Before visiting Dr Hanna, my concerns and symptoms were ignored. One Doctor, did not want to look at me and said I had covid, the other one said I needed puffers. It took a year, before i found Dr Hanna. She took the time and asked all the questions and review my family history. She got me to do a CT scan and we finally found the issue. There were 3 tumors on my lungs. 1 tested positive for Cancer. I was able to get my lung surgery now doing my chemotherapy all because she took the time to ask all the right questions. Thank goodness we caught it when we did cause it gave me a fighting chance.
She may not be to most out going person, however I am not looking for a friend in my doctor. I am looking for a doctor who continues to listen to me.

Dr. Viola did not tell me I needed to have my rabies vaccine boostered, she gave me one shot and told me I was fine. I needed this vaccine because I work with aggressive animals. My new doctor figured it out and said this meant I had been at risk for contracting RABIES since 2019! I truly believe this woman is going to get somone seriously harmed, this is not ok

While all the rest of the staff are wonderful, under the circumstances, even though the phone rarely gets answered except on days when a specific staff member is there, Dr Hanna is heartless, uncaring and very unprofessional in my personal experience. She cares more about herself and her ego than the health and well-being of her patients and I am not sure why she decided to become a Dr. She will dismiss you and put your health in jeopardy at the drop of a hat. Unbelievable and unethical.

This is so unprofessional. I was looking for new family doctor. This clinic is close to my house and accepting new patients. I book an appointment to meet and greet for first time. I’m there on my schedule time but clinic is not open yet wow! I call them 10 times atlreast to confirm appointment no answer. This is ridiculous.

Dr. Hanna. Absolutely horrid. If you ever book an appointment walk with a pillow and a blanket because you'll be waiting there long after your appointment time. If you say anything about it then you'll be asked if you want to rebook for another day. Nowhere is taking new patients and they're taking full advantage of it.

Doctor hanna is the worst female doctor I have ever encountered. She is unprofessional rude uncaring and does not care about her patients. Not only have I tried to get her medical advice she treats you like you going through a fast food drive thru. I'm so sad for anyone who attempts to get medical attention from her.you may be mis diagnosed and end up in the hospital.beware

Worst clinic ever! The receptionists not doing a good job. The clinic would be much better without the current front desk staff. Rude plus very vindictive. If you complain they try to sabotage you in whatever way they can. Dr. Hannah does nothing about it either even though she is aware.

BTW Response from owner please don’t respond to this because you seems just as rude trying to defend every complaints here. It is everyone’s different experience and they have all rights to talk about it.

Dr. Hanna told me, two months after my best friend killed herself, "at least it wasn't your father, mother or child" and then tried to perscribe me anger management meds when I became upset at her comment. I stormed out and have never been back since. Got a call from her a little while later saying "I'm sorry if I upset you", I deleted the message pretty quickly.

The reseptionist Haidy is wonderful though and I wish her all the best.

Edit: response to the owner. Yes i have met doctors that have apologized for upsetting a paitent. They own up to the mistake. Dr. Hannah DID NOT, she said "I'm sorry IF I upset you" not "I'm sorry THAT I upset you. " There is a HUGE difference in meaning, which obviously you do not understand.

HORRIBLE! Do not come to Dr. Hannah, I have multiple fractures and bone marrow bruises to my foot and Dr. Hannah has not done anything to help me fix it. She has only argued with my mother, and then sent me to a specialist where they do NOT check teenagers. It has been over 8 months and Dr. Hannah has been Ignoring my phone calls. I have tried to switch my family doctor but she has not cooperated in sending the old files to my new family doctor. Please do not come here. If the owner sees this please fire Dr. Hannah as she is not able to do her job at a sufficient level and is putting her patients life’s at risk.

My appointment was at 12: 50pm and I never got seen until 1: 45pm. The doctor Dr Hanna was very impatient, she dismissed me as if I was wasting her time. She spent the entire time typing into her computer then abruptly says I'm not your family doctor, you need to do a meet and greet and a physical before I can see you for anything else. Are you kidding me and staff was just as bad. I'd never go there again.

Terrible place to be a patient. My doctor is doctor elahi and hes probably the most unprofessional doctor I've ever met. I've had about 6 appointments with him so far and only once has he actually been in the building all the other times hes always running "late" Once I was left waiting for over an hour before he showed up to the office. Also when I go to check in and his staff is complaining to me about him and other patients I fine that to also be unprofessional.

I've had note but problems since I got Dr. Hanna, when I first changed to her she asked me questions about my health and some I wasn't sure about and she responded with you need to find out so I will know. Then I went back to her with extreme headache pain and she took blood work and it came back good so she literally told me it was psychological. Now trying to get a new dr I was told to call and cancel with her I called and got told they have never heard of that process. Never going there again!

Dr. Wylie is a warm and caring man. He has always put the needs of his patients first. He is knowledgeable and considerate. Yes he has scaled back his hours, so appointments are harder to come by. That does not make him a bad doctor. We have never been anything but pleased with his medical devices. Also Harpreet at the front desk would do anything to make your experience better. She is kind, caring and exceedingly helpful.

