My wife went for her dental treatment. Rima (office manager) was rude, unprofessional and so arrogant. She laughed so loud at front desk and did not care about other patients who waiting in reception area. She made jokes on her. She also threatened and raised her voice to my wife and other employees. It's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. We are complaining of her behavior and attitude to upper management. However, Dr. Patel is highly professional and intelligent. He has good communication skills and good bedside manner. Higly recommended this office if you are looking for Dentist only.

They are concern about your issue. They are detailed on what should be done and also give you options. I’m happy with my experience and how I got treated. The stuff are kind and polite. Would recommend

Trash service. Answer the phone only to put u on hold for 15+ minutes for no reason. Dentist doing extra drilling for no reason

I had a great experience at Wharncliffe Family Dental. I was able to book an appointment for the same day and everyone was really nice. The receptionists were really attentive and helpful. I was assisted by Sara and Dr. Patel who were extremely nice and did a great job. I’m glad I found this clinic and I’ll be doing all my future dental care there.

Called to have a bridge cemented back on (no pain) but was charged for an emergency visit for 15 minutes work three days later - excessive charge in my opinion.

Receptionist was kind and very understanding of myself and my financial situation. Hygienist and Dentist took care and concern for my tooth abscesses and let me know my options for care. Very nice staff, looking forward to my root canal procedures today.
