trouble booking appointments and getting treated on time. The physiotherapist I had, Purnima, was extremey knowledgeable and patient with all the questions and concerns that I had. Over the course of about 7 sessions the issue I had was resolved just as Purnima had predicted. I am definitely satisfied with the decision I made to attend this clinic and wanted other people to know that are seeking out physiotherapy that this clinic is a good choice and you will likey see significant results in imporving your health. I highly recommend Dr Watkins. I have referred others, and they agree. I have suffered for years with chronic back and neck pain/stiffness. I have never felt better!

Nadine is very knowledgeable and kind. I love how we also have such fun conversations while still working through tough knots of which I was coached on how to breathe through too. I’m not usually one to speak up for my needs (even when in pain) but Nadine made me feel safe enough to do so and is also very perceptive and checks in too so I never feel afraid to speak up because I’m not initiating all the time. Very pleased with my experience!