This is my worst experience in Canada. Worst consultation ever. It is such a nightmare going there and especially when talking to the receptionist. A very rude lady who has no diplomacy and no politeness and has no clue how to talk to PATIENTS.
I am pregnant and every time I talk to Dr Elahi about my pregnancy, there hasn't been a single time where he would actually look at me and try to understand. He would rather concentrate on typing everything on the computer. I once mentioned to Dr Elahi that I am having really bad pelvic pain and it is getting very difficult (I was roughly 18 weeks pregnant at that time and this is very early for this kind of pain) for me walk. As he was typing, he replied, " take tylenol". What a JOKE. I certainly do not need a doctor for that. Instead of being concern about my pain and perhaps try to refer me to a physical therapy since I am suffering from Symphysis Pubis Diastasis, he just suggested that I should take tylenol.

I did my IPS2 and ultrasound on the 20th December 2018. Dr Elahi said that he will call me as soon as the results come in. Up to today, No call from Dr Elahi`s office. I decided that I have to call and receptionist abruptly said that Dr Elahi never call patients. What a joke! Why would a doctor promise something to patient that he never intended to do in the first place.
Dr Elahi has no professionalism in the way he handles his patients, lack of organisation in the office and misinterpretation of information.
His receptionist called me twice one day, telling me that she has my results from Credit Valley hospital. I had to tell the receptionist that I was here yesterday and she is suppose to send my requisition to the hospital. She put me on hold to get confirmation of what I said was right and kept me on hold forever.
I was sent to do IPS1 when I was 16 weeks pregnant. I had to take time off work to go to the appointment. When I went there, I was told that IPS1 has to be done before 13 weeks pregnant. Why would a qualified Doctor send his 16 weeks pregnant patient for an IPS1. I feel very frustrated by the lack of professionalism at DR Elahi`s office.
Right now, I have been told by the receptionist that my ultrasound result from 20th December is here and they got it from Credit Valley Hospital. However, I have never been to Credit valley hospital. Where does this result come from? So many misinterpretation and disorganization from this office has come down to this result. Now, I am pregnant, I have to worry and go under all that stress until Dr. Elahi is free to see me! A GOOD DOCTOR WOULD HAVE TRIED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE DOCUMENTATION AND RING THE PATIENT TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED ONCE HE GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS ISSUE. HOWEVER, DR. ELAHI REFUSED TO TALK TO ME OVER THE PHONE AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR DAYS UNTIL I CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM. I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE 2 HOURS WAIT.
I am pregnant and having difficulties to walk which I already mentioned to the doctor and he never took that into consideration. Does he really think that I have an extra 2 hours to wait at his office for him to quickly talk to me (roughly) about a mistake that come from his office?

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AT ALL.

I have had both Dr. Wylie and Dr. Henna as family doctors and I can tell you they both do not care for their jobs.

Dr. Wylie is old and forgets many of the things you tell him in a sitting. He takes many vacations and always extends them last minute, so your appointments will be gone or moved to a time that is not available for you. Dr.wylie was my doctor for over 6 years and yet, documentation was never kept about my symptoms and cases. The final straw I had was when I was in an appointment with him and a female coworker about my depression and anxiety I was in the middle of discussing my issue that took years to even talk to anyone. Anyway, as I was talking his phone rang and instead of declining the call and apologize for the interruption, he picked up the call! In the room! Having a FULL conversation about a trip and plans that needed to be done! I was completely humiliated and ignored. Tears were streaming down my face. I couldn't bare to talk him after I had opened up to the first people in my life about this just to be denied healthcare advice. That was the last day I saw him.

Many years later I began seeing Dr.henna, after only going to walk-in clinics in between. Dr. Henna keeps notes on her computer asks decent questions. However she is constantly rushing through an examination, and ALWAYS more than an hour and a half behind appointments. I once had an appointment at 11am only got to see her after 2pm. She's not very organized in scheduling. Another thing I do not like about dr. Henna is that she is very judgemental and does not care for her clients. I feel the last thing about dr. Henna is that she is very unorganized, they always claim to have never recieved documents from another specialist/ hospital- they make you do it again just to lose it again. Hard to get appointments and when you do expect to wait.

I used to attend here to see Dr sadera but since he has moved to Milton I am not assigned to Dr Hanna, today September 7th 2018 I had my first visit with her, prenatal appointment, SHE IS TERRIBLE! VERY VERY RUDE, very judgmental and does not care for her patients, I hate this place so much but I am Stuck!

worst clinic in brampton, they have NO sense of time and their appointments are all over the place and NEVER on time, if you have an appointment for 3: 30, promise you, they'll be an hour late and make you wait.i hate this place SO MUCH but brampton is beyond packed and i have no where else to go.

Moved to Brampton changed family doctors to this clinic. Dr. OMar——Had knee issues and did several tests - x rays and said MRI was needed and then to go see with Dr. Benmiftah only to say that he needs to go do an X Ray.and ask questions? Where on earth are you keeping your information.why waist a persons day at work and time just to ask questions and say do an x Ray Horrible definitly changing family doctor. Literally felt like “ your in pain but I don’t care I’m not going to even bother looking for the information “
