The receptionist and nurse at the front were lovely even though most people in the clinic were obviously stressed out and not having a good day.

Great walk in clinic. Very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this to other people.

The nurses/ladies at the front desk/reception were friendly, helpful and professional. HOWEVER, the doctor was not helpful. He was rushed and left the room WHILE I was asking him questions and did not return. My time with him lasted about 4 minutes. I told him all of my symptoms and concerns and he simply reiterated them back to me and prescribed me something I already had (which I explained didn’t work). Completely unreceptive and inattentive. Would not recommend to anyone that actually wants help. Waste of time and money with no solution or remedy to show for it. Thanks so much for the short term solution, thanks to you it is guaranteed that my symptoms will return and I will need to go back to a clinic for help. Thanks for absolutely nothing doctor

Worst experience. After waiting for an hour, a male doctor send me back after seconds. He was in so much rush He did not even listen. He wrote prescription and Dr’s notes without even assessing my condition. Never go back there.

Stopped in to ask a doctor about the tinnitus in my right ear and due to the PTSD I have suffered the last three years I usually click my phone on record. Thank God I did because as soon as I walked in this beady eyed Lady cackled from behind her mask “do you have a mask” … I have a valid exemption and this god complex receptionist squawked rudely that I needed to listen to her or get out. Then she closed the glass on me — so I was denied medical service in Canada in September 23 because I am unable to wear a mask and I have a valid exemption. I see that she commented on a different complaint and thinks it is me but I will proudly show my face and complain about the trash cans service at this place did not provide. Absolutely shameful and embarrassing… Would they ask someone in a wheelchair to stand up and walk to the counter to get service? I even went back a second time to tell them that I’m filing an HRTO complaint and as soon as she saw me she didn’t even say a word, she got up and walked to the back without a single word being said. Maybe she saw the first video because it needed to be shared even though I usually keep them private. Horrific service run for your life unless you are dying — don’t go here.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had, the male doctor didn’t even give me a chance to speak and talked over me anytime I tried to speak, he seemed like he was in a rush to get out of the room. I don’t even think my appointment lasted 45 seconds. I waited for over 2 hours and didn’t get the assurance that I wanted. I threw his so-called prescription paper in the same rooms garbage as he walked out of the door. Disrespectful and very shocking. I highly recommend Google to add a negative star rating because this place, and more specifically the doctor deserve at least 5 negative stars. Will not return and will tell everyone that I know to not go here if you care a little bit about your life. I’ve seen people treat stray dogs and squirrels better than how the male doctor treated a human. Shame on you

Opens 3, sits you in a room 45mins before first person is called in.poor process or none at all they say pooh rolls down hill just waiting on dr.poo now thanks trudeau i can't get in and nobody speaks or understand english nor can the doctor read time, he's late probably at barneys drinking oh i was wrong he casually comes in 30mins late with a bag of McDonalds

There is no indication on the building stating there is a walk-in clinic here. They make you pay for parking but the machine is extremely complicated and confusing and I had no idea how to get it to work so I could not pay for the parking and I had to leave. The only indication that there is any medical facility here is that there is a pharmacy. I didn't want to pay for parking and then walk in only to find out there isn't actually a walk-in clinic here. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I don't know why the parking has to be so damn expensive and so complicated to use the machine.

I dont know why all these negative reviews are in here but as for me the service was absolutely lovely, in 10 minutes i was done with all the checkups. Tbh i could say this is the best in the town, cuz on other clinics ive faced rudeness and all. Not on here thi

Lovely receptionist and wait experience however, I have never been so disappointed with a doctors lack of manners in my life. Very unprofessional and dismissive in my opinion. He pretty much talked over me the entire time and I could barely get a word in, let alone questions. Also, I was told that I would be tested for something that I didn’t request and I had to tell him that the whole reason I was there was a different issue. He told me that I would have to come back if I wanted to talk about a second issue. I obviously suggested that I be helped considering I came for a reason and that I didn’t have time to come back to which he very disagreeably reconsidered.

Would not recommend unless it’s a last resort and/or you have a very obvious ailment that you just need a prescription for.

I was diagnosed with depression and prescribed medication based on a 10-question test. The doctor didn't even take the time to listen to me. Instead, he simply instructed me to see a psychologist and handed me a piece of paper with the word "psychologist" written on it. I mean, come on! I am a psychologist myself, you don't need to write it down as if I didn't know my own profession.

One of the worst receptionist I’ve had to deal with. We expect to come in, sit down and wait patiently, not deal with a gringe of a woman who hates her life.

Horrible receptionist. They say I can't come in without mask, but funny thing is they don't even provide mask from their clinic because a box of mask costs like $100. What a cheap place.

Extremely rude receptionist. Won’t check you in without a mask but doesn’t provide them, I’m not sure what kind of clinic doesn’t have masks. I left to get a mask came back to my spot in line and told me they weren’t accepting anyone else. Unprofessional

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Save your time and money because you will surely be unsatisfied. Dr Alam was rude and not helpful.
I pass my vision test from MTO, however he made it compulsory for me to wear glasses when I did my medical test from him but I also told him about my medical history.
A week before that I had my eye check from an optometrist (Dr. Abdul Karim) and he told me that if I pass the MTO vision test I don’t need glasses while driving which I did pass the MTO vision test.

To conclude, I have huge respect for doctors and in the medical profession. However, this place has bad reviews for a reason they changing the address to 279-103 Wharncliffe Rd does not change the bad reviews and unsatisfied patients. Trust the reviews.

Absolutely disgusting treatment from the receptionists. This used to be my regular clinic, but for some reason they decided to stop answering the phones months ago. There’s been days I’ve called 15 times to try to speak to someone and they never ever EVER pick up. I’ve used different phone numbers thinking maybe they just don’t want to answer mine. But still they never pick up. Today alone I have called them 17 times and not one answer. The staff is rude to their clients in person and neglect them over the phone! WORST CLINIC IN LONDON

I am a medical professional not registered to practice in Canada as I am here for my PhD, I took my son to consult for the first time. This was a rip off of 40$. They took us in, the GP came did not even look at my son. Started reading the detailed observations I wrote and said we should go to a pediatrician. So I paid 40$ to get the address and claim back from my medical aid.

Healthcare in Canada is really a struggle. While in South Africa we had top medical cover service, we were treated as priority in hospitals. Maybe I did not yet realize here I am just a student.

Someone needs to update the weekly/daily hours, checked hours online says open get there and they are closed. Can't call, nobody answers or leave a message is it is unavailable.
